  1. What I really want is an epic confrontation, on par with Katie/Brooke/Bill last year, between Liam/Hope/Wyatt. I do want Liam to take responsibility for his part while fully acknowledging that both Wyatt and Hope are garbage. I don't even care about this triangle, but I know that my reaction would border more along the "rage" spectrum than the "sad sack packing up pictures" one. It would be one thing if we saw Hope coming to the realization that she didn't actually forgive Liam for all of his stunts, but she didn't want to admit that to herself so she dug in even deeper with their whole "true love" scenario, coupled with the fact that she didn't want to see herself as Liam, being able to be swayed by one person while committed to another, but we haven't. She just looks like some brain dead idiot who gazes moronically at whoever is currently blowing smoke up her butt, obsessed with getting married. Wyatt, on the other hand, has always been an asshole. Don't know why Liam put so much stock in to the fact that Wyatt saved his life. That's what non-psychotic people do. You can still be a conniving weasel and not want to have people killed.
  2. This episode had the most believable "Topanga is a mom" action/dialogue. Especially at the end when she's there for an after school function still in her work clothes and called Riley "our little weirdo" (or "our little big mouth" or whatever she said).
  3. I genuinely think that the reason she thinks Wyatt HAS to be with Hope is because he wants to be with Hope. That's all she needs. If he turned around tomorrow and decided that he needed to be with Pam, she'd be smothering Charlie in his sleep.
  4. She stole those binoculars. Of the 4 minutes of today's show that I watched, I saw that.
  5. The only thing this episode suceeded in doing was making me pull out my BMW DVDs. I'm on season 3.
  6. They're actually engaged now; he proposed while they were in Paris. Since Y&R and B&B exist in the same universe, I was wondering if they were gonna say something about this girl's nickname being Mac.
  7. Oh my gosh! Is that what happened today?! I turned it off as soon as I heard the accordion music because it was making me mad already. Liam looked like he was leaving early afternoon LA time. Maybe mid morning. Which means that it would be night time in Paris already. So there's that. I mean, it can't be the middle of the day in LA and Paris at the same time. And then he didn't even call her? Dummies. Every single one.
  8. I didn't get that. I thought maybe it was in reference to a scene that was cut, but I never went to the website to find out.
  9. @blackwing, I guffawed while on a conference call. You win!
  10. I was feeling some kind of way (TM Lil Mo) about that stuff between Chante and Mo at the end. So sounds like Mo was mad that Chante didn't retweet something (which...my God. I know real relationships that have been ruined over social media or an incorrect interpretation of a text, so this rings true to me. Dumb, but true), so she retalitated by taking that picture with Kenny, Chante found out about it and has behaving coolly toward Mo ever since. High school drama. I don't think Chante was playing the victim, any more than Mo was. They both aired out their greivances and they both looked hurt by each other and relieved that they seemed to come to some kind of understanding. I may have teared up when Lil' Mo's face crumpled, though. Michel'le...that dude that the matchmaker set her up with? No bueno. When she was describing the kind of man she wanted, my mind immediately went to someone like Jeff Goldblum or Ray Liotta (who are my personal "old man" crushes; they could get it, no question, and I'm way younger than Michel'le). That dude at minature golf just looked like the antithesis of a man with swag. And she can keep that whole "we're nothing to Chante" in regards to her singing. 'Cause...those intro vocal scats that they shot? Hers were boo boo.
  11. That spoiler? I'm over this show. But I the draw of discussing it with you guys always brings me back. I think a month and a half/two months should be enough of a hiatus.
  12. You'd have to ask Rick that one. It seemed like he was the one that asked her to do that today.
  13. I've been pretty sympathetic to Liam because, as @politichick so eloquently put it, when Liam and Hope got engaged last year they were supposed to be moving on from their past, and tit-for-tat is never the way you're supposed to grow in a relationship. But I think Hope made her position much clearer (and sounded like a for real adult) today by making Liam admit who he was really upset at and saying, "This is how much I don't give an eff about this dude: let's use his plan to whisk me away to the most romantic city in the world as an opportunity to get married." And Liam is still standing around whining. "Will he be there?" WHY would he be at your wedding if you don't invite him? I wish this wedding would actually take place so that I could see the look on Wyatt's face, but since history is every indicator on this show, it won't, and Liam will have no one to blame but himself. Not to say that I want Hope with Wyatt. Like I said before, I kinda wish they would all go away, but I really hate it when schemers get their way.
  14. I think it was more along the line of 3-4 months. And while he was unneeded during the pregnancy test, he wasn't unwanted. He asked her if she wanted him to leave and she said no.
  15. Man, I just don't get it. This whole emergency PR session? Really? It's one thing to have something drop in your lap and you have to hurry to make sure you can ride the momentum, but this wasn't dropped in their lap. Wyatt knew what he was going to do for at least a day and now he's got everyone scrambling around so that he can drop another "secret" idea in their lap. Why isn't anyone telling this fool to take a walk? It doesn't diminish anything to actually have a prepared team to execute strategies.
  16. I guess I kinda get the urge to do something like that. A few years ago (like, 8 years ago), I rocked a Davy Crockett/Daniel Boone hat to a John Mayer concert in August. Made no sense, but it was my mood that day. And my friends said nothing, just rolled with it.
  17. I'm torn on this episode. On one had, I think it has my favorite Cory moments of the series so far. I completely understand that this show is about Riley, but gosh, I love me some Cory. My friend even texted me a few days ago to ask if I knew about Girl Meets World (she doesn't keep up with pop culture) and she said, "I missed these guys. They were our friends." She was right. I'm just sad that they had him eating ramen in the hallway instead of pudding. On the other hand, that story with Riley, Maya and the locket was so ridiculous to me. Riley just randomly found this family in the subway? And after Cory explained that she probably was very attached to whatever was inside and Riley saw the family, why wouldn't she get her a replacement locket showing Maya as a part of her family? I guess I did like the continuity of Cory being an asshole when he gets into his truth telling from BMW and how Riley picked up that nasty trait.
  18. I think it can be both and. I do think that she was discovering that Liam wasn't the only man in the world, and I also think that she was manipulating situations in her "who me?" way to give Liam his payback. I think she even laughed in his face at one point last year when he was complaining about the time that Wyatt spent with Hope. I think that fact that she did cave showed that her being with Wyatt wasn't just all about this connection she felt with Wyatt. When she had her pregnancy scare and Liam gave her that ultimatim and she caved, she kept saying over and over that a big reason the pregnancy scared her was because she realized that it would actually be over for good with Liam. And I'm like, "Oh, so you knew it wasn't over when you broke up with him?" And that is the difference between what Liam did and what Hope is doing (for me). Liam is a lot of undesirable things, but he never intentially set out to hurt either one of them and I think that's exactly what Hope has been doing. I don't think she should have stuck around for the Liam-Steffy merry-go-round, but she's the one that chose to find that behavior acceptable. But truthfully, I wish they would all get away from each other because this story is dumb.
  19. Ha. No, I meant to put the b in there. $750 million dollars is close enough to a billion for me. She's not a billionaire, but her company brings in close to that.
  20. I have a hard time believing that this effing magic diamond is the key to boosting HFTF sales. Jessica Simpson has a billion dollar industry built on only her name and product. Hope needs to start doing tie ins with Fashion Star or do a reality show or something. No one would actually give a crap about that ugly, tacky diamond that everyone is running their greasy paws all over, putting in their pockets/messenger bags, and swinging around on that super thin chain. I hope someone drops it at the perfect angle and breaks it.
  21. One thing I am tired of hearing is the costant harping on the magical, mystical powers this diamond posesses. Unless this is the gem that Abu stole from the Cave of Wonders, miss me with that.
  22. I didn't see that. I'm sure that was part of it (and I don't think Liam has put any "restrictions" on Hope seeing Wyatt; he just told Wyatt that he was inappropriate for sneaking around the bushes to "psst" Hope away from a family gathering), but I think the bigger part of it was Wyatt (and Quinn) supremely underestimating the pull Liam and Hope have on each other and figuring that Liam wouldn't be the type of person to pull the kinds of schemes that they would to get Hope back. I saw it less as this great trust in the relationship and more as not seeing Liam as a threat because of who Liam is, not because of who Wyatt and Hope are together. Because as soon as Liam did make a legit move in giving that ultimatum to Hope, she caved. Liam, on the other hand, knows his brother is a snake in the grass and a manipulator with a crazy mom. Wyatt's been back, what, 2 days and is already sneaking around trying to give Hope a priceless diamond. And make no mistake, he's giving it to Hope, not the line. Otherwise, he could have just done it in one of those free for all meetings or not felt the need to hide it when Liam came up to their table. And Hope knows that she's giving it to her and not the line, too. That's why she initially told him that she couldn't take it. I mean, take the diamond, don't take the diamond, whatever. But everyone knows what that diamond really symbolizes.
