I remember that too. I haven't gone barefoot since probably my 20's. There's a reason that there are house slippers. I get that not everyone has the time to scrub their floors weekly...but come on, how much trouble is it to slip off shoes and slide into slippers?

No green olive eater here. Black olives on pizza are OK. My dear mother-in-law was a fan of Vodka Dirty Martinis. She wanted me to try one, and I just couldn't. LOL at the Walmart letter mockup! Jill is NOT making green olives look good.

I think it's genuine. It looks like my hair. Yep. The DevaCurl products (that I read about in this forum) work great.

I get the same vibe. I think one of the best qualities in a couple is the ability to make each other laugh. I don't see that in JoyNos at all. He scares me, actually.

My hair stylist has lived in different parts of the country, and she visits her daughter in NC. According to her, the fireflies there are amazing to watch at night. I'm in the PNW and have never seen one. The east coast seems to have much more colorful birds than we have here in the west, too. I've seen western tanagers and goldfinches (state bird) but never an oriole or a cardinal. Ironic that the St. Louis Cardinals became the Arizona Cardinals, when I'm pretty sure AZ doesn't get any of those birds, either. I wouldn't wear the shoes, simply because I don't like to draw attention to my big feet. I'm hopeful for Mariah to outgrow her mother's bitchy ways, now that she's living her truth. With such narcissistic parents though, who knows.

What I think is this: Dillweed is a picker and chooser of the bible stuff he likes. I know he's far from being the only one who does this, but it chaps my ass. And, to boot, he pisses and moans about what other people choose to do, that don't affect him one whit! He's just a hateful ass-chapper in so many ways, it's pathetic. I would really love to be a fly on the wall at the TTH to hear what JB thinks about his brilliant match-making choice for his favorite daughter. Or does Boob just go to the prayer closet with his head ready to explode? TLC should film some of that drama.

The dirty old lady in me wonders if he's boinking her again. Shame on me! Billy Goat Kody, perfect name. He and Miserable Meri will hang on until the last TLC check rolls in.

A friend of mine has been an LPN for years. I remember when he went through the program at the local CC. It was 4 full quarters, with intensive clinical experience at the hospitals, and prerequisites had to be completed prior to entry. Each state no doubt does it differently. Unless one has taken chemistry, algebra, and other college-bound courses beforehand, it's more than a one calendar year gig, at least in the PNW.

I'm pretty sure I've heard that the Caldwells share most of the Duggar belief system, which I think sucks. Still, Joe must have backed Kendra in her birthing plan, and stood up to any Duggar participation. If he's that much about Kendra and at the same time, saying no to his mother and any sister being there, I applaud him, and good for them both. Take that, you home-birthing-at-all-costs people!

Well, we'll be treated to Aspyn's nuptials, with a supersized bonus, Doofus in a kilt with his (slightly) bowlegged walk. Hopefully the MOTB didn't sing. Someone in Mariah's thread mentioned a reunion at the B & B this weekend. Since it was mentioned that Mariah & GF didn't go, the event must not be being filmed, or M & A would go with their hands out for that TLC money, seems to me. I'm sure everyone else that posts here will have other ideas!

Yep. Dillweed is likely to end up like Mr. Family Values (Craig) or that mayor from (I think) Spokane, some years ago. Too much judgement in other people's business, is just plain stupid.
