New episodes tonight!!!!

I finally had my aha! moment while watching last night. I was always wondering why when the show is filming in overseas locations are the Realtors always (90% of the time) White? I always ask myself 'wouldn't the realitors be native to the country ? Why are they usually White ? Then it finally dawned on me that this show is fake and that the HH are not realy house hunting, so they show probably doesn't actually hire a "Realtor" to show them 3 houses.

I thought this was a new show. ?

ginger90: I have been a vegetarian for 6 yrs. It was very easy for me because I have never been much of a meat eater. Couldn't get pass that animals had to be murdered. When I was a kid, my mother and I would have all out wars at dinner because I had no problem eating the veggies but mostly wouldn't eat the meat. Good luck! : -)

They all they act/behave how the script calls for them to act/behave. I'm not sure why people get so outraged at how they come across while bidding. My dh actually yells at the TV. lol

Today I saw on the News (not sure what State) this backyard that had a retractable yard part over the swimming pool, That way you don't lose yard space to a pool. I thought it was really cool. You couldn't tell that there was a pool underground. Last weekend we toured a mansion in Downtown Denver that was built in 1898. The rooms were really a nice size but the closets were really small. My son said "how can you get any clothers in there?" I had to explain, that way back then, people didn't have a lot of clothers. You may have had a few items but nothing like we do today.

What I don't understand is why women act like laminate floor are on the same level as floors made out of shit ? I've seem HH shows with brand new laminate floors/just installed by the homeowners and the wife will stay "OMG!!!!!!! those have to go"

I never used my disposal. Haven't in the 10 yrs that we've lived here. I do run water through it every now& then to keep it fresh.

We were watching a HH couple wanting a 'beachfront' property. I can't remember if I was watching the WA State or NC show. They wanted to be able to walk out the front door and right to the beach but they also insisted that the house have a swimming pool because they promised the kids one. I didn't understand why they insisted on a pool if they were able to walk out the front door onto the beach ?

I just watched a repeat of a Alexandria, VA episode. Th male HH actually complained about a fire hydrant on the edge of front yard. What?! Why would you complain about a fire hydrant being in the front yard ?

The boots look way too big for her. They look funny.

Twop is getting a little heavy handed cosidering the site is closing in 2 weeks. I got a warning for being "board on boards' because I asked a question in "The View thread. It was a random question & thought and not actually about one episode of the 'show' When I asked why I was given a warning I was told "You know the rules" Huh? Really?
