Interesting that Dorinda kept repeating that Sonja and Rocco have been friends for years/forever, atleast 4/5 times. I think she was waiting for someone to take the bait and question the supposed blind date via jules last year ie the giant napkin dinner party. Doris was definitely calmly gunning for sonja still, and I dont blame her. Slightly annoyed B was never called to the carpet for the cocaine campaign but its smarter to let it die. Speaking of narcs, B had to point out Tinsley had "substance filled" fights w her ex, to dilute her abuse story... Obviously B wanted to clean up the abuse victim contest from the ski trip, even though I don't think she got much shit about it. She got to literally button her segment, and the ep, with a plug for B Strong, and disclaimer that she would never dismiss someone's dv situation, etc..

Ya horrible time to start a show, she seems super hopped up on painkillers. She fits the script on paper but that's it. I'm mad at her and bravo for thinking she's remotely entertaining.

What's so unlikely about flying to AZ for a day when you're a man who travels constantly? Maybe he had a business meeting, no ones suggesting he went just to hit on her friend lol. Ugh this is my sister's go-to argument trick when she's been called out. Usually right after she herself has been shrieking then a in a maddening fake/calm voice "why are you yelling?". Grr took me decades to learn the word gaslight and proudly call her out haha

Idk if you read LaineyGossip but she's been writing blinds about him and his downlow fun forever. Allegedly he has a strict preference for the swirl and likes to play very rough. If memory serves she posted some instances of him in a sling that were allegedly caused by kink.. I was just watching a behid the scenes special about love and hip hop where they showed a confessional face-off bw star and producer. He was relentlessly trying to back her into calling someone a porn star (they had a "leaked" sex tape) and she wouldn't bite, they finally reached delirium and the producer was jokingly trying to trick madlib her into it. So ya if that cast can dodge producer traps, I hope Carole can.

Girl me and you are right here >--<, this is what I come back to as well. I have a new theory in light of hearing how long everyone knew she was pregnant way before we saw her pee. So she completely produced that exposition and I had trouble buying the 'it leaked, Jason's gonna freak we have to tell his parents first' plotline. So I'm thinking the narrative was to play up his anti-industry small town/family guy side when she was in love and introducing him to her fans. its the perfect foil to her fast talking boss bitch self, like you said. Then when the love is fading she begins to resent that depiction and wants everyone to know that he's also a gas lighting neg-aholic. I just didn't totally understand what she was so stuck on when I first watched, like she really wanted to call him out but couldn't, maybe a bit of "I made you and don't forget it trashbox!' at play lol.

I completely agree, I couldn't believe Sonja got mad at carole for that bc a. she's Sonja and b. I'm almost pos that she made a butt sex pirate joke in a talking head too! BUT, she did get pissed and carole felt awful, so using that logic I figured she could pay the tiny cost of skipping butt talk to avoid that happening again. I agree with you that I would have no apologies going there with this cast bc they lovvve talking sex sh*t (umm the sushi dinner about luanns special talent), but obviously carole cares...

Do you really think I was being literal? I get why u don't see an issue with B's use of hyperbole. I merely noted that for someone whose sole show regret involves the topic of anal, it would be the easiest subject to never touch again just to be safe. I think that's a sensible suggestion, nowhere did I call her a salad addict.

Kind of surprised this didn't get any ink but Kelly was on Jules' podcast and spilled a lot about their marriage. She basically said she was forced to be a Stepford wife and that she didn't recognize herself in the mirror anymore because he insisted she be blonde and wear modest clothing ("bleach and turtlenecks") etc. It's clear she considered it at least an emotionally abusive marriage. Had it been anyone else's podcast she would have dropped more gems but Jules is a complete airhead and Kelly was the one to actually steer the interview back into focus after interruptions and ADD tangents. She also tells a crazy story about dating a guy who was into beastiality... ya lol.

I think that was our intro to Jillousy. she was only mad because Bethenny had a business edge that she didnt include Jill in. They all get so competitive with these deals once they start blowing up. And no one blew up more than B, with anyone more jealous and bitter about it than Jill. The parallels are in every franchise though.
