  1. I'm curious at what the end looks like. Once they get down to the final players, how is the winner determined? Do they face the banker in Deal or No Deal? I can't imagine that being how the winner is determined. If that's not it, then what is?
  2. They've never had million dollar prizes for All Stars. It's always been $500K. Jay, and Nicole, and Tony. Cara is younger than Leroy. With the exception of Jay, all of them have made more recent appearances than Averey.
  3. BMP = Bunim/Murray Productions, the production company behind The Challenge.
  4. Ayanna is MADE for reality tv. She's annoying and nuts but also hilarious in her nuttiness. I couldn't help but notice that they follow the same pattern with her. They show her being encouraging toward people and then she turns. Remember on season 2 when she was thrown into her first elimination and everyone was cheering her on and crying at how encouraging she was to her opponent. Ayanna was telling this woman she was powerful, and she's not a quitter and so on. Kendal had her best ugly crying face. Fast forward and we got "Jodie, I ate yo greek salad." This season Ayanna starts off giving Kam all of her praises about how she's "looking at a champion." Then, fast forward she's like "I know it's a little manufactured" and "it's a part of my crazy."
  5. This is the "skull concept" done correctly IMO. It seems like they finally got the execution right this time. They limited the amount of stars to 6. They gave them all out in the beginning. The elimination winner gets to steal a star from anyone that has a star without having to face that person in elimination. Therefore, everyone doesn't get to skate by once they have a star by avoiding elimination. On the flagship, one scenario we never got to see is if two people without skulls go into elimination and all of the skulls are already taken, how does the elimination winner get a skull? My guess had always been that the elimination winner gets to steal one. We finally see that play out with these stars. The elimination winner gets to steal a star from anyone that has a star.
  6. ...and why is she suddenly riding so hard for Jasmine? The last time we left off with those two, they are at each other's throats. Jasmine was not with Ayanna's bullshit.
  7. I forgot how Tech used to tell Ayanna to talk less and to let him do more of the talking in season 2. 😂 And she talks in metaphors and cliches. I can imagine her throwing out every cliche she can think of 45 minutes straight. Granted, this is edited but she said Leroy cut her off, and from what is shown it didn't appear that Leroy cut her off. He seemingly waited until she stopped talking. Also, what really cracked me up was Ayanna saying "in the interest of time, we're not having this conversation right now" or something like that... and she just wasted an hour of their time just to say she's voting for Jasmine.
  8. I don't think there was a scenario that could have played out in which Averey's star wasn't taken. If there was an elimination played, anyone that won it out of Janelle, Jasmine or Tina, Averey's star was being taken. I don't think any woman is ready to pull the trigger on taking Cara's and Rachel's stars.
  9. I laughed too. I don't even think that applied when he last played the game. I was like "that don't mean a damn thing." The fact that they showed Tyrie saying that, that was the biggest clue he was going in.
  10. I agree with that. Who would take Rachel's star? She's been out of the game all this time and it's like she's still the untouchable popular girl. I assume people aren't gonna let Cara and Rachel keep their stars, and only trade the third one around.
  11. 1) Ayanna looks like she has lost a lot of weight since her last All Stars season. Those Greek Salads are working for her. 2) The winners are pretty powerless as they don’t choose who goes into elimination. That’s interesting. 3) The elimination winner gets to steal a star from someone that has a star. This is how I imagined the Skulls would work on the flagship show if two people without skulls were to go into elimination. They would get to steal one from someone who has one. That’s a much more interesting concept to me than someone with a Star having to go into elimination to defend their Star.

  13. They get information. The Walgreens execs get information and Theranos gets non-disclosure.
  14. From the way I read it, she was verbally noncommittal. She never said "I agree with the plan" or anything similar. However, from what we saw*** she gave the impression that she was okay with the plan without actually saying "I agree." She did not give any impression that she wouldn't follow along with the plan. Alyssa said something like "everyone has to be in on the plan" and Stephanie said "ok" in a manner that would suggest she's onboard with the plan. She didn't express or show any discomfort with the plan or any sense of unease. She was smiling and cackling with Claudia as Claudia was giddy at the plan to get Kim out. Claudia also got the impression that Stephanie was in agreement of the plan. My guess is that she didn't want become the target if she disagreed, which is fair. However, in addition to that, Stephanie still acted like she didn't know the plan when the time came to execute. She knew what people expected of her. Stephanie was put on the spot because she knew she was informed of the plan and she knew they expected something from her. To me, she knew that she gave them an implicit agreement because she didn't want the "steal", and her getting the 'steal' meant she would have had to show that she was a part of the plan. She wanted to hide her allegiance by getting any of the dollar amounts. Once she got the 'steal', she had to either play dumb or pick a side. I just don't quite understand how Stephanie's mad at and/or disgusted with Alyssa for that, and what made Alyssa a "snake" from Stephanie's POV. ETA: I forgot that Miranda dropped a bomb on her way out that Aron was targeting Stephanie. I nearly forgot Miranda was on the show. That may have fueled the fire Aron and Alyssa were super close.
  15. There’s something between Stephanie and Alyssa that we didn’t see. There has to be more because this animosity between them makes no sense. Stephanie is seemingly still pretending like she wasn’t told about the plan about getting out Kim, and then lied about it when she was called out in front of everyone? And she thinks she has the moral high ground? Alyssa is somehow the snake and the one that lacks integrity?
