During the meme/text conversation, Dorit said that she and Kyle are barely talking (which I wasn't aware it was that bad). Imo, the only situation where it's ok for someone to communicate like that with an estranged friend's estranged spouse, would be if those communicating had a longer friendship or if they were communicating to help resolve either estrangement -neither of which is the case Kyle would blow a casket if the roles were reversed

I'm not trying to start anything, and i have no idea what this man is like in real life, but is it possible he really just doesn't understand? I only say this because the first few times he asked you had other plans and maybe he didn't get the message that you aren't interested; you're just busy. Maybe if he asks again just say you're not interested in dating at the moment, no need to offer excuses, you don't want to date -it's none of his business. If he pursues it further, then by all means feel free to be rude and blunt. Maybe I'm giving him too much credit, and I apologize if he truly is a creep, but sometimes people need things spelled out for them. If he's a decent person otherwise, it'd be a shame to lose a friendship over a misunderstanding. but if he's weird, that's another story. My theory? I think it was a catch-22. When Mauricio's business started taking off Kyle enjoyed being able to afford and flaunt the house in Aspen, the Birkins, the European vacations, and the new cars every season (Mazerati, Land Rover, that three-wheeled thing she took grocery shopping,...). Mau appeared to enjoy making (keeping?) Kyle happy. I think when The Agency started opening up more and more locations, he was around less and less, and she was ok with that until she wasn't -maybe it had reached a point where was gone too much or maybe she didn't realize how far apart they had grown until her friend died and she needed him by her side and/or some other situation(s) Her endless neediness?

oh, I am not on board with any love for Dorit, I think it's my loathing of Kyle that makes this fight somewhat enjoyable to me, and to watch Dorit ineffectively fumble her way through her arguments

I think it's more about someone finally standing up to Kyle after being her doormat minion for so many years. For me it's not about liking Doridiot as much as it's enjoying Kyle being called out for being and doing everything she's ever accused LVP of.
