What is the significance of them being joined? There are so many thoughts running through my head, but none of them really make sense. I still can't figure out why Hook would be sword fighting Gold.

I'm dying here, at work, trying not to freak out too much about the sword! I'm hoping both their names are on it because it's some kind of ying yang thing, and not because both of them are the Dark One. I just hope they're not sharing one body like Rumple and Neal did.

It seems Adam Croasdell's twitter is already blowing up, and he's doing a lovely job of tweeting fans. And he's already tweeting Colin's dad and brother! I also saw a similar theory that Hook is actually a glamored Emma. But why would she do that? Especially if she already has Excalibur with her dagger. I'm thinking the only reason they would need a Gold double is if they wanted both Rumble and Gold in the same scene. Maybe Rumble is now in Gold's head?

But why is Hook fighting Gold with Excalibur? Perhaps the bigger question is, is Hook actually wearing a peacoat?! I have no idea what is going on, but I'm happy to be surprised. Can Excalibur control Emma since the dagger is now part of it? Although I don't see Emma's name on it, so what does that mean for her?

Why do you think that? The article just says "an episode" will focus on Hook's past. But about Hook's dad, I hate him already. heh

I got Hook too! :D Although for the movie question, I kind of cheated and picked Peter Pan, even though I like Disney's Robin Hood better.

I just found out that Marcus theaters here in the Midwest is having a Disney film series, and this weekend they'll be showing The Little Mermaid, my favorite Disney film. They had quite a few scenes together last season. And by quite a few, I mean maybe 3. I'm glad we are getting more!

After watching the episode again, I'm a bit disappointed in Hook's Camelot outfit. The coat seemed too big and shiny, and I didn't like the studs on the collar. It was like they were trying to make him look punk. I also thought he had too much eyeliner on and his hair was too messy for a nice ball. He was much more put together at the other ball. I think maybe the creators thought the fans were missing Hook's old outfit, and thought this would be the best way to bring it back for a time.

I thought it was interesting when Hook asked Emma to tell him what happened in Camelot, Emma seemed sad and said she wished she could. Makes me think there is another more powerful force in play, probably Merlin.

Yes, I was just thinking the same thing about the kiss. On a shallow note, it was super hot, but also, it was as if he was pouring every once of his love into it. sigh

They filmed other versions where Jen grabbed his lapel by the car. They didn't really cut out much. She just poofed him to her house quicker in the final scene.

I feel like it still would have been nice if they could have shown a glimpse of the power of the TLK, like they did when Belle first kissed Rumple. But it was actually Killian pulling away from Emma in their first kiss with her as the DO, so the effects seem to be inconsistent. Shocker, I know.

The CS and Hook and Belle scenes made the episode worth while for me. Wow, the dark magic really does make Emma horny! I felt bad for Charming having to watch Emma mack on Hook. I'm happy that Hook was able to resist Emma's advances. She must not be that angry with him for what happened in the missing time, and it did look like she was happy when he resisted her. Still not sure what is going on there. I'm also not sure why the Hook and Emma kiss didn't have any TLK effect, because I do believe they are true loves. Why did it take Regina so long to unfreeze Sneezy? The scene with Charming teaching Regina to dance was annoying, but at least we got to see Snow helping Emma get ready for the ball. I wonder why Emma's dress was so plain compared to the other dresses? She did look very pretty and natural though, especially with the flowers in her hair. I also loved Emma getting to say "I know" to Hook, an exact reversal from him saying it on their first date.

The CS angst in next week's episode is going to kill me. Emma showing up on the Jolly Roger (I guess that's where Hook has been staying) dressed in her first date dress to manipulate Hook is going to be hard to watch. I wonder if he'll continue to be able to resist her?

I used to think the belief that some fans had about the show giving everything Emma has had or should have to Regina was a bit unreasonable, but now I'm starting to see the light. :(

Hook might enjoy POTC, but I think he might be a bit offended by Emma comparing him to Captain Jack. ;) I can totally see The Princess Bride being Hook and Emma's "rainy day" movie.

So were they lying when they said Colin wasn't available? Did Colin find out about the derogatory tweets, or did the Swanfire fan not want him on the cover?

What about naval films? I think he'd like one of my favorite movies, Master and Commander. He'd probably appreciate the accuracy, and the good form, and get teary eyed when some of the officers are killed in battle.

What?! I haven't heard anything about people being angry about that. All I've seen on twitter is Colin, Sam, Sean and William Shatner talking about the length of their schlongs. Ah boys.ETA Looks like Colin won't be on the cover of High Voltage because he's unavailable, so they've asked Sam to be on the cover. Fans didn't respond very well, but the magazine is being very nice about it and saying that maybe they'll still have something with Colin in the issue, or in a future issue.
