When were the Stavros/Lulu embryos...created? Surely not long ago enough to have created a 10 year old.
-
I thought the third embryo was the one the doctors said wasn't viable, or stolen, or whatever, that started this whole Embryo!!! quest in the first place.

And also, on a purely pacing note, why is Laura (with help from Lulu) getting ready for her date with Kevin on the 18th and the actual date isn't until a week later, the 24th? -

Whhhyyyy? Why can't we have nice things? It's bad enough Kevin has exposure to Lulu's baby rabies just because he wants to date Laura, now all of them have to deal with Nathan and Claudette? -
Kevin, I hope you didn't tell Laura's daughter *everything*!

"Worst Bakers In America" Spinoff Talk
LexieLily replied to Drogo's topic in Worst Cooks In America [V]
Clearly the children were scripted or at the very least heavily prompted to give their "commentary" and "critiques," but why does FN think we want to see children being smart-asses to adults? -
Sasha and Emma! That was so adorable! (I thought they had broken up. Lol) Aww, just when I had started getting attached to Vanilla Ice :( He should have outlasted Amber and Maureen and Ryan.

And that was their main criteria for choosing her #1, and Lorraine picking her for her team. How low is this bar you're setting, guys? (To be fair, there was that one guy that made a rectangle cake and then used a pizza cutter to try and shape it into a circle...) -
Amber is a drama queen that I believe deliberately chose to misinterpret what she heard Julianne say and she can leave hopefully in this double elimination. I noticed that Peta wasn't too happy with Amber in the backstage footage from last week. Lol

Like Elvira said, the scale problems in each of the bottom two teams' designs was hilarious. You had soda bottles that were half the size of the wizard/warlock on one team, and on the other there were miniscule scattered dead people.

Spoilers and Speculation: Clink Boom and Cheese Fondue

I honestly have no clue. The out-of-nowhere breakup/book was clearly done to facilitate GF's time off but they could have just as easily had Kevin/Laura keeping in touch via phone/email these last two weeks and not had to break them up at all. How much of a breakup could it be, really, if they only had one date and slept together? -
And I get the feeling we are supposed to sympathize and cheer for Meredith for sacrificing her own feelings for Riggs to give her sister a chance? But we haven't seen Meredith have feelings for Riggs at all. They had caught-up-in-a-moment sex in her car in the parking lot and she's treated him with barely concealed disdain ever since.

That's just embarrassing. Is that why we have this riveting front-burner story of Claudette and who her baby daddy is, when the only non-newbie this even tangentially effects is Maxie?
-
You have got to be kidding me. Show writers said that?
-
I didn't think I'd be disappointed to see Rick leave, but I am. Amber can leave anytime. Maks doesn't seem too gung-ho about her, and her statement this week about "Were you out of breath after this dance?" "No" "The correct answer is yes, that means you worked hard" explains a lot.
-
So they are full on going the showmance route with Jana and Gleb, aren't they? That's kind of gross considering they are both married.
-
Out of the six that are in jeopardy, I think it's between Rick/Ryan/Amber for elimination.

I don't know if we can talk about this here but - who is the Vinny and Ma show supposed to be targeting? I watched it because nothing else was on and Ma comes off as a total ignorant moron. -

The most annoying thing to me this whole finale? How Tyler and both of the trucks kept repeating 248543 times that the winner of the hot dog challenge would get a one hour advantage, and when it finally happened, the Grilled Cheese Truck got to Catalina via helicopter in fifteen minutes and the Italians that had to take the boat had an hour ride. Advantage? Forty-five minutes. Not an hour. Simple math, FN. That was embarrassing. It was just Nutella and chunks of cheese. -
Guy's Grocery Games - General Discussion

I thought Alex should have been eliminated in the second game, or even in Marc's place. She had food-related critiques in the second round, and all Eric had was that he used the wrong plate. -
Topanga is mostly why I find Riley so irritating. Topanga wanted to control everything, yes, but things like her academic career, her grades and never-ending quest to beat Minkus for all A's, her parents' divorce in the college years, even her relationship with Cory. Topanga did not care one iota whether or not the other kids liked her. Original Recipe Topanga, for sure, but even High School/College Topanga didn't base her identity on whether or not people liked her. She had her boyfriend, she had Shawn, she had Angela (and Rachel, later) for female friends and that was enough for her. I find it unrealistic that Topanga wouldn't raise her daughter with even a quarter of that confidence.

I saw on the TV Guide the premiere of a new show starting the hour after the Food Truck finale. Starring? Jersey Shore Vinny and his Ma.
