  1. I would bet my life that she didn't get rid of him. If there was dumping involved, I bet he did the dumping. She's just so damn ridiculous when it comes to relationships that I just don't see her leaving him.
  2. @PityFree, it was in the Small Talk thread that we talked about the pageant documentaries. I just finished watching Living Dolls, I know Swan's mom Robin passed away but couldn't find any updates on the rest if the family. I need to know if Bubba ever made it to prison dammit!!
  3. @AZChristian, that statistic makes me weep.
  4. Who is Kimmie Schmidt?
  5. LMAO!! I hope in that case the Newfoundland would be the female, otherwise OUCH!! I should probably reword that. Thanks so much for your suggestions. I've been thinking a lab would be best as well, I already have two long haired dogs that need to go to a groomer a lot. I want a smooth coat this time. I'm in Oregon so the only weather I really have to worry about is the rain, but I actually enjoy running in the rain. I have to say how cute my Newfie and my Chihuahua are together. They were brought into the shelter together and they are bonded like no animals I've seen before. One will whine if the other is out of their site. When they first came home with me Jake (Newf) was asleep but I couldn't find Charlotte (chihuahua) anywhere. I looked and looked and Jake lifted his head and Charlotte was asleep under his big ole head between his front paws. They sleep like that all the time. They are so sweet together. It is absolutely hilarious when they play together. I've never seen animals so bonded with each other.
  6. I think you're being very generous to say Nicole sounds like a 12 year old, she sounds like a 2 year old to me. She also sounds like the screeching foxes I hear outside every night. If you've never heard them, foxes have this horrible, high pitched screech that will peel the paint off your house. Of course Nicole wants Michelle out, Michelle is female. Has Nicole ever had any kind of friendship (sorry for using that word, lol) with a woman in the house in either of her seasons? Or even a conversation with a woman? She seems to be the jealous, insecure type of girlfriend. The type that gets mad and has a temper tantrum if her boyfriend says hello to a woman in public. I worked with a woman like that and couldn't stand her. Did everyone except Paul and Victor receive a care package? If that doesn't tell them that they are NOT our boys, I don't know what will. I'm sure they both think America loves them. I hope Paul goes tomorrow.
  7. I agree with @AZChristian, I believe the theory that Jon Benet wet her bed again, Patsy killed her and John covered it all up. What I don't understand is the injuries to her vaginal area. Was that done as part of the cover up? I also agree with @GaT, the Boulder police screwed up this case from the minute they walked into the house. I'm just a lowly civil engineer but even I know that you secure the crime scene and don't let people roam the scene by themselves.
  8. Tami's daughter saying she didn't support Tami using an egg donor made me mad. It's none of your damn business kid. Who was the woman that Jackie landed on when she was having her freak out? It looked like the chick was just standing there and Jackie tackled her ass.
  9. @teapot, I highly recommend it! I put in my time at a government job and then got the hell out. I donated my work clothes and moved to my property in the country a week after I retired. This is the life I had dreamed of when I was working so I made my plan and did it. And I'm only 52 so hopefully I'll have many years to enjoy it.
  10. Thank you @Demented Daisy. I really thought my post was too long and had been deleted. I appreciate your response. I have a shepherd/chow mix, a Newfoundland and a chihuahua mix. They're all senior dogs, I adopted the Chihuahua and Newfoundland within the past year, they are very bonded and I wanted them to be together. I have had the shepherd since he was a pup. I also have cats and some outside animals. My shepherd used to run with me when I lived in the city but is too old now. I run about 2 or 3 miles 4 days a week and it gets boring running by myself. I want to find a dog who enjoys running in the woods, I don't want to have to force a dog into it. I was actually thinking about a greyhound, I also pondered a border collie but I have goats and chickens and am worried a BC would try to herd them. I just want a dog who will get excited when it's time to run. When my shepherd was younger all I had to do was say the word "run" and he would go insane with excitement he would also get excited when I got m running shoes out. We had great times running together.
  11. I seem to have had a post disappear. I hope it wasn't in the wrong place or inappropriate for the forum. I hope I didn't break a rule. The post was just talking about my animals and asking for suggestions on a breed that would enjoy running in the woods with me. I do tend to run (type) at the mouth when it comes to my animals so maybe it was too long. I posted it right after Ratgirlagogo's post. @DeLurker, how exciting!! I'm so happy that you're adding a dog to your family. Best of luck to you and your family in the new addition.
  12. Thank you @AhFillAck. I hate social media and only go check them when they're linked to here. I appreciate your help. Aaaand even with your kind help I still couldn't figure it out. I wanted to see what her fans are saying. I bet they are telling her what a great mom she is for making a home cooked meal.
  13. I know nothing about social media so please excuse what I'm sure is a stupid question. Why, when I click on the picture of the "amazing" canned food does it not take me to the picture? I went to Leah's page there but couldn't find the food picture. I wanted to see what her delusional fans had to say about Leah being so amazing that she can open a couple of cans and throw a potato in the oven.
  14. Thanks for the suggestions! I think I will try New York next. From what I've seen I'm not a big fan of any of the NJ Housewives but I am looking forward to seeing Danielle in action.
  15. Now that I'm retired (hahahaha...bye bye suckers) and no longer travelling and working 60 plus hours a week I finally get to watch all of the Housewives shows. I started with OC since its the original and just finished season 4. Vicki is just the worst hypocrite. At the wrap party when Gretchen got her Harley from Jeff, Vicki was seething with jealousy. Not because of the Harley but because Gretchen had a man who cared about her enough to buy her something like that. Vicki was sneering that Gretchen liked to call attention to herself and show off. Vicki thought that was disgusting, cut to Vicki showing everyone who will stop the new Rolex that she bought for herself. At that same party she went up to Tammy K's date, hugged him then immediately launched into how she needs to be told she's loved and adored. Geez Louise she was even worried about Briana's boyfriend liking and being proud of her. Early Vicki was just as loathsome as current Vicki. Then we have snobby Jeana and Kara talking about the "bummers" in Berkeley. Kara actually said the words "it's like seeing animals in the zoo, there's one...there's one". It made me sick. What horrible people they are, she raised some real winners didn't she? Which one do you guys think I should start next? I'm trying to decide between New York and New Jersey.
  16. @Beden, I wouldn't know how to work one of those either. I don't really think it was a big deal that she didn't know how it works, I would imagine a lot of people don't know. I lost count at how many times this mom said "like" though, she couldn't get through a sentence without saying it 3 or 4 times. That drives me crazy.
  17. I don't know why the spoiler box is there, I tried everything to get rid of it. Thanks for the responses. Emery is a much better name than Ensley. I'm so sorry for those of you going through fertility problems. I mentioned my best friend and her husband have been trying for ten years and have had three adoptions fall through. It's heartbreaking when that happens to good people who would make great parents when somebody like Jenelle can have kids so easily. I don't have kids of my own but I had custody of my niece for the first twelve years of her life. We kept waiting for my sister to get her life together and get custody of her daughter back but she never did. She chose drugs and men over her daughter. The only good thing my sister did was to not have any more kids. Thankfully my niece's dad had always been in her life and I gave him liberal visitation to help foster that relationship. It took a while but eventually he was able to get his life together and my niece had a wonderful life with him and his new wife. We haven't heard from her "mother" in years, since my niece was old enough to understand our relationship she's called me "Auntie Mama". She's a sweet, bright, well adjusted young woman now and I think it's because her mother wasn't in her life. If I had allowed it she would have been in and out of her life between men and she would have wrecked havoc in the kids life. I wanted my sister to get her shit together and have her daughter but I wasn't going to allow her to come in and out and mess my niece up. My sister was a lot like Jenelle, everything caused stress and she caused shit wherever she went. Sorry, lol. All of this long winded story to basically say that I think Jace would have been so much better off if Barbara had cut off all contact with Jenelle until she showed marked improvement. She messes with that poor kids mind every time she blows in and out and it breaks my heart for him.
  18. I loved Cate talking about how she won't talk about what she and Theresa talk about, as she's talking about what she and Theresa talked about. Tyler is a selfish, narcissistic asshole. He cares more about getting "likes" and attention on social media than anything else. It's been said before but I really wish Theresa and Brandon would close the adoption. I would also make sure they know that Tyler is the reason it was closed. Someone in another thread asked why they keep watching these shows when all they do is piss them off. I'm wondering the same thing myself. I don't remember who the poster was but I agree with her. Farrah getting a"colonoscopy" was just a code word for her filming the Back Door sequel right? The world has already seen what's up there. Cate's friend Alexa has always made me sad. It's sad to see such a young, pretty girl so obese. I hope she (and Gary) do something about their weight soon before its too late.
  19. Thanks, for some reason I didn't even think about the Bravo site.
  20. Damn, I missed the first half hour of the most recent episode (I got 20 chickens yesterday and was getting them settled in) and this is the only Housewife franchise that isn't on Hulu. I really want to see the scene with PF and her son. Does anyone know where I can find it online?
  21. Kate not going along on the boys' special days said so much. Didn't she say something like she wouldn't drive "hither and yon" or something but she did it on all of the girls days? She's never tried to hide that she doesn't like "icky dirty" boys. She's also been pretty damn blatant about Hannah being her favorite. In the old Jon and Kate days Hannah was always the one holding Kate's hand or sitting on her lap. I have a Twitter account but I very, very rarely go on there but went to see what people were saying about Colin. It absolutely astounds me that there are still people who like and defend her. There's one woman in particular who seems to make it her life's work t defend Kate. She even has "Kate defender" in her profile. I won't say her Twitter name here because I'm not sure it's allowed but this woman is nuts. How can anybody see what has been shown and written and still think she's a great mom who does it alone?! I, for one 100 percent believe the Robert Hoffman book. As far as I know, Kate has never said that what is in the book isn't true. What was written about the physical and emotional abuse came straight from her. The book made me sick, I feel so bad for those kids and I don't understand why she's never been investigated by CPS. One of the worst things I read in the book was about filming the show. Most of the kids didn't want to do it and they would protest. Kate would tell them that if they didn't perform like circus animals they would lose their house, their school, all of their money, they would starve because they couldn't afford food and it would be all their fault. This was told to very young kids. I have a bad feeling that most if not all of these kids will end up with serious problems.
  22. Thank you for the welcome @Sandman87. I do have a house and yard full but that's the reason I bought this property way back when. My plan was always to move up here after I retired and have a little mini farm. If I had my wish I'd have cows, a horse, pigs and anything else I can imagine but I know my financial limits and I don't want to neglect them just for the sake of saying I have them. Maybe one day. One pig is definitely in my near future though then I'll be done. I just need to research what kind of pig and what I will need for them etc.
  23. @isalicat, I have just discovered this section of the forums as well. I didn't know there was an off topic section even though I kept seeing the "Everything else" tab I never clicked on it. I have also spent the past days reading all of the comments here. I am so sorry for those of you who have lost pets, I know that pain and I send condolences to you. You all have such beautiful pets and I love looking at your pictures. I am retired now and live in the country, I bought 40 acres with an inheritance way back in 1983 and spent all together about 6 years to build my house. I lived and worked in the city so I didn't have a deadline and I also wanted to build it with no loans. I spent every weekend up here in a camper, then came up and stayed in the house when it was finished. I came up every single Friday after work. My plan for my life was to put in my time at my government job, retire with my pension and benefits and get the hell out of the city. I donated all of my work clothes, moved up here permanently a week after I retired and I never looked back. My big log cabin is my dream home. I am very lucky that my cousin and his husband are both contractors and they did a lot of the work, all I had to do was give them two acres at the edge of my land which I would have done anyway as they're my closest family. I have no kids by choice, kids are OK I just never had the desire to have my own, I was married for 9 years and my husband was killed in a car accident in '99. Now it's just me and my animals and I am perfectly fine with it. I love living in the country surrounded by my own little farm. Geez Louise, only I could go off topic in an off topic forum (they don't just call me Talky Tina because it's my favorite Twilight Zone episode). Topic...I have three dogs, a German Shepherd/chow mix, a Newfoundland and my little mutt baby who is a Chihuahua/Dachshund/something/something mix of...something, I have no clue what she is but she's a cutie. Their names are Blitzen, Jake and Charlotte respectively. I also have five indoor cats and I brought my spayed and neutered feral-ish cats that I took care of when I lived in Portland. Then there's Harry my tortoise who I have had since I was 26. I also have 3 goats named Walter, Ethel and Martha and I just got 20 chickens, 5 grown hens and 15 chicks. I'm hoping to get a pig next but I need to do a lot of research before I make that decision. I have three aquariums, a 120 gallon saltwater tank and two 55 gallon freshwater and a really bitchy bunny who has a bad attitude. That's it for my pets except for Madonna who is my pet rat, I don't mention her much to people because they always turn up their noses and say yuck when I say I have a pet rat. My very first pet as a kid was a rat, my mom took me to the pet store to get me a hamster but as soon as I saw the rats that's what I wanted. She tried to talk me out of it but I wanted a rat and I have had a pet rat ever since and every one since my first one Donny (Osmund) have been named after singers. They are actually really clean and smart animals. I have been able to teach some of them to do little tricks. I can put Madonna on my coffee table and yell "fire torpedo" and she'll jump off the table and on to the couch. Wow...I have way too much time on my hands since I retired.
  24. @walnutqueen, I was just coming here to say the same thing about the portrait of Figaro. It looked nothing like him. The painting was well done but to me it just looked like any generic black and white dog. Figaro isn't even black, he's more of a grey ish kind of color.
