I thought they were both horrible. He was a cardboard cutout, and she sounded like an alien learning how Earthlings spoke. There was something so unnatural about her speech patterns.

You know, this is the first time I'm thinking that they didn't only screw the audience over with the way they chose to tell the William story, but SA as well. One, the guy had been gunning for it for a while apparently. Two, he's so likeable with kids and they managed to completely drain him of that with the combination of writing and casting. Stellar job. ?

I think I did feel a smidgeon of sympathy until she went to bitch about it to Tommy. Then I was firmly in his corner. Sucks being lied to, huh? Too bad, so sad.

I don't know if it happened in this fic, but Felicity giggling is really starting to annoy me in fics.

I was all set to recommend it and then the epilogue happened. So, for me, this is an example of the ending not fitting the fic. I wholeheartedly recommend the first four chapters. Five and six were okay but not so magical in my eyes as the first four. I guess the fic can be read without the epilogue.

I think it was just better this storyline for Dinah than a storyline for Rene or Curtis.

I hope they go all out and huddle together to pray in front of the suit before going out in the field each night. Dear Laurel of subpar, foolhardy vigilantes... Bonus points if somebody brings up that the baddies might be praying to their fallen hero, and who's to say they won't have more luck.

I got the impression that it was two years tops, but that could very well have been because of the themes and characters taken from the first two seasons.
