  1. Wow, no good deed goes unpunished. I cannot imagine taking my time and effort to buy anything for the classroom, even the wrong things and having someone laugh at my efforts. Better for me to just keep paying my taxes and focusing my volunteer efforts elsewhere. I loathe ingratitude. I think its why I tend to donate to shelters, and I can tell you right now that if there is ANY use AT ALL for the items, they will make use of them. No laughter, only gratitude.
  2. I don't have a single problem with what Candace said. The same way I never had a problem with Mike Tyson laid someone out on the ground during a fight. Mia poked the bull and got the horns and thats on her. Maybe if she thought a nanosecond before dragging her mother on a reality show for a storyline she would have seen this coming from a mile away. I also don't have a problem with what Wendy said. The invitation was already stank, talking about haters and whatever. But to hear, out the gate that Wendy wasn't going to be allowed to use the bathroom, even as a joke, would have been enough to annoy the hell out of me. And that is not at all how it was presented IMO, Gizelle and Robyn said the event almost didn't happen because Gizelle didn't want to let people into the bathroom. I don't even know at what point Wendy came at Robyn, but I safely assume that ONCE AGAIN, Robyn involved herself in something someone was saying to Gizelle for no good reason. ROBYN was the one who started to raise her voice. ROBYN is the one who took it to 100. To sit there and start yelling at Wendy and then pretend that Wendy is the crazy one is nuts to me. Gizelle's wig looked pretty bad this episode and so I wonder if she is struggling for money, because she couldn't find a local park to host this event at? Why would she give people this fodder unless there was some sort of additional location fee for filming at that disaster of a house. Why does she keep insisting on rebuilding it, is it a historic home? If the city lets her she should tear that whole thing down and start over. And then for Robyn to act butthurt when Wendy didn't talk about inviting her after she sat around reading her the riot act is ridiculous. Robyn can keep pretending like she doesn't care, but she very CLEARLY cares and I think she knows that people think her relationship with Juan is pathetic because he doesn't like her. I don't believe for a second that Mia was coming from a good place, just like I don't believe that Ashley can never, ever, EVER get a babysitter or a nanny for more than a hour. I wonder if Dorothy went home the following day, I assume she did. Maybe her husband misses her. LOL.
  3. We got what, five seasons of Kenya Moore, mustache twirling supervillian before her mother was even approached on the show? It doesn't matter that her mother agreed to this. I don't think having her mother re-live a very painful past and complicated feelings towards her daughter on national TV in your very first season says anything good about Mia and I think it makes her look exploitative of a woman she is struggling to get to know. And you have to know that whatever unkind words candace has, the world will be 10x worse. Mias mother comes off looking cold and mean, but she is probably struggling in her own way and that nuance isn't going to come off on a reality show.
  4. I find it incredibly hard to believe that wendy is considered such a genius svengali and never once even considered that that woman gho came to her might be setting her up. You've never come to my office before, you're dropping this giant turd on me about someone you really don't seem to have a bad relationship with instead of going to them first and you're in THIS industry and have a problem with backstabbing even though you're effectively doing that right now to Taylor. The way they write Wendy is just so incompetent sometimes. The minute she smirked and was like "well I don't know how I'm telling you" wendy should have at least been curious about whether or not there was an ulterior motive. Does that look like the sort of woman who wants to answer to Victor and that tool from the SEC? You don't think she knew that would happen if are found out the information?
  5. I agreed with every single thing prince said to his spoiled brats. They wanted a chance to fail, and then took an opportunity their father handed to them. That's not a soft landing? And they didn't want it for anything other than not falling behind their classmates? Why should he have given them anything with really high stakes? They have the luxury of failure, their father did not. So "dad, it's so hard being rich, please hand me an opportunity to fail!" was ridiculous. They basically jumped the line even getting to make a pitch. If they want a genuine opportunity to fail they can have it by not including their father.
  6. Really, the writing seems so godawful that I assumed the show was hobbling towards a finish line. Wendy is sanctimoniously annoying. "You can't smoke the cigars yet. Put them out!" Her tone, ick. If axe didn't have a perpetual boner for her she would be clowned as hard as that guy from from SEC. I hate this notion that is perpetuated that women have to act as shitty as men to be taken seriously in their space. Also, the entire wags storyline is beyond ridiculous. Wags doesn't even sound like a badness, he sounds like a bad joke. I assumed this girl was broke or a government agent. A young, rich girl fell for wags? Who talks like a refugee from planet weirdo?
  7. Is he just into abuse? If someone with that hair and those grandma pants to me that I made them miserable, I'd move on. "Who you are makes me miserable" isn't a fixable issue. Who the hell are you going to be but yourself. Stan should do himself a favor and let Lisa meet all those billionaires she could be dating.
  8. Lisa is currently involved in a torrid affair with meth. Stan should be a little more understanding. Lisa went to her brother and got read the riot act for willing hopping off the gravy train. Also, what the hell was that outfit she was wearing, she has never looked worse, does Stan have cataracts? I think Lisa was super scary tonight, and if I were Stan I'd be VERY worried. This is like every Dateline NBC. Lisa becomes a good, church going woman married to an older man and when he MYSTERIOUSLY dies in the basement no one can possibly believe such a good, reformed woman did it.
  9. Brittney and Marcelino delivering a Razzie worthy performance for the ages. So, they raised the money off donations? Now I'm suspicious that this isn't just a scam on the audience, but a full scam on anyone dumb enough to give these people a dime.
  10. If that's the case, it would make more sense, but I wonder how he felt comfortable offering Ashley a role in the endeavor. And it also seems like an odd move for a guy who seems cheap. But, the movie industry does seem a good way to hide and/or launder money so maybe he is into that.
  11. Could just be me, but Ashley making prison rape jokes about Ray was extremely low. And Ashley tearing into a mentally unstable Katie was way worse than anything candace has said or done. It was absolutely disgusting. And Ashley was so proud of herself for picking on someone who was clearly struggling. But at the end of the day Ashley is trash. Candace immediately tried to backtrack with Ashley. Whereas Ashley literally had to be told by gizelle how vicious she was before she deigned to apologize to Katie.
  12. How much is a movie? Even the low budget ones are pricey. Hell candaces 2 minute video shoot with aged 90s video hoes was 10,000. Everything I've seen of Michael tells me he is cheap (and probably not as monied as he wants people to think). So, is he really going to invest a lot of money in an industry he 100% knows absolutely nothing about? He was tripping over OZ not turning a profit and that wouldn't have been as much as a movie. So is he getting "investors"? And if so, doesn't that seem shady? Who the hell is handing this creepy weirdo their money? He doesn't even have any experience? I mean...if you had some money you needed to hide or launder however......you might give this dude some $$
  13. There is an old saying that women don't dress up for men but the accolades of other women.
  14. I think Ashley was trying to imply that skeletor doppelganger Michael is just too young at heart and spry to ever retire. This is eye rollingly dumb and I think there is something very funny about Michael's "money" because who the hell goes from real estate to "movies?" Its as suspicious as Jamal going from "preacher" to restaurantaeur and proud owner of an Applebee's. I suspect money laundering or something else fishy. On a side note, Michael is a very rough 61.
  15. Robyn has a growing business but she isn't shipping out 15k of product a month. I guess I don't understand the need for all the space. Once that monster home gets built just do your thing in the garage. $2000 a month is $24k a year. If she can get that for free...great? Maybe Robyn needs a little actual separate physical location to make her work.
  16. LOL. I remember thar and thought, what a missed opportunity for a really interesting video ho/farmersonly/black farmers/glam farming in the 90s with puff daddy cross over.
  17. She asked Chris 732 times to be there that day. And this is probably why. She spent a lot of money and things unexpectedly go wrong all the time which is why he should have been there to handle it. Chris, to my knowledge, has managed exactly zero other people. So he doesn't even know if there was other stuff be could have done. Instead of blocking off the day of the shoot and not booking a cooking class. At the end of the day, you pay $1000 for the chef at hungry. And $75 per meal kit. Chris is not getting all that money. So he made maybe $1000 and risked fucking up a $10,000 investment. Candace needs a new manager. Or even an assistant. Like what exactly did Chris do that am assistant couldn't have done as well or better?
  18. I kinda thought that was the cruelest part of what Dorothy said. She knows how much flack candiace got for having Dorothy pay for that townhouse. Candace made a big deal about her and Chris buying that house on their own and I think they likely did. Dorothy didn't directly say anything about paying for the house because it would be a lie, but she knew the implication and allowed it. It seemed mean spirited to me. I think Dorothy, loves, hates and envies candace.
  19. As a California driver, I, too, feel that the blinker is a discretionary tool. Everyone is on edge and in a competition driving driving freeways so the minute you put your blinker on to pass someone they will try to speed up. So they can be in front of you and drive 47 miles an hour on the freeway.
  20. So is Ashley preemptively giving Michael an excuse for his pending infidelity? The double standard for candace is pretty ridiculous but she has gotten that song played on air like 15 times. Michael is involved in something shady with those movies. Ashley sounds like she is parroting some nonsense. And it's funny to me that she delusionally thinks she is going to be an equal partner in any of this. ALMOST as funny as shiela acting like her broke ass "taught" Michael a lesson. She better check her tone before Michael cuts off her allowance.
  21. "making movies" is a great way to launder money. It appears to happen in a lot of bollywood movies, the wolf of wall streeet and franchise pictures was able to fiddle with the balance sheets with losing films that it would be an easy way to launder money. Listening to Shiela delusionally pretending like she "showed Michael there would be consequences" kinda makes me understand why he hates her. Anyways, Michael should get into the wick game, everyone is crazy for these wicks! Its fully for some storyline and maybe to give Grace a little spending money, IMO. Gizelle is far too high strung and that child should have a driving instructor.
  22. Well, is there a prostitute in there with tony and does Angela have her bat? Think of the hilarity that could ensue!
  23. I think they just need to go a different direction. I've suggested "love after lockup:temptation trailer park" and Matt sharp hasn't even considered it. But I feel like my favorite trainwrecks who are not in jail or on the tether have a bachelor in paradise type experience. Except in a trailer park. I think this will be awesome.
  24. LOL. I misheard someone say "my bad" as "my bag" and said it for years until someone finally corrected me. Ol' girl probably had no idea she isn't using the right phrase.
  25. Umm, excuse you, Ray makes $13 an hour so it's time for champagne wishes and caviar dreams! Jeff Bezos looks like be might be into prostate milking. Go Lisa! I dont think marcelinos acting was very good at all. I can't remember, did he he actually put his head in his hands? LOL. Tom Green gave a more convincing performance. I think the lie was that Tina was real at all. Stan was begging Lisa to marry him at the car lot. And with a little reverse psychology (which is free!) he got her to demand they get married. Checkmate!
