It's called mixology and the icon is the word mix in blue with the 'I' being a bottle. You can search based on either the name of a drink or an ingredient you want to use. You can move drinks to a favourites list or add your own custom recipe. You can click on the ingredients to link to information or explanation of what the ingredient is. It's free. Oh and old fashioned is one of my favourites. I used to carry my own bottle of bitters in case I wanted oneand the bar didn't have bitters. As Betty Draper said (referring to Gene) I want what I want when I want it.

caprice I have a great mixology app. French 75 from them is: 2 oz gin 2 oz fresh lemon juice 2 tsp superfine sugar (icing sugar works) You can shake that with ice and strain (I put it in a flute.) Fill flute with champagne or prosecco Garnish with cherry and orange slice Actually since a flute is smaller than a collins glass - I use that to make 2. Athena and I are neighbours. I am going to make one for her someday if she wishes.

Thank you caprice. I have seen floating in, no talking and then floating out. Because of the French 75 discussion I have learned to make those and it is my new favourite. It will be the feature drink at my birthday party. I'll have one of those thanks.

I was in a swanky vintage bar so I ordered a Sazerac. Coming right up and then sorry no can do. So I found a recipe. Mine has pernod. I invest in a bottle of Pernod and find out you are putting a few drops in a glass and swishing and pouring it out. So I am the proud owner of about 16.5 years worth of Pernod. Visit my daughter who is not a drinker. She is in her cupboard pulls out a bottle of Pernod and says 'what the heck is this stuff?' I am now the grudging owner of 33 years worth of Pernod. Sooooo... The sazeracs are on me. Cheers.

Rbonnie, I couldn't agree more. It's not about colour. It's like people are lining up to also be considered equal victims of the tirade and suck up some sympathy. Thicker skin people, please.

I'm an amateur mixologist but Christmas and New Year I was put in charge of getting 15 people drunk. No sorry I meant I was in charge of pre-dinner cocktails. I did them all as champagne (proseco - hey I'm not rich) based and found some pretty good ones and some good pretty ones. Dripping in Grenadine, Blue Curacao or Banana was interesting. I need to try the French 75 one. It looks yummy. Favourite things to add to proseco: pom liqueur, benedictine, banana liqueur, pernod.

Great discussion going here. Not sure if I understood the new math from the mod which will determine day end. It appears the only non poster so far is TMunz. Hey where are you? Some people have impressed me, I will support those people, you know who you are. I play a much more aggressive form of this game than you all. My history is playing in RPG forums where it is mostly young men with testosterone. None of them knew I was the sex and age to be their grandmother. It puts a target on my back. I am going to say my role in this game is not that spectacular but if someone wants to protect me tonight it might be a good choice. Thanks

Totally. I put forward my rationale against no DL days because it is what I believe truthfully from my heart. However I switched my vote, wasted my second day vote and was fairly gleeful that there was a no DL. I knew one of my team was not going to be DL'd and putting the town down a day was just fine by me. I will not be as gleeful with a no DL this day.

No of course it isn't. I'm talking about non posters. They don't help at all and it is a good way to lay low if the town lets them do that. It's a great strategy to avoid the early DL or NK (unlike what I do). Games I have been in they are early targets for those two reasons. We know it as flying under the radar. Understand about the PB my ex husband and my two daughters watched it so many times I know I have imbued the entire movie from the atmosphere in my house. I am all set for PB mafia.

So what are the powers of the town: DL Protector/physician Investigator Day 1 night one the physician has not one clue who to protect. He may protect scum by mistake Day 1 night one the investigator investigates a random player with no idea who to target. Day 2 who does she tell? Zero gain for the town. Day 1 DL. A pretty wild shot but 40 % chance of hitting scum. Day 2 gameplay - town will read the story,hunt for a clue with a good chance of missing it again. Will DL someone because they have to but this vote is pretty much another shot in the dark. Makes sense? No. Some of you are just in a no lynch day 1 camp for 'a' reaason. Day 1 DL is the town using the only power it has knowing it is a risk but no riskier than the day 2 DL you are all going to do.

I agree we are probably going to miss the clues same as we missed them all in theGoT game. If you are waiting for the mud to clear, not likely it will. A vote today has the same information to work on as day 2 or 3.
