  1. I'm trying to figure out the reasoning for Oliver's concern for Thea. Go ahead and laugh. But I'm thinking it's not necessarily this Moira-like action that's the cause for it, but knowing how Moira's actions in protecting her family snowballed to her being an accomplice in Malcolm's plan to level a metropolitan area. So, it's not so much about this as it is about what it could lead to.
  2. I suppose Thea falls in the better-than-me group together with Dig and Felicity in Oliver's eyes. Yeah, it's stupid.
  3. Watch it. If you're willing to roll with the stupid, it's actually pretty funny.
  4. Oh, Arrow logic, never change. Poor Susan has lost her job and Oliver pities her after he finds out she's been digging up on him while they were together. And now she won't be able to run a story on him! Perish the thought. I am sure she had nothing to do with that news item at the end. Then there is deputy mayor hanging out with GA and his posse (including a new officer whose identity will be protected by only a domino mask) and arresting people when he hasn't been a cop in almost a year. Nothing suspicious there, no, siree. Honestly, it was all hilarious. Probably more so than Oliver going straight to Prometheus' presumed mother with the subtlety of a bull in a china shop and then her not co-operating because her poor serial killer baby boy might end up locked up. I actually thought it was fun overall, even if completely stupid. I dug Felicity and Thea's scene and the dig at Susan being not at all original, Oliver actually being more concerned about Thea than anything else, and the call back to 1x14 with the Olicity confrontation. Also, Oliver repeatedly referring to Susan as Susan Williams reminded me of nothing more than Felicity's R. Palmer phone contact in S3. Oh yeah, he's sooo totally in. I guess Oliver kills the Bratva guy next time. It would explain the comment about Anatoly owing him from 512. And for once, I liked the over the top metaphot with the sin-eater. Namely the part about him living on the edge of the village. I felt that spoke to Oliver.
  5. FS is in mid, heading into late 20s at this point. She was in early 20s when the show started.
  6. Maybe they're circus guns shooting silk flowers and scarves?
  7. I really find it hard to believe that the entirety of Olicity fandom is super chill and respectful to other ships at all times. As stated, it's big, so there are different folks there as I am sure is the case with any fandom.
  8. @theOAfc, there's a multiquote function if you want to respond to more posts. It's to the right of the quote function.
  9. That decission is probably good for your blood pressure.
  10. He definitely heard of it before Sara mentioned it, but I think the show will play it as Thalia telling him about the League and that she only goes by Thalia.
  11. I'm a complete idiot for starting to watch this show with William's storyline. I don't think I've said it before, but Jermel Nakia is a terrific choice for young William. He matches both Ron Cephas Jones' physicality and soulfulness, and he is honest to God exceptional in this role. I see that his IMDb credits list is short and hope it grows. They also cast some really cute kids for little William here. So, these are two episodes in a row showing Jack's two sons learning how to help the people they love by following in his footsteps. Is it Kate's turn for something like this next week?
  12. It definitely sounds like something will be up with Thea since he is singling her out when for all intents and purposes she's been completely and totally together so far this season.
  13. Ahaha. Even I can see it and I've only really watched her on this year's crossover. I do like that they have two ladies in the poster and that they put non-superpowered Alex in the front. Aces.
  14. Did Dig actually help her find a job and/or place to live or was he just there to talk to her about it? Because I got the impression from DR that Dig would actually be actively helping her with those things. And while on the subject, is Dig currently employed? I mean, it's not a bad idea to get your own ducks in a row before starting to arrange others'.
  15. They make such weird writing choices. Felicity says she made a breakthrough and Tinah just goes home to chill? So, so weird.
  16. I'm not ragey, but I am rolling my eyes mightily.
  17. Youtube tricked me into watching a scene in which Rene and... Mrs Dog fight over him wanting to take a gun with him to a game he was going to see with his daughter. My single take away is, how far in was she actually? Because she looked amazing. Laurel was popping pills and swilling booze for maybe two weeks before she started looking like crap. Yet this lady looked fresh and rested and ready for her shot for the Pantene ad.
  18. My thoughts exactly. Good fic, never, ever try it on the show.
  19. She still hasn't had her annual near death experience, so why not?
  20. Okay. I was just thinking maybe it was another one for the con column regardin him keeping custody of his kid.
  21. Did Rene face charges for killing the drug dealer?
  22. I'm sorry if I'm being obtuse here, but how does him coming back to Arrow towards the end of this season influence the newbies' contracts for next season? Are you assuming that they'll have him more present in S6 of Arrow, since he won't be of use on LOT past this year? I'd say the producers' infatuation with Barrowman speaks in favor of that. On the other hand, this year is supposed to bring closure to the five (ten) year plot he put into motion so it would make equal sense for this to be the year they get rid of him.
