Oliver regretted it straight away judging from his facial expression. Laurel on the other hand was there in a happy daze. But hey, credit where credit is due, at least she said the right name at the funeral. Gee, that Timmy was a swell guy. He liked club... soda? That letter was a steaming pile of hilarious bullcrap.

Damn board ate my post. Whyyy? I found Oliver's WWLD funny, because brandishing a weapon and beating up people sounds right up her alley, so Baby Canary was on point there if you ask me. The biggest kindness to Laurel and KC in this episode was casting a girl who is an even more awkward runner than her and then handed her an even worse domino mask. I didn't think it was possible. While it's not an episode I will rewatch, there was a lot of stuff I enjoyed. Lance, Diggle, present day Oliver with everyone, Dig and Felicity, Nyssa with both Lance and Oliver. A major dumbass in the flashbacks, Oliver really stepped up in the present, not blaming anyone including himself and taking on custody of Lance. Those flashbacks were the funniest thing ever. I especially appreciated how they ended with Oliver heading back to PURGATORY! He knew what he had done. Unlike Laurel who was obviously planning to get back on the track she had them on before the Gambit.

How many times will we see this recreated in photo ops in Birmingham? I'm guessing hoping loads.

It's not just you. Her right eye is either half closed or there's a shadow over it making it feel that way. I DON'T EVEN CARE. We got an OTA poster and with Dig in the middle because he's hurt and lost and his buddies are there supporting him and having his back.

Ha! I noticed that they were all former cast members, but didn't make the LI connection.

I'm pretty convinced it's her to Diggle and I don't find it objectionable. But then, I didn't find much wrong with the way she was portrazed in 406 either. PB and KL are brutal in their scene together. And look, Nyssa and Oliver sort of take a united front on the Lance issue. I almost whooped when Dig clocked Mrs Evil. I get Oliver's point that she's in the public eye, but good on Dig. The producer's preview makes it look like it's OTA there when Dig airs his guilt. I like that. It could be a start of Oliver and Felicity being on the same side again.

Obviously, he's still breaking the law, I just imagine the SCPD don't give a crap seeing as he was hanging out with their captain on a crime scene with half a dozen other cops there. I do think it will be minimal and too little. I don't think there is none though. In fact, I'm 95% sure that dialogue tease is Felicity's line to him. I don't know who else it would be. Doesn't sound like Thea and Lance will be having his own stuff to deal with. Possibly Lyla, but I'm still leaning towards Felicity.

My discomfort with change is flaring up. I'm sure the changes on the forums are improvements but everything seems strange and I feel unsettled.

I happened upon Partners, a sit-com with Michael Urie, David Krumholtz, Sophia Bush and Brandon Routh. I had no clue this existed and it seems like an odd mix of actors for some reason. Urie is basically a less mean version of his Ugly Betty character and Routh is his boyfriend.

Why do you think they have no scenes? The article states: So my read is they do have scenes together, just that they are more focused on grieving Laurel than on Dig's opinion about Felicity leaving the team. The article doesn't really tell me much about their relationship to be honest. It could be referring to the finale or it could be referring to the stretch of episodes leading up to it.

You're right, it is after Moira's trial. Could be. I don't remember the two of them interacting afterwards on the show to draw conclusions based on that. Maybe it's just Moira going super protective about her family, in which she now includes Felicity and Ellie. That's probably even more likely. Laurel's getting the you're-not-one-of-us treatment like Felicity when she confronted Moira about Thea. BTW, Moira calling Felicity darling is the funniest thing ever.
