  1. This should be fun. But isn't John also Jessica's father? Or does Eric have another brother? I thought he only had the one.
  2. OMG - this is the most incredible DD/$B impersonation! Thanks for posting that. I just wish Sad Waffles was more like his dad. LOL.
  3. Will that be the fourth season?
  4. I can not stop laughing! You should get an award!
  5. And he described the diamond as being "Quinn-tessencial".
  6. If the same three judges return next season then hopefully they will have learned from this experience and be better at it next time. I mean that in a good way. But maybe Wanda has other comedian friends who want to take a shot at being a judge. It's good exposure for them as well. Honestly, I never heard of Russell before.
  7. Well, Nordstrom's stock just went down. When Elliot said he loved shopping at Nordstrom I doubt that was an endorsement or free advertising that they wanted. LOL.
  8. One thing I think Nikki has going for her is that she is the best at pantomime, and being able to do physical comedy is a plus for a sitcom. I think Rod Man is equally as socially awkward as Joe. Rod Man has weird facial expressions and strange body posture and movements. I would not want to be in a room with him having a one on one conversation the way he is always lunging forward and can't seem to stand up straight. I do think he is brilliantly funny and very charming in the odd way that he speaks, but he's not the whole package. As I have felt from the beginning, he is second to Joe as the most brilliant comic they had. I do not find Lachlan very funny at all. Sure he's had a few good lines over the season, but not enough to warrant being one of the final three. What I think he has going for him is the hard-on Roseanne has for him. Regarding the physical comedy aspect, he seems fair at striking poses, but I don't think he compares to Nikki in that respect. Also, I have had a hard time paying attention to his performances. My mind always wanders when he starts talking. I would definitely not watch any show he was on. He's a sleeping pill. Keenan's comments about Joe becoming more comfortable are just as much about himself becoming more comfortable with Joe. Therefore I do not think his criticism was a good one. It also makes me think of how many men want the woman in their lives to stay exactly the same as she was on the day that they met her, forever. And, haven't the judges been complimenting most of the comics for evolving? Keenan's remarks were very out of place. If he was disappointed, it was with himself. At this point I am rooting for Rod Man to win, but with Joe Machi gone I don't think I will be watching the finale. He was the funniest comic of the season. And it feels like it was a mistake to let him go and that there is a hole in the show now. And P.S. I liked him better as he was getting more comfortable. He was still extremely quirky and awkward. It's not like he became Buddy Love.
  9. Pfft. No reason to watch the finale next week. The funniest one is out.
  10. For me, Casey was the most interesting person to watch this season. I can't stand Jr, Elliot, Elliot's true love du jour, and no longer have much tolerance for Josh. And Mandy was spread out over way too many episodes. I hope to see more of Casey. He's the most intriguing of all of the aforementioned.
  11. I wholeheartedly agree with every point in your post. And, I didn't want to say it, but it made me think that Ridge is sort of a step up for RM personality-wise. Still happy to see him, though.
  12. I agree with you. And nobody likes a rat. Neil is a drunk and a rat. I think rather than deal with the situation himself, and do his job as deck boss, he chose to be a rat in an attempt to brown nose Wild Bill to try to cover for his recent drunken escapade. And possibly bait Wild Bill. Which would make him a dick as well as a drunk and a rat. At least that's how Disco edited it to look. Who knows what really happens on these boats. The more I watch, the more I think it's all highly selective editing that's about as far away from reality as the Wizard was from Dutch Harbor. That's what it seemed like to me. He is a greenhorn. I doubt that information is covered in the greenhorn's training manual.
  13. As RuntheTable pointed out upstream - it's all about the winning. I don't think that Stinky and Sourpuss are in love with each other. They are both in love with winning and they see that in each other as though they were each looking in a mirror.
  14. @tittB, now I am picturing the day that TK was hired to play Ridge... Bradley was driving to work, worried that he'd never find an actor to play the part, when out of the corner of his eye he saw someone with a sign that read - will work for food.
  15. Speaking of The Bait, after the Elliot interview didn't you hope Sig washed his hand?
  16. Well, there's always that song from White Christmas... Mandy There's a minister handy And it sure would be dandy If we'd let him make a fee So don't you linger Here's the ring for your finger Isn't it a humdinger? Come along and let the wedding chimes Bring happy times for Mandy and me
  17. I'm waiting for Katie to bleach her hair, steal some of Brooke's clothes and Brooke's lipstick from her purse, and flat-out try to become Brooke in order to try to hold on to her stinky prize Ridge. I actually don't know which one of those tools I'd like to see get a comeuppance more, Stinky Slob or Sourpuss.
  18. When I am using a computer with a full size keyboard it's no problem to edit posts. Easy-peasy. But when I'm using my phone it is damn near impossible to edit the quoted portion of the post. I hope you can be understanding with posters whose technology and devices are not up to your standards. I wouldn't want to see posters driven away or not join in the conversation because they are too afraid to post.
  19. That's one of the three topics I don't read in this thread.
  20. I watched Celebrity Wife Swap. I couldn't resist. Alright, I don't know what's in a Ronn-uccino, but I know I sure as hell do not want to drink one. 2 parts cappuccino, 1 part purple scarf? It was breaking my heart to see the real Ridge. Man, does he need to touch up his roots. Even so, he's a sight for sore eyes. So Devin says, to the other soap guy, regarding social media, "I'm going to help you the way I've helped Ronn." - !!!!! And then she wrapped him in scarves!!! Well, it is nice to see Ronn and Devin seeming so perfect together. Good for them.
  21. I got the opportunity to watch the show today (Mon's US) and what a great day to watch. Deacon, 2 delicious flashbacks and Brooke's single tear. All soapy goodness. Loved Deacon interacting with Brooke, Katie and Hope. Am I the only one wanting to see Deacon start conning, I mean having a relationship with, Katie? Ridge was always an ass, but he used to be a lovable ass. Not anymore. Now he just an annoying ass.
  22. @OhioSongbird - he's the dad from Small Wonder, and she's the mom from Wonder Years. Pretty cute, huh?
  23. TVGN doesn't do the weekend catch-up anymore. :( The website is hit or miss for me when I try to watch. I tried on three different days to see that Wyatt episode last week. The website just wouldn't give it up. But I was able to watch two or three other days' eisodes. I also miss the hell out of The Cla'ence Report that they used to have on the cbs site.
  24. I blocked it out, too. Poor Sheila. Although in my mind it was Sugar, not Sheila at that point.
