  1. Gross Encounters of the Turd Kind. Ha-larious.
  2. I just saw the slate of cities for the KYV tour. Not an Atlanta, Dallas, Miami or even Charlotte in the bunch. Is that because Southern women already know their value?
  3. Watching Vanessa Williams' episode now. She seems unnaturally surprised that there is Caucasian in her background. ETA: Sorry, I thought I was posting in the "All Seasons" thread.
  4. The couple (or the woman, anyway) vacationing in "Bangor?, He hardly knew her, Maine" were interesting. Frankly, $1200 for a waterfront cottage for a WEEK seems like a you-get-what-you-pay-for situation. Plus I was a little put off by her over-familiarity with Douglas. "Thank you, Sir." would have been a more appropriate comment to him as she handed over the photos. I know, I am old and crotchety but I try to always be polite. Now get off my lawn.
  5. See, I had a little different take on the U-turn matter. In her opening statement, the plaintiff said she was in a 'right-turn-only' lane, and the diagram clearly showed that she had passed a right turn onto a cross street. If she had planned to turn at the NEXT right available, should she not have gotten into that lane until AFTER she had passed that street. I think that if Defendant had thought of that, and suggested that Plaintiff was at least partly responsible, JJ might have gone the "deductible only recovery' route. Yes, I used to be a claims adjuster. My specialty was disputed liablility.
  6. Defendant in the Daycare Something-or-Other case: Al Bacor. Suddenly, I want tuna for lunch.
  7. Anyone else get a 'swinger' vibe from the sawed-off photographer and his two bikini models? I noticed just the slightest of slips when he said "This is my wife and our...her best friend".
  8. Yep, I wish there could be a moratorium on bad owner/stupid owner episodes. I generally read the description and delete immediately.
  9. I hope this is not too too far off topic, but the greyhound-owning mother ADMITTED that her dog was having issues PRIOR to the son having been bitten. One can only surmise that the GH would have be returned anyway, since she was not responding well to having been adopted. They are generally NOT good family pets. It is not their fault, it's just the way it is. I am not doubting that the child in question may have had some lingering discomfort, but it appears the plaintiff would have had to surrender their dog anyway, whether or not the son had been bitten.
  10. " but at least she doesn't play the whole BS all-sides-have-a-legitimate-opinion game." So, then all sides don't? That's interesting.
  11. Not actually Morning Joe, but on in the Morning Joe slot today, and I don't see a generic MSNBC thread...... Does Carolyn Maloney think that hairdo makes her look younger?

    The Lexicon

I heard it, too, and floved it immediately.
  13. Really, Jenna? "Matches her abortion".....what a nasty little mohawked toad.
