I love Lisa. Always have. Her clothes on QVC are really great, not sure if she is still doing that though. I have liked her not just on Days but when she had the talk show on SoapNet and her and Harry had a reality show years back that I really liked. I like her on RHOBH, but if you look at the forums people hate hate her. Say what you want about her, but she is always working and hustling and I get the feeling nothing is beneath her.

BBM. Can I ask where you are located? I live in the original home of the white hot, aka Rochester NY, and have never heard of anyone other than locals or former Rochestarians that have heard/seen one or anywhere else that has them! You cannot even get them 60 miles away in Buffalo or Syracuse, they are definitely a Rochester only thing. Whenever we travel people always want us to bring them some. I have taken a case on plane to Portland, Oregon, have driven them across country to Montana, and shipped them to FL. They are definitely my fave. I can't even remember last time I ate a red hot! Oh...and I love love this show. Dreaming of the day I win the lottery and can buy my own cottage/cabin/camp and have the crew come and renovate it for me. Lance included....I will lure him out of retirement! lol

So glad you said this and posted the screen shot. I had the SAME thought as you. I love Noel Fisher and think he is a fantastic actor. He acts through his eyes....like you can totally feel his every emotion without his saying a word. Although I don’t agree that he is just stepping it up this season, he has had moments like this before. I fell in love with him during Ians bi-polar storyline. When he goes and asks Fiona for help and the scenes where they commit him Noel was outstanding. Even way back when Terry made him F Svetlana in front of Ian he broke my heart, even though the scene was so vulgar. I was glad to see this scene Sunday because the last couple seasons he has been more comedic and it was nice to see this side of him again. If you havent seen The Hatfields and the McCoys mini series you should check it out. Noel is fantastic in it. He was also in a short lived series a couple years ago with Noah Wyle where he played a dirty cop. Even on the Connors he has some terrific emotional scenes with John Goodman (although it was weird at first seeing him and Debs sitting in Roseannes kitchen!) I am a total fan girl when it comes to Noel! I hope he gets a regular series once Shameless is over so I can get my fix! LOL.

I could not disagree with this any more. I have found that immediately calling someone a racist is an easy way to dismiss and disregard what they are saying. Also, as a white woman, I find myself rarely able to call someone of color a racist....the whole “walk amile in their shoes” thing.

Fantastic guests last night. All three. I have been saying what Malcom said for 3 years and have been scared. Husband used to say I was crazy and its not that bad. Well now he is saying the same thing. I feel somewhat validated that Malcom was saying it, although I pray every day to be wrong about my fears. I hope Rosa is right that people are not really stupid, but I fear she is wrong. I think they are mostly lazy...too lazy to fact check or check the sources or read beyond the headline that feeds into their narrative, whatever that may be. The biggest part of this is SM. I have said for years that SM is the downfall of our society. I ditched FB 4 years ago. It is toxic and I grew tired of fact checking and educating friends/family about the false postings that they ran with as truth. I have no idea what the solution is, but somehow we need to find it. Yes...thank you!!! I wasnt watching when she was on in original run, but like others watched on POP during NY Pause. I couldnt stand her from day 1. It made absolutely no sense to me that Carter was STILL pining for her in the last episode. Why? And he was still was referring to her as his wife at the end. I did not see her her as the love of his life...that did not come across to me at all. Miscarriage aside, she treated him like shit! I was really bummed how it ended with no HEA for Carter. So I pretend in my mind that in future seasons he and Rachel fell in love and they lived happily ever after 🙂

God I love this show so efffing much. One thing I have noticed is that I now pretty much agree with Larry on everything that bugs him. Not sure what that says about me but I do know that I am officially old and crotchety!

I cannot stay caught up for the life of me. So in my area, they did not show the preempted eps in middle of night like other places so I am 2 weeks behind and I hate on demand cuz you cannot ff. So I have given up on watching what I missed and starting from scratch on Monday. Can someone give me a brief synopsis of past few weeks? The last ep I saw was when they flashed back to Mothers Day and Will was going to work for Adrienne and Sarah water broke. TIA.

I really liked this episode. When they were at dinner Tammy looked faaaaaabulous! She was gorgeous. Christy looked beautiful too stalking hospital patient. It was nice to see her hair not in a pony tail for once.

Wow. I am truly shocked at all the hate and bad reviews. I FLOVED it. I read a lot about it before seeing it, so I knew that it was not a classic mob movie, so that is not what I was expecting. The comparisons to Goodfellas and Casino kinda baffle me. It was never meant to be either of those and it's unfair to compare it to them. I appreciated this more than those because it delved more into the personal losses Frank had because of his lifestyle/involvement. He lost his daughter for the rest of his life. He lost his best friend and his family. And none of those were ever replaced. When I first saw Pacino I was like "he's not even close to Hoffa", but after a few scenes, I no longer saw Pacino, I saw Jimmy, which imo is the sign of a great actor. I thought all 3 of the bigs were great. Pesci really got me when he kept trying to get the daughter to like him, but she took to Hoffa instead. Pesci was actually kinda creepy to me with all those scenes.

I liked the updated opening. We rewound a few times to watch it again. In 10 seasons this is first change, other than when they took Karen out. I liked that they added Mickey & Ian banging and had Liam wrapping toilet paper around Frannie and Frannie brushing teeth in toilet. Nice call backs. Liam looks old enuf to be driving! lol I liked this episode. I don’t think they are killing Tami off. She has been in all of the press cast photos and I doubt she would be if she was only in one episode. I appreciated them not forgetting Fiona’s existence by showing her calling in beginning and then having Debs talking to her at end.

I thought that as well. Hubby and I did a short list and he was at top. We love this show. Such a great cast. McBride and Hill have created a nice market niche with this type of show/humor. He definitely has cornered the market with the douchebag asshole who has a heart somewhere deep deep down.....aka Kenny Powers. No matter the show, we just refer to characters like that as Kenny Powers. That says something.
