It seems that divorce is a much bigger violation of church doctrine than drinking/selling tequila and wearing strapless dresses to church. It also sounds like Heather is jealous of Lisa being able to be a Mormon in good standing on her own terms, and Heather is not afforded that. Everything she does gets side-eyed by the church and by what used to be her church community. I think she misses being a part of that, and it sounds like once she got divorced they all turned their backs on her.

Could you be talking about their conversation about Heather's encounter on a plane with a missionary? It sounded like Heather wanted to save the missionary from Mormonism, and Lisa was all proud mama in a "that polite young man could be my son!" kind of way. Like they were each having their own conversation, thinking the other was validating their points.

He has never been able to close his mouth. It makes him look rodent-like, imo, and led to a bunch of "mouth breather" comments about him in earlier seasons. It does look like he got the blindingly white oversized veneers that are, inexplicably, so popular, so that makes closing his mouth even less likely. My teeth feel dry just looking at him.

I am picturing tying Erika to a chair and making her watch a marathon of Mr Rogers, but she'd only say, in her flat, emotionless voice "I don't get it" You know why Erika will never learn empathy? because it would require her to think of other people and their thoughts and emotions. Great (to be read in sarcastifont) another season of Kyle's gravelly voiced crying. Every season, before the premiere, there is a leak about some bogus alleged drama that went down during filming (Aspen), in an obviously orchestrated attempt to gain interest and viewers. I strongly believe the alleged Umansky marriage drama is this season's attempt at that.
