I'm trying to think of what could be actually surprising, since there are two options really. 1) They get back together this season. 2) They don't. Unless it's Felicity wanting to get back together and Oliver pulls a Kelly Taylor. Which LOL, no.

I didn't realize it was specifically organized for her sake. I just thought she dropped by when she was able to and they were having fun already either way. She was? Cute. I do hope she's in it, the head of ARGUS certainly makes sense since Waller was about to intervene when the city was under the attack of Slade's soldiers. I just don't think it's necessarily connected. After all, KC was there and I don't believe there's a chance of her being in the finale. I suppose they all had fun at the party the night before and decided to meet up the next day, which is very nice.

I agree on the first and third points on the best list, and strongly disagree with the one praising her for reading Lance the riot act for lying to her about the Hood. When she was simultaneously lying to Tommy about the Hood. It's an instance the show played smart though, since Tommy pointed it out straight away too. I would add Laurel's scene with Lance in Taken when she found out about Oliver having a kid from an affair with her friend. That was good.

I can't believe I'm doing a side by side contrast with the season 4 promo pic. Stupid helmet. Only difference I can see is that it looks smoother. There were a lot grooves in the promo photo helmet that I don't see here.

Earlier in the week SA said he had 5 more days of shooting left and production had 6. I don't know if it means he'll finish a day earlier or if he possibly has a day off from shooting earlier.

I don't think they'll ever make flashback Oliver a complete evil dude and it's not necessary from the storyline standpoint. However he may see himself, Oliver has never been separated from humanity. After all, when he first took Dig to meet up with the Bratva, he could have killed that guy he was asked to. Instead he faked his death. The Bratva year(s) should play into his feeling of everyone being a threat or a target, isolating him while being surrounded by people. I'm betting he skips a few rungs thanks to his connection with Anatoly. Not straight to a captain, but a few. And that's fine by me.

Since they're supposed to be friends, I'd be offended in Padalecki's place otherwise.

Speaking of Macha, she updated Deceive, Inveigle, Obfuscate. It's like we've summoned her. The chapter goes along swimmingly. She repurposes Felicity's supervirus, Laurel is very well used and Oliver is very obviously going to plus, Moira is very Moira and not at all impressed with the "relationship". As it should be at this point. The thing I think I like best is he sense of urgency and emotional impact. I agree with you on theshipsfirstmate and Macha. As for funny, I don't think I will ever forget Oliver being a preening show pony. :D Macha writes a great Roy among many other things.

The odds of them going to SDCC are below zero I would say. Their storylines will be wrapped up this season and it's not like they were a big hit. I'm not implying the con is bottom-of-the-barrel, but that having them as guests is the con scraping that bottom. lemotomato mentioned Matt Nable and as much of a dud Ra's was, he was still a bigger deal than Taiana and Reiter. There's still time for some to pop up. The cast may be posting more photos once they sober up. Sometime in May presumably.
