  1. @Drogo I feel bad for jumping on the DL for you. Logic dictated you were the other half of the mason pair and therefore a hero. Having never watched OUAT I didn't know if Rumple becoming the Dark One was good or bad and to be honest once you posted all the meme's after revealing yourself I thought, dude looks bad, (plus it was reminiscent of your evil Glory taunting) and considered you recruited by the villains. *shrugs* I'm also convinced @TJtrack99 was banging his head against the keyboard when he realized those non-clues that pointed to @Jesse meant we were taking out Buffy early. With all the recruits it's no wander I didn't know who to trust.
  2. Considering the bulk of the episode was Felix parading around the sisters at his art showing, Mrs. S's death was very anticlimactic. Gracie's as well, since I doubt many were invested in that character.
  3. This show is just so much fun. Danny's slow run after the tongue less pirate was a hoot, and Karen's backstory was full of awesome. Agreed. The Castaway shout outs were pretty funny as well.
  4. Maybe he was distraught he didn't have a plate of nachos to hold onto the entire game. That whole breadsticks Italian restaurant thing for Pizza Hut follow by the buxom Swedish women for Oktoberfest was painful. I would have gone with Nick and Vanessa for the end game as well.
  5. Sorry I haven't been too active on the boards lately, the past 2 months have been hectic to say the least. From one of my managers at work unexpectedly dying at the young age of 38 from natural causes, to having to make the extremely hard decision to put my 18 year old cat to sleep after we found a tumor on the roof of her mouth and her quality of life decreased dramatically in three weeks time, to my neighbor who is an old pot head who for some odd reason has been playing his music LOUD from 7pm until 5am (which means I get sleep deprived) to having 2 up and coming family weddings soon, one of which is already causing the drama. So yeah, I've been brain fried. You all are being evil just to be evil.
  6. Everyone said last week Hardwick was mugging too much but this was just an episode of pure mug. From Jane feeling the need to sing, to Ne-Yo never putting down a plate of nachos and singing to kittens (WTF) to the terrible impersonations of Jodie Foster and Barbara Walters interview. They've done this on season's past as well. Or some variation, like celebs who play instruments doing so. I assume it's for the "live" audience during the commercial breaks, I would think you need to entertain them somehow.
  7. This show has gone too far into Supernatural/Buffy territory with the whole demon of week. I really wish it had stayed on track with hunting the Revenants and breaking the curse. I guess I will continue to watch (since not much is on during the summer that is new) but I am not happy with the direction this show steered toward.
  8. I agree with the Zairon stuff, it is boring me to tears. As for the kidnapper/hostage the acting was so atrocious it was hard to watch. I didn't care for the planet hopping either. This was the second episode in a row where nothing in the episode itself moved the plot along except for the last 10 minutes. The file is here, oh no it's all blowed up. Then he must have it in his safety deposit box, lets steal it, oh it's empty, he must have it in his secret hideaway only I know about, it was all so ridiculous. I at least hope the took the crate that had all the cash in it, I can't see Three leaving that behind. The backstory was so cliché I was gagging on it.
  9. A little Chris goes a long way, but I didn't mind him here. As you say, he was into the game and wanted his civilian to win. I liked how during pop quiz you could see him once shake his head no when he realized his teammate answered wrong, and then again when he did the slow-mo dive in front of the civilian because he knew she answered wrong and took the popcorn hit for her. I also thought he did well at where ya going and when he kept saying "Holy F*** Luke Cage is in my car...where ya going?" I laughed. The female civvie was nailing everything, the male was a total dud. In where ya going one of his clues was "Where I live..." like the celeb is going to remember that from Jane's intro of him. I also think I preferred the backyard record player (song backward game) to last weeks smash the buzzer ball pit. I didn't care for the ball pit added to that game, I thought it put certain people at a disadvantage and seemed like a bad addition to that game.
  10. The combination of the GoT recap and the women fighting the Black Caiman (gay man) was priceless. Florence and Karen were a great team. I liked everything there, especially when Florence realized she was "bait". I think the only thing I didn't find interesting or funny was the Barracuda/Steve stuff.
  11. Is that even allowed in the game voting to DL yourself? (honest question)
  12. This episode felt like it was a bit all over the place. Three with all the groundhog day stuff/Three with all the Sarah stuff/Trying to stop the assassin/Android pulling a Picard and doing the time jumps at the end. When it started with the Groundhog day stuff I was kind of disappointed, since I knew the bulk of the episode would be dealing with that, aside from the tired trope, it meant a filler episode at only episode three into the season and I knew the main arc wouldn't be moved along too far. Three trying to cope with Sarah needed to be in a different episode I think, but I see how with the groundhog day effect it moved his acceptance of what happened to her along quicker. There were a lot of funny scenes so I will give them that. The new girl fighting the assassin was pointless, only to show, hey look, the new char is a badass, look at her meager fighting skills. Android doing the time jumping also seemed like it belonged in different episode, especially since it went on so long. I did like the black hair red eyed look though.
  13. 4 to DL Drogo (The Crazed Spruce, Lisin, MarkHB, Spiff) 1 to let night fall 1 to DL Muumuuchainsmoker (Drogo) 4 to something something kill bad people I know I am doing badly at this game, but to be honest my brain has been fried from all the stuff going on this month.
  14. So @Drogo is loudly claiming to be Rumple, @The Crazed Spruce thought he was claiming to be Emma and was refuting it because they knew that to be untrue (because they themselves are Emma?) I've led on in post who I am in this game and @Lisin is vouching for @MarkHB (and I don't know what that exactly means to be honest)..... That leaves us where? That has me worried as well. The story seems to indicate the Rumple is after the villains, but he did go dark...so SK?
  15. No one knows what it's like to be the bad man.... But you on the other hand, when bad in these games, your duplicity is, well, Gloria-ous to say the least. Who do you say he is claiming to be? Convince me that @Drogo is the right person to DL, it won't take much at this point....
  16. Why these names when you have no clues supporting any of those listed? I don't trust anyone right now to be honest...even @TJtrack99 and all the red herring clues that led me to ....I can't even say it.
  17. I have nothing. Except utter regret for the death of Buffy. I feel like Sam Tarly Hopefully someone has some clues to a clue.
  18. This show feels like it doesn't know where it wants to go and is just spinning it's wheels. 2 new crew members killed off last year to be replaced by 2 new members this year. The loss of One (and Four to an extent) last year and this year Six. Five placing Sara's conscious into the databanks and never mentioning it...like whaat? And did we ever find out who followed them back from the alt universe last year, because I don't think we ever did. This show could be written so much tighter, but right now it's just a hot mess. This episode alone, twice betrayed by the people you are trying to help....I mean fool me once right? That makes Six all types of foolish.
  19. I'm with you on this. Essie seemed no better than Laura imho. I did like the story about MS but it dragged because it dealt so much with Essie. Did I hear correctly, that when Laura was reading the plaque about the white buffalo and she reads that it only lived a year that Mad Sweeney said "That's what happens when you put a god in a petting zoo."
  20. I thought the end of last season had shown that the Neo's were in control all along, but they wee split on what technology to back. Leekie and his group (including Rachael's mother) backing the clone tech and Evie Chow and her group backing the cheek bot implant. Rachael exposed Evie and her deformed baby factory hence ousting her, and Rachael meeting with the board saying that cloning was back on the table. So I don't find it odd that she is on Westmoreland's side if he is the head of the Neo's. I did find it odd that Rachael went from the island, to the mainland and back again for her speech to the crowd in the brief span (which looked basically like a night and day) that we were with Sarah and Cosima (unless more time passed).
  21. I thought the invoice issue turned that win into a loss. I get these guys are supposed to be lovable losers, but the show is consistently just making them losers, so I was bummed when the invoice negated Richards cunning. Just be glad you didn't get stuck in an internet pornado
  22. Since I will be at work all day and unable to post, but can read any responses I wanted to expound on my "confusion" of Day 2 events. If this post breaks any game rules I am sorry for that and delete this as needed. Villains select 1 target per night. The story will usually reflect who that target was. So the villains targeted the player who is Giles since the dark blade was meant for him according the story. Belle took the blade instead. Belle's powers were that of a mason, not a protector. The villains either missed their target, but now know who is playing Giles ( I doubt that character would be an NPC), or they have an investigator, and knew who was Giles which is why he was the target. 11 players. How many villains would we assume there are with 11 players? 4? The story also reflects Mr Gold possibly going to the bad side or sk side of things (perhaps if his mason pair were disposed of?), making that a total of 5 bad guys? Correct me if I am wrong, or those who are more familiar with the game, and roles, help me understand how this scenario plays out? EDIT: Unless there was already a serial killer in play, meaning 2 night targets and 1 was protected on the good side?
  23. I've been willing to listen since day one, but I am not hearing much in the clue department. We can't let another day go by without some action. If the DL is wrong, I think it will give me some info about who is good and who is bad. There were things that took place in Day 2 that I am still trying to wrap my head around that didn't seem right, and this being my first time, I am a bit confused. If I am way off base I will probably become more gun shy about who to target.
  24. 2 to DL @Jesse (Drogo, Spaceman Spiff) 4 to hope Mr Gold didn't turn all evil.
  25. I may have a clue from today's story, but it is very very weak. Instead I want to bring up the night story clue I think I found. Jesse Metcalfe played a character named Miguel on Passions. This time Jesse is spelled correctly and adds to the prior possible clue I thought was for Jesse. We can discuss other possible clues found by anyone else, or we can get right to DLin', all I know is @aquarian1 (Belle) must be avenged.
