Deirdre and Scott watching Larry on the surveillance camera was hilarious! This episode was so much better than the rest of this season! Finally it seemed like classic Curb. And I love that now Susie knows about Jeff’s affair.

I did!! I saw that when I was Googling to see if others thought they sounded alike. That is a hilarious and inspired bit of casting perfection!

When had it been said that George had had an affair? Was that mentioned on TBBT or in a Sheldon voiceover on this show?

I was shocked Gandhi was a TS, I got that immediately, it was the only name I thought of. Non-violence + assassination = Gandhi. Though if you had no idea I can see MLK at least being a reasonable guess.

Which because of Sondheim I can never think of without hearing it in song. 😂 While true, that could refer to any century, I’ve only ever heard or read “The turn of the century” to mean 1900. Aw I really liked Helena. That fudgey chocolate crystal ball cake had me drooling. (I can’t get over how much she sounds and looks like Nadja from What We Do In the Shadows. It’s uncanny!)

This season has been really lacking in the humor department. I remember earlier seasons that had me in hysterics laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe but I barely even cracked a smile tonight. I don’t know what it is. The writing just isn’t there anymore. Larry’s fights with people don’t seem genuine anymore, they just come across as fake and like Larry is trying to fight with people just to fight with them. Nothing with the actor playing Young Larry was funny, there was no resolution to him being a jerk. And you can see the punchlines coming a mile away. As soon as Larry left the line I knew the joke would be that the candidate lost by one vote (even though Larry is right that his vote isn’t what made him lose since the incumbent would have had +1 as well.)

I’ve seen them at Target, Walmart, CVS, Ralph’s, all within the past couple weeks. They’re pretty much available everywhere that sells toilet paper/toiletries.

The “message” behind the cage look was such bullshit because Christian came up with that design! That was a prime example of the designers inventing a message after the fact to fit the look in order to score points with the judges and I am annoyed that it worked. Very glad they did not win because of it! ”Hmm she’s wearing a cage over her face, what could this stand for? Aha! We are both minorities so people put us in cages!”

At the halfway point: “They’re already going to Tribal? But there’s more than 30 minutes left! I guess something really interesting happens…. Oh.” No it’s just another Very Special Episode with Dramatic Emotional Music. Glad I DVRed this and can fast forward to when we get back to the actual game. The FF button got used a lot tonight with that tribal and Danny’s father stuff. I don’t care about their backstories!

I have no idea why, but something about the name “Lady Delman” immediately made me think of Australia, and I then spent the 30 seconds trying to remember if the capital of Australia was Sydney or Melbourne. 🤦‍♀️😆 So close!

What an impressive game! Both players went all in on the DD, and got them right, which was nice to see. I wonder if that was the highest 2nd place ever. Usually when a player gets a really high score it’s because they got all the DDs so for two to be at $52,000 was incredible!

Yeah I didn't get the deer thing. I thought it was just a vision he was imagining until DoucheBro killed it. And then he used its blood to cover up the scene. So... it was a real deer the whole time? One that just stood there while he ran crashing through the woods? And let him walk up to it to pet it? WTF?

My cousin actually used Wedfuly for his virtual wedding this past April. Tbh I wasn’t that impressed. I know they made it much easier on the couple in terms of all the logistics of planning a virtual wedding but as a guest the audio cut out for almost all of the actual speaking part. We heard them say “I do,” but none of the actual vows. (And it wasn’t just me, guests in other locations could not hear either.) Picture quality was subpar as well. Honestly they seemed like a discount option.

I’d like for them to return, but it sucks that it sounds like they only way they can return right now is to eliminate all the parts that made the show interesting! No airport drama, bad taxis, interactions with locals, etc. takes all the suspense and fun out of it.

Jeff cheating on Susie, getting the woman pregnant, and then paying for her abortion just seems like a level of sleazy that I haven’t seen before on this show. The characters are always assholes, but in a comedic, over-the-top type way. There’s nothing funny about the Jeff storyline, that’s just regular base level sleaze.

And on top of all that, her design was going to have “There is only one race- the Human race” written on the back of her outfit! Like, geez ok sure, you are the most woke White person ever. Let’s hear you talk about it some more! I will for sure not miss having to see her dingy bra through opens sides of a piece of fabric anymore.

I don’t know who made it, but there was a look on the winning team that was a red top and bottom connected in the middle by a yellow strappy thing. As it walked the runway the designer said something about being able to make a look from one color. Someone remind me when yellow became a part of red? I was surprised no one called him out on that, because IMO it was the pop of yellow that made his look stand out.

I was yelling “Justice!! Come on how can none of you know that! ‘And justice for all’ is so well known!” at the screen and then… oh uhhh never mind. 🤐😆
