It's cute but I honestly don't get the band aid. Oliver didn't get injured in this episode, did he? Did Felicity poke him with his own arrow? And what's with the blue and the vertical lines over the boobs' eyes? I feel very slow.

I haven't been watching Supernatural for a long, long time, 5+ years for sure. And while I don't remember John as abusive, I have been left with the impression that the boys were left to their own devices a lot and that he wasn't necessarily present even when he was there.

Hasn't it been clear from pretty much the start that Dean was Sam's primary care giver? That spells absentee parent to me. Not necessarily physically, but when it comes to state of mind. I think I remember the grounds being laid in the first season, but I can't be certain.

DD didn't turn Andy. He had been a problem since forever. He still would have been in on bad shit. I guess there's the possibilty he wouldn't have tangled with a 300-year-old megalomanic bad guy and landed in a spot to be killed by his big brother. Also, his absence wouldn't have solved the BDM problem. He didn't cause it, merely brought it into the open.

Not one, but two tweets. Unrelated, but appreciated.

It was. EK was there with her.

I'm sure the prick feels justified about all the stupid crap he pulls.

But Oliver doesn't have a lost love of his life. Even Laurel acknowledged that she wasn't it for him.
-
How does Oliver realize there's a new vigilante on the streets in 506, when Felicity had "Goggles Guy"'s police sketch pulled up in 501 or 502? Has he forgot about that?
-
That's what I was referring to because of the scene @Morrigan2575 mentions. I wasn't paying much attention to the promo the first time I saw it, but it's there.

Felicity grates the most, but he does it to the other noobs as well. Short Stop, Olympian, Rags. I hope the other noobs vote him off the island promptly.
-
Is Wild Dong supposed to be playing Shovely Joe next week? ETA: Never mind, I actually paid attention to the promo this time and it's in there.

I was expecting Roy as well, but I think we actually got - brace yourselves - a male Laurel. His attitude in the lair actually reminds most of her when she joined, the way he thinks he knows best and is not taking clues from people with more experice. Only there's a lovely added layer of mouthing off to Felicity. Laurel was presumptuous, but I don't remember her ever being as dismissive of Felicity's contribution after joining the team as Wild Dong was with his doint nothing comment. There is a parallel to be drawn to Laurel's attitude in S1 and S2. Plus, there's an added flavor of dragging your teammates into messes unawareas. Rene dragging Evelyn into the confrontation with Sampson and cronies - Laurel dragging Thea into the Sara/NP mess.

What's a tailored trend? How do you tailor it?

This is more of a reflection of my lack of interest in this storyline, but when?

I thought she was completely fine when she first told him she wanted to do it alone. She didn't hesitate and she made it perfectly clear that it was her thing. Even if it turned out to be nothing more than getting irritated by others commenting, she had a right to it. It's just that Toby is an overbearing jerk who just inserts himself everywhere and is convinced he knows best.

Thanks for playing, Rene, Evelyn and Curtis, you can go home now. Rory, I want to keep. He actually has sensible scenes with both Oliver and Felicity, and brings something to the table in respect of both skills on the field and character. How long will we have to watch Wild Dog being housebroken? It's really not interesting, and I doubt it'll stick. He doesn't give a shit all about the team, which the opening scene displayed nicely. The only reason I see why they're keeping him around is for Dig returning to the bunker, so that he'll be able to influence him like he wasn't able to influence Andy. I see that as Dig's penance. To which I have to say, I feel for you, man. I hope the plan didn't end with stashing Dig in the bunker, to get conjugal visits and hit the streets as Spartan, and that they'll be working on proving his innocence. Even if it's off screen and they just announce it later in the season. Felicity was actually giving an anti-Felicity POV here as far as I could tell. I am all for her sticking with those types of cover stories. They provide me with decent laughs. It was nothing. I kept expecting him to use the ball somehow as well, this just felt weird and Tony Stark adjecent and that's just wrong. This is all I wanted, even if I had a somewhat different set up in mind.

Thanks. I can skip it entirely then.

Does he talk about the show at all? Because I'm not interested in his wine club.
-
I don't know that this fits his MO though. Announcing to everyone that this is just no fun anymore, he's taking a breather, we all need to focus on what's really important in life, yada yada yada, definitely. That way he's guaranteed to get messages like come back, Steve, we love you, don't leave us, by truckloads. Going private without announcing it seems too mellow IMO. Plus, apparently visitor posts were disallowed on his FB page recently and, while I thought he should count it as a blessing, he seemed to want toget them back to enabled asap. If I were writing this thing, it would be the cast and crew pranking him, messing with his social media.

I've had issues with "losing" letters, i.e. typing losing and getting ling. But that's been happening for a while. Is that what you're talking about? I thought it was either me or my keyboard.

I didn't think about it, but it's possible. Although I think it's where the show will pick up. I rewatched the Gilmore Girls trailer and they not only show the funeral, but have a photo of happy Richard and Emily canoodling there? Assholes. :( I love the visual of her in a baseball Tee and a fancy necklace while she's decluttering. I wonder who it is that Luke sees pulling up to the diner in a town car. Maybe Emily has stopped driving?
