Remember when dear Robyn berated Christine's aunt on that discussion episode a few seasons back? "Do not make me a victim sweetie" or some such disrespect? To me, the scenes with Hannah were reminiscent of that condescending attitude. If a woman gets a clue and bails out of that "lifestyle, that makes each of us better (bitter)" she is looked down upon. Seems like jealousy to me.

I agree. My parents moved at the end of my junior year, and I really wished I could have graduated with my friends, some of whom I'd known since kindergarten. Being laid off from a job is a more compelling reason to move, other than "I never planned to live in LV long-term," however. I survived (obviously!) but I understand how the three uprooted kids probably feel. Kootie is nothing if not one of the most selfish dickheads out there.

It's astounding that with 5 adults, none of them seem to have a clue about living within their means. Janelle, the "smart" one, so-called, can't even get it right. Of course, his headship Kootie has the final say on every decision under the sun, so they are SOL, with him in charge.
