I remember watching some polygamy-themed show, and I could have sworn a woman on it looked just like one of Joe Darger's wives. More recently, on Seeking Sister Wife, Sophie's mother has the crescent-shaped face that Robyn has. I'm sure I even posted that she was what Robyn will look like in 15-20 years. Too many interbred folks among the plygs, or something.

Yes, Mykelti and her "parentals" are fond of throwing what they think are big words out there, so we can see how "edgy" and "yummy" they are. I remember when they discovered "paradigm" awhile back. I know there have been others. Refresh my old memory!

I must be older than you are. I remember cyclamates and saccharin, in diet soda. I survived, as well. I seriously doubt that a once-in-awhile bit of caffeine or sugar in a small portion is going to be harmful to healthy children.

The man in charge of the place I thankfully retired from, promoted to supervisor, some of the dumbest, laziest people on earth. He never wanted anyone as smart as he believed he was, to be in management. That way, he could manipulate everyone and pat himself on the back, as just the cleverest little guy God ever created. Oh, and he claimed to be Christian. He was anything but, by his actions. I see a similarity there in the persona of grand poobah Mr. Boob.

Now I'm trying to remember which ep Mykelti looked like a much older woman. I believe it was her weddingk shower. If she looks old now...she's not going to age well. The dress style does not flatter her plus-sized-ness. Too clingy.

Kootie would join them, if Sister Wives didn't get renewed. Anything instead of actually getting off his duff and (gasp) WORKING for a living, once again.

Mr. Xword is the extrovert. He can talk to practically anyone, about most everything. He is my icebreaker in social situations. By myself, I get anxious, unless I know someone really well. That's why I love walking, with my iPod on, saying "Good Morning" to others out walking, and moving right along. I have always envied people like Christine. She doesn't mind looking silly while having a good time. Janelle has to think about what she does, and it usually doesn't go beyond thinking about it. Another great MFM post! I love those, much more than anything Janelle could post. ❤️

For the record, I hate maraschino cherries. When I was a youngster, dinner out with my parents would be at a nice restaurant, not often. I'd always get a Shirley Temple, and drink it, but never eat the cherry itself. The texture of those cherries is weird. Fresh cherries, I love. I don't eat raisins that are in baked goods, either. Plain unbaked raisins are fine. The texture changes to soft when baked, and I hate that. OK Janelle, what's the next rock star gonna be? Please make it some kind of real activity. Surely there are lots of walkable places near your rented McMansion?

Dear Janelle: I once weighed close to 250 lbs. Practically all of my 40's and 50's were spent at a stressful job (you know, what you had when this show started.) I didn't sit at a desk, but I didn't exercise either. I'm just a boring monogamist that decided when I was pushing 60, and was retired (as you seem to be, for the most part) that I would lose weight, not for how I looked, but for how I felt. You know, "fillings." So I joined a weight loss program, relearned my "eating habit" (phrase courtesy of Dr. Now) and did the work. You know, moving more and eating less. Yes, I do think polygamy is a huge problem for you, but I digress. I cannot fathom why anyone pays you money for your lame posts and obvious lack of progress to Strive. Was that all Kootie's idea? It's time to try something else. Please. Now that you aren't frying in the summertime, what is holding you back from getting out in the fresh air, walking regularly, and forgoing your eating habit in favor of a sensible diet? Dump that useless quack Nancy (if you haven't already) and actually try to understand yourself, and why you stick with that phony "marriage." Yeah, yeah, easy TLC money. But, is it "rilly" worth it? You have a work history, unlike your unfortunate kid-raising sister wife Christine. If Meri can make money "ON HER OWN," it seems to me you can, as well. To my fellow posters: thank you for reading. Too bad Janelle will probably never read this, and won't break out of her Eeyore ways.

So true! And I remember when Meri & Christine had that talk, and the camera clearly showed Meri's marriage certificate on the wall. Who does that? Why, only someone as mean as Meri. Robyn saying that the legal marriage "doesn't matter?" Like hell, it doesn't! If that is true, why not let Christine have a turn as the real Mrs. Brown? She has never had a legit marriage with that sucky man, and she would jump at the chance.

Great post. I totally agree. Stealthy Robyn pulled a fast one and got what she wanted, at Meri's expense. Robyn also had the gall to pretend cry and say, "you did it for my kids." Phony bitch!
