  1. I thought Deacon was an alcoholic. Or did that story not carry over from Y&R? Also, he was looking like a straight up perv. "Honey, I'm her daddy." Oh, welcome back.
  2. Carter's still a creeper in my book. He started out cool and normal and then somewhere between the minister/lawyer/actor deal and him staying in her apartment and drawing her roses while she was off having sex with her boyfriend, he lost it.
  3. Angie's explanation actually makes sense (Ashanti seems like he can be an asshole), except that she didn't come to Syleena herself after finding out what happened.
  4. Not only that, but I think the creepiest part is their lives overlap so much; where's the distinction and objectivity, especially when it comes to Polly? You should be able to tell you best friend all of your secrets without having to wonder if they will eventually get back to your ex because she's now in love with him and wants to pacify his insecurities with your intimate details. And she also has to worry that Larry might divulge things she told him in confidence about Polly? F that s. I like John and Daya. I think they're both really sweet, but as S1 went on, I couldn't believe how dumb they were. This season was even worse. Bennett, you are not a punk because you don't want to go to prison and Pornstache is not a man because he's proudly bellowing his delusions down the hall.
  5. I'll always miss my Davetta Sherwood so much as Lily and I miss Daniel. I miss Dru as a friend for Sharon and I miss the Ashley/Olivia friendship.
  6. Another difference I see is that Bill can eventually be reasoned with and is not delusional. Did you hear Quinn today? "This is all your fault for not accepting the fact that we deliberately sabatoged your relationship with Hope and for not moving to Paris to be with Steffy." Also in the case of Rick and Maya, when they called his bluff and Bill saw that bullying wasn't going to work, he cut his losses and stopped. Quinn admitted that she sent the picture on purpose, and then she went back to claiming it was an accident. She is fooling no one, but swears she's not going to suffer any repercussions.
  7. Did you buy the EP, @Happytobehere? I listened to the previews on iTunes and it's definitely on there but it was renamed "Lie Under You."
  8. Liam just got knocked the fuck out, Deebo style. Now that I laughed at.
  9. Yaaaass! I was getting ready to request show, but I see someone already did! Anyway, I really like Keke. She's a brat and so sensitive/insecure, but it all comes from a good place and the girl's voice is stupendous! I loved that "You" song; now I'm really considering buying that EP. Latavia...girl, bye. What is her purpose? I was feeling Angie when she confronted her. Maybe she shouldn't have done it in front of everyone, but...why not? She keeps coming to "rehearsal" and keeps saying that she's not ready to sing. OK. Go away. Syleena and Monifah talking in circles about Angie. I could have done without that, but I am glad to see it coming to a head next week.
  10. I did like the reveal that Justin didn't mess up Ridge's transportation plans, he just happened to show up at the same time Ridge's helicopter was supposed to show up.
  11. To me, it's the equivalent of waiving red in front of a bull and then being "surprised" that he goes crazy. No, she couldn't have predicted he was going to fall out of a helicopter, but she counted on some kind of fall out. And I'm really not trying to absolve Ridge, Bill or Justin of any of their actions, but they're all culpable, including her.
  12. I think the reasoning to tell Taylor is because they have 2 kids together. She (nor their kids) should learn second hand that he's missing at sea.
  13. I didn't think that he was actually secured in those belts; he was basically sitting with his back to the open door while he was talking to Brooke and making sure she was strapped in. It looked like he was in the process of putting them on when Justin tipped him out.
  14. And what a blessing in disguise that was. Granted, DD still had to go through the indignity of being George Kaplan, Nazi hunter, but he got out of there while his character still had some good will left. And is clearly having a ball on B&B.
  15. That was a huge distance for someone to fall. If it was a few feet up, that would be one thing, but Ridge got dropped at least 50 feet into the middle of the ocean. How did Bill think he was going to get away with somene just chalking that up to coincidence? Since when does Justin know how to fly a helicopter?
  16. I live in Nashville and saw Maisy Stella (Daphne) walking around the park with her dad and her dog on Saturday. Also saw her mom and I'm sure Lennon was around there somewhere. I was trying not to stare because she's a little girl, but she looked a little shorter than I thought she would have and so I wasn't sure if it was her. It was definitely her, though, and she looked adorable, waving to everyone who waived at her.
  17. Everyone should know what it is after Tony Stark kept harping about it in The Avengers, the highest grossing film of 2012, the decade, the century, the world.
  18. Yeah, I was like, "Oh, $Bill. Back when you were Brad Carlton." But Bill would never wear that sweater over the collared shirt combo.
  19. IMO, Katie will always be able to have a problem with Brooke screwing her husband, getting pregnant and intending to keep the baby. And then, after saying that she realized that she and Bill were wrong and she would never betray Katie again, she went ahead and betrayed her. That's my whole problem with Brooke in this mess. Own. Your. Stuff. If she meant what she said about never going back to Bill, then it shouldn't matter what Katie does. If she truly believed it was wrong. But she didn't. I think Katie does want things to be better, but every time she sees Brooke, all of that stuff comes back. Where Katie doesn't get a pass from me is when she keeps saying stuff like, " 'Cause Ridge could never love gross ol' me, right?" whenever Brooke expressed concern about their relationship. She was so insistent that she would be the one to break the Ridge/Brooke pattern. If she'd been more like Bill and said, "Well, this is what I want to do and if I end up getting hurt, it was my decision and it was worth it," well then...fine.
  20. Sounds like Bill to me. At this point, you have to pick your poison.
  21. OK. So this thread is about the actors and general "off-topic" stuff about the show and the other one is dedicated specifically to the aired show?
  22. Wow. I definitely don't remember that. All I remember is "UNDERPANTS!" I gotta go back and watch that.
  23. I feel like Taylor is dropping the ball with Aly. She was in a plane crash, died, got TB, went into the light, went through the kidnapping of one of her children, got shot in the heart, died, had her son hijacked from her arms, and experienced the death of one of her children. She has a lot of experience with loss that she can share with Aly. Not excusing Taylor's behavior with regards to driving drunk and killing someone, but she should be able to relate better than this wailing.
  24. Of course the wedding episode. It's classic. It lives forever in my heart. I also like the episode where Whitney cheats on Byron with Dwayne.
