Same. I like Cara Dune, and she can be played just as easily by another actor. Many online are suggesting Lucy Lawless as a recast, and as much as I have loved her since Xena, I think the role would be better suited to a lesser-known actor. She should not play second fiddle to anyone!

I guess Agent May’s a little busy in the Outer Rim 😄 I just had the thought that the show is a little bit like some eps of Black Mirror in that, at first, it seemed to be about an ordinary couple in an ordinary setting (albeit with a couple odd quirks thrown in), but then there are increasing hints that everything isn’t quite as normal as it seems.

Aaah, this is getting so good! I had to stop halfway through to get my kids up for online school - but I was thinking that Wanda is the only Avenger besides Dr Strange who can alter reality. Also, why was Jimmy hesitant to call her Scarlet Witch? Come to think of it, the other Avengers only called her Wanda too...Anyway, I’ll have more to say when I finish the ep!

As much as I liked the finale, I think this episode is my favourite of the season. I agree with everything in your post, Lucindabelle! I think I’ve watched it about five times now 😄

I found a Youtube video about Ludwig Goransson and his process for composing the score. There’s one part that shows Ludwig in the recording studio with the orchestra, and Pedro is sitting beside him wearing the helmet (you know it’s him because he’s wearing the Fleetwood Mac t-shirt that he’s worn in a few other videos and photos). I can’t imagine that he’d wear the helmet away from the set if it were really that uncomfortable... I also found a video by a New York theatre project (Public Theatre, maybe? I can’t remember) that was released back in the spring - Pedro is reciting a Spanish translation of Romeo’s balcony soliloquy to Juliet, and it is the hottest thing I have seen or heard for ages. (Edit: I know Juliet was on the balcony 😄)

It was good! I am definitely starting to see the western influences in the Mandalorian now. And I know it was a product of its time, but I was amused at how well the Mexican villagers spoke English 😄
