Well, it's pretty funny that the tough ones--"Don't even bother me with an emergency signal, jefe"--lasted less than 24 hours. . But I get it. That "quarantine" situation looks HORRENDOUS. . I always thought I could probably handle the boredom of sitting around all day, hanging out with the other inmates. But trapped in that deafening noise, staring at the walls of that little box, without even a paperback??

Bill Maher brags repeatedly that he's a "blue" who looooves to visit "red" places to perform his standup. "I love those people! We get along great!" And that's apparently where he gets his credentials for insisting that people don't really believe The Big Lie. He's adamant that people are only pretending, because they have another agenda. He could not possibly be more wrong. He's so condescending when, for example, he refers to the trailers that the red state people live in, yet he has the audacity to speak on behalf of the Borg Collective. Real Time is turning into a hate watch for me.

As I was flipping past the 24-hour "The Office" channel this morning, it vaguely floated through my mind that Steve Carell is a really good actor and seems to come up a little short on the recognition for that. I hadn't even heard of this show, but now I can't wait. How deliciously creepy!
