Even though Kody was oblivious to the fact that Ysabel was turning 18, was his whole mansplaining of a “Sweet Sixteen Party being for a girl who had never been kissed” something he was just pulling out of his butt or is it really a thing? I think she works in a coffee shop and probably gets some kind of pension from The Army. Before Usman came along, her paychecks must have gone towards her MJ Collection.

My guess is that she never actually had a full surgical facelift, maybe just something less invasive done to her forehead. Her cheeks and "turkey gobble", as she called it, are as bad as ever and the wrinkles are even more pronounced after her WLS. No reputable plastic surgeon would have worked on her unless she had quit smoking for several weeks prior to surgery and passed a "nicotine test." I came back to post a photo that had people believing she had a facelift. To me, it's photoshopped, everything is kind of blurry and notice the weird bump in her shoulder!

I'm kind of interested to see Angela and Kim compare their Nigerian Prince experiences on the Tell All.
