  1. The thought of Nathan and Nurie as a "powerful duo" will never not be funny to me.
  2. Filling out that paperwork must be so difficult for him. It's not like he's had any practice by filling out job or college applications.
  3. I haven't watched Teen Mom 2 or any other MTV shows since it was announced that Jenelle would be on this season. Just getting rid of UBT wasn't enough for me, the episode where Jenelle pulled the gun in the car proves to me that she's just as bad and just as dangerous. I watched the video with Nugget and wish I hadn't. That poor dog was so wary of that pink mug being so close to her face when Ensley was getting up. I can't help but think she'd been hit in the face before and was afraid. I just feel sick. That poor, poor dog.
  4. How will her kids ever learn to behave in public if she never takes them out? Not that it matters to her since she lives in a bubble. I think grocery pickup is a great service for busy people. Jill doesn't fall into that category.
  5. How true, and Jinger is a big improvement over Alex.
  6. Jeremy is starting to remind me of Simon van Kempen. It's only a matter of time before he starts posing against lamp posts, making eye contact at the opera, and forcing Felicity to order her lemonade in French.
  7. Terry Bradshaw has raised and shown multiple World Champion Quarter Horses and Palominos. I don't know jack about football players, but I knew it was him when he gave the clue about horses. It was a fun clue that none of the judges picked up on.
  8. I see the Rods use the same kind of China and glassware as the Duggars. So much for the staged dishwashing picture.
  9. Of course Nurie has chosen to live at home. She has no education, no job skills, and probably no money since things like lawn mowing businesses are only okay for boys. Where else would she live? My first thought was that the Smiley Tract was in a bathroom stall in case the toilet paper ran out. Kind of like the stories my grandparents used to tell about using the Sears catalog. My hope for Timothy is that he has roommates with normal parents, and realizes that his Mama is no super hero even though I strongly suspect that she made that up. My fear for him is that his pay from his job is being direct deposited into an account that she can access. That could be how she plans to pay for her trip to visit him.
  10. I follow Randy's dental practice on Facebook and he posted a picture of Layne. Cute baby! I wish the happy family all the best.
  11. Their address is technically Hartford, but most of their scenes are filmed in nearby Sioux Falls. They don't have much land and the house looks very nice from the outside but it's not that big for a growing family with lots of pets. It's very well kept and in a desirable area. They shouldn't have any trouble selling it.
  12. But are they talkin' words? As much as he's been to court he really should know the difference, but I guess that's expecting too much from him. Nathan's confusion, Barb's fan, and Cole with his t-shirts were the only entertaining moments of the show for me.
  13. I forgot about this until I saw it in a store yesterday. We tried it once and my kids didn't like it so we went make to making it ourselves with no help from The Muffin. https://www.landolakes.com/products/butter-spreads/cinnamon-sugar-butter-spread/
  14. Cole has been so great with Aubree from the very beginning. It warms my cold, black heart to see how passionate he is about the way Adumb treats her. I'm sure it bothers him even more since Watson came along and he's knows what it's like to love a child from the moment he was born. He's a great guy. Not making excuses for the driver of the pickup, but I wonder if he was stuck in traffic behind Jenelle while she was doing things like throwing French fries out the window, and was pissed off about the way she was driving. Even if he was, they both over reacted and were endangering other people and there's no excuse for it. Jenelle's evil grin when she pulled out the gun, and the way she unbuckled her seatbelt and left it off for awhile are proof to me that she was hoping for a showdown. It's telling that Jace called Barb, his real mom, and the one person he feels safe with. I really hope that Ali wasn't hearing about losing her aide for the first time while the whole family was in the vehicle. It's been previously mentioned that likes her aide, and she should have been gently told about the situation off camera. Darn you, Devion, you're making me like you. I laughed at his wink at the camera and I thought he was funny on that Teen Mom Online or whatever it was that came on before the show. I never want to see Kail eat again.
  15. This worries me too. I've always thought it's a good thing that Jace is in Scouts. Hopefully, his leaders or his friends' dads take him under their wings.
  16. I think MTV hired somebody local to play the cop and that's why the whole thing was so weird.
  17. @configdotsys, I'm sorry that you're going through so much. When you can, please keep us updated on how you're doing. I'm beginning to think the welfare check at the swamp was just a bad reenactment. The camera crew being there with no children present, and the way the officer calmly excepted that the kids weren't there and leaving just doesn't add up. Oh, and I could have gone the rest of my life without seeing UBT doing up his pants as he walked into the room.
  18. South Dakota here. It pains me to admit this, but I drove by Chelsea's house last week. I'm not a stalker. I had the choice between the quickest route and the scenic route, and it was a nice day so I went with the scenic choice.
  19. I thought the same thing. It happened to me a few years ago, and I still can't answer an unexpected knock at the door without panicking. Those fools don't realize how fortunate they are. Did anyone else notice that when Jenelle was talking to her so-called friend Jamie she had a gage in one ear and no earring in the other? I hadn't noticed her wearing a gage before. I thought Barb looked pretty when she was being interviewed. I liked how Chelsea's family handled the pressure of being rushed. They were stressed, but they didn't freak out. I shudder to think what would UBT would have done if one of his stepkids forgot their bookbag. I thought Leah looked nice in this episode. Those puppies were so cute. I hope they all ended up in good homes. Addie looked so sad when they were giving the puppy to its new owners, and I thought it was so sweet when Ali kissed her cheek. I also couldn't figure out Roxanne's blanket/poncho thing. Does it get that cold in Florida? Could she have the chills due to her Lupus? I didn't get her whole argument about Javi. Was she disappointed that he wasn't being deployed and wouldn't be getting hazardous duty pay that she had hoped would be trickling over to the coven? I need to rewatch with captions turned on.
  20. I think he's afraid that there's garlic in the food.
  21. I've also wondered if Nurie will face charges for the accident. Wreckless driving, careless driving, distracted driving, and overdriving road conditions would all be possibilities in my neck of the woods. Is it wrong of me to hope that the air conditioner thing is a big story, and that the girls were really rocking out to a secular song on the radio when the accident happened? If so, I hope the radio was destroyed in the crash and their parents never find out. I can't imagine walking into a pregnancy center and being faced with volunteers whose hair and make up rival Miss Kitty's.
  22. Not the cool, goodie filled prayer closet. She needs a trip to the one at the TTH. That'll fix her.
  23. The Plexus pimp posted another comment apologizing for the errors and said they were typing one handed because they were nursing a baby so I'm pretty sure it was snark. I thought it was hilarious, and I wondered which one of you guys was the clever snarker.
  24. She's willing to bet $50. Doesn't she know that gambling is sinful? She needs a trip to the prayer closet STAT.
  25. I know it's all been mentioned upthread, but I have to get it off my chest. I hate the way Kaiser is being to set up to fail. He's going to be in big trouble if he poops his pants, but he can't go use the bathroom. UBT announces that Kaiser always spills, yet he's given a heavy looking glass that he probably can't get his little hands around instead of a kid sized, spillproof glass. He gets yelled at for not having his shoes and socks on, but neither UBT or Jenelle will get off their ass to help him. And why was he in a short sleeved t-shirt in the car when everyone else was wearing a winter coat? I can't imagine the pent up anger and frustration he must be dealing with. How sad that a bunch of strangers on the internet seem to care more about his welfare than the assholes he lives with. I felt badly for Ali at the birthday party. The venue looked huge and she was doing a lot of walking. Where was her willchair? I thought that was a strange (and convenient) time for the phone call with Jeremy. Chelsea's court cases were in two different counties. That may have caused some of the confusion. I'm so over the coven. Kail, you can't have it both ways and no one cares about your asshole.
