  1. Is that why Carol can't get this book written? because she's trying to do it herself? Maybe she's turned her ghost writer into a lazy pothead. I can just imagine their collaborations: they sit around and smoke to "get their creative juices flowing", giggle for a few hrs, have deep philosophical discussions about how long pigs-in-a-blanket can last in the freezer, and forget to write anything down. eta: I liked Carol's original persona of the successful professional journalist, better than Carrie Bradshaw Carol. jmo.
  2. I just thought it was funny that she disregarded the countess' etiquette lesson to Ramona, and how proud she seemed about receiving the text. I didn't mean to sound outraged, just snarky. sorry if I came off harsh.
  3. I don't think it's editing. I think Heather's always been like this. She's never been stood up to or frustrated by someone like Bethenny and it's throwing her off her game. jmo. What was with her checking her phone when Luann told Ramona to put her phone away? I thinks SHE wanted to be the one to share Beth's text; assuming that Ramona received and was checking the same text-it would make sense that Beth texted all of the ladies and not just Heather.
  4. Editing or hypocrisy? The women spend days discussing how Sonja is an out of control sex-craved sloppy drunk, then proceed to emulate that behavior: Ramona's flirting, Dorinda's slurring, and next week a strange man in the house. Pot meet kettle? Or are they just trying to show her how embarrassing her behavior is by acting it out in front of her? lol
  5. She has no concept that these people are just trying to do their job to pay their bills and live their lives, not because they live their lives to wait on her sorry ass.
  6. Did you notice as soon as Luann got done reprimanding Ramona for having her phone out at the dinner table, Heather whips out her phone to share the exciting news that she got a text from Bethenny?
  7. Because she's stoned all the time? Luann was talking to Heather. That made me laugh.
  8. I know! You would think one of the production crew would have gotten one of the other ladies IMMEDIATELY, or even put the camera down for a minute to help console her, but no, lets keep rolling tape. Heartless bastiges!
  9. Hopefully his ashes won't end up on a NYC sidewalk. poor Millou
  10. Did anyone else find it odd that Heather was asking for marriage advice from Ramona? She was talking about how she and Jonathan fight over the same things all the time. Is there another RH divorce looming? I don't think I'd ask for marriage advice from any of these ladies. What helpful advice could they offer? BJs make your azzhat husband less intolerable?
  11. I still think something happened between them earlier in the day or the trip that Bravo didn't show us, that started the tension. Heather was snippy before they left the house. Kristen said in her blog that they had been running late for everything all vacation long, maybe the prompt people were getting annoyed with the fashionably late people (I don't know for sure who fits in what category-they all seemed to be dressed and ready except for finishing cocktails)? It makes more sense if Heather and her group thought the others were already inside and were rushing to meet them. I'd hate to think Heather purposely ignored them. I think that part was miscommunication or misunderstanding. I hope parking-lot-gate is not going to take over the show. It really was petty and not really worth airing.
  12. Agreed. As Dorinda and Ramona are leaving the house, Heather says "Let someone else wait in the car" under her breath with attitude. When they got to the parking lot and Heather was trying to win the race to the front door, she doesn't acknowledge Dorinda asking if they're going to wait (even though she claims she did); Kristen even asks if Heather is mad at them, and Ramona even asks if they're being ignored. When they finally did catch up, Heather asks why Dorinda is fighting with her, Dorinda said she's not trying to fight, she just wanted them to wait. Did Heather really not hear them, or was she trying to beat them to the restaurant in a made-up competition inside her head? i think there were pre-existing tensions from earlier in the day, made worse by exhaustion and alcohol.
  13. An excuse to walk down to the beach and find out what's going on. What was Heather's excuse for popping up out of nowhere?
  14. It was all cleared up, until Megan remembered the pot needed stirring and went over to Shannon and said "I know we cleared up the Hoedown thing, but I want to bring it up again,..." before launching into her ettiquette lecture on how to answer unsolicited phone calls from people using names that you don't know, calling from phone numbers you've never seen before asking for charity.
  15. I just thought it was distasteful to discuss someone else's health issues, especially on national television. She didn't sign up for the show. If she's ok with being talked about to strangers, then that's ok. It just didn't sit right with me. Now, if Jim brings home crabs or an STD from a waitress in one of his STL restaurants,... then that's open season,..
  16. Megan reminds me a lot of Camille Grammer in season 1 of RHBH: She is under the impression that her husband is more famous and richer than the others. This entitles her to treat the other women like the hired help, and the women should be thankful for her presence and kiss her finely pedicured toes. She has a woman that she pays to cook, clean and be her friend (by her own admission last night) She has a hairstylist that spends endless amounts of time combing, sectioning, curling and pinning her hair just so, only to end up with flat hair and bobby pins on the lawn. anyone catch her sister telling her "you look classy" i lol'd
  17. I think production told Shannon to expect a call at a certain time, and that she should answer it. They all seem to know when they are going to get calls from each other so they can put them on speaker-cameras were rolling when Tamra got her invitation call from Megan, we've seen it happen while wives are shopping,...I think Bravo set up the phone call, told Shannon to answer the call, but didn't tell her who it would be from or what it would be about.
  18. Why was it even necessary to bring up the fact that the ex has cancer? She's not on the show. It's irrelevant and nobody's business.I would be livid if my ex's wife-du-jour went on national tv talking about my health problems. Did she give permission? Being an asswipe seems to be Megan's storyline.
  19. Shannon seemed justifiably upset (imo) that someone was giving out her cell phone number. Meghan made no attempt to clarify who she was or why Shannon should want to talk to her. I'm assuming Shannon was instructed by production to answer the phone at a certain time, or she would have just let it go to voice mail.
  20. and then made it worse by saying she knew that the flirting thing from the hoedown was cleared up, but she wanted to bring it up again...she's making Kristen from NY look like a rocket scientist.
  21. ..and this after they sat around a table in their first season, and promised each other not to be the mean girl or throw the others under the bus. I guess they only meant for that season. eta: oh, wait! That was Carole, Heather and Aviva that made that pact. They never promised to be nice to Kristen.
  22. I agree. I think it was the way Kristen was repeatedly butting in to find out if Luann was done yet, so she could have a turn shooting with Bethenny that made it seem like people were lining up. She was behaving like an impatient 3yr old saying "Is it my turn yet?... How about now?...now?"
