OMG how many more times will we hear "All families go through rough times" from Kyle? Yes, that may be true, but not like the Richards family! Sheesh! and we've only been subjected to 6yrs of this "rough patch". I think it bugs the bejeezus out of Mo how easily Kyle is manipulated by her sisters.

Because they want us to think they are wealthy enough to vacation on the Mediterranean and the Amalfi coast, they just don't want us to realize they can only afford to do it "off season"? Tho I'm sure they will say it had to do with the real estate market or the timing of the Hilton/Rothschild wedding.

How is it that Lisa Rinna can travel with Lisa V. on a whim to fetch a horse in Ohio, but doesn't have the time to visit her ailing father?

Season 6 First Looks
SweetieDarling replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
...and just as interesting that Kyle wanted so desperately to see them (aka the proof). Funny, a few seasons ago Yoyo, turned on Lisa and was complaining about how her Hollywood friend never came to visit her, not even to just stop by with some Starbucks'...cut to episode 1 this season, and, Oh look! here comes an alleged friend with some flowers and Starbucks'...coincidence? Everything in Yoyo's life is calculated and planned, down to wearing white against her face, or snuggling with a white blanket -white is not a good color on her and brings out her dark under eye circles. If you watch past episodes, she almost always wears a brightly colored top, it's more flattering to her skin tone -she was a model, I imagine she is acutely aware of what colors look best on her, and which ones make her look tired, or ill. just sayin'- 887 replies

S06.E01: Life's A Pitch

I had to laugh when Lisa R got all excited about being on the "Where Are They Now?" episode. She said this must mean she's made it...no Lisa, it means you're a has-been. -

Didn't she take the girls skeet or clay pigeon shooting at Mapperton last season? I wonder why the live targets this yr? Is it really that big a thing? Annabelle seemed to LOVE shooting in both situations IIRC. She didn't voice a preference that I recall. I still don't understand why she held the event at a different location and not at Mapperton again. If it's in such dire financial straits, why not show it off a bit more? If nothing else, it should result in an increase in American tourist visitors. -
Vicki: Conspirator, Liar or Victim?
SweetieDarling replied to AnnA's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
I completely agree with the part in bold. As far as Brooks was concerned, Vicki's mother's death could not have been timed better. At the beginning of the season she was picking over his food, telling him not to eat bread, etc. I also think whenever Vicki brought up the ladies' questions, he told her how to respond; "Just tell them you went with me,..." When her mother passed away, she was so wrapped up in her grief, it gave him more time to take himself to "appointments", etc. I think she definitely knew when they showed the mockument to Tamra. She had a look on her face like she wanted no part of any of it. Before that, I think she believed him, because she wanted to believe him, and she wanted him around, for whatever reason. -
S10.E22: Reunion Part 3

Oh, well that sucks. Maybe it depends on the hospital. I did work at in a nationally known hospital for a while, and it was amazing the number of charities that, at least, paid for the pharmacy bill. I guess I was overly optimistic about the availability of help for those outrageous expenses. I've also heard of hospitals working out long term payment plans, though I have no idea how that would work with an elderly, or terminal patient. -

Fortunately, hospitals work with a lot of charities that will help out in all kinds of situations, and pharmaceutical companies help with drug costs. To the best of my knowledge, if a patient wants treatment but can't afford it, they will not let the patient go untreated, they have ways to help with the costs. -
S02.E10: The New Queen Bee Bikini

To me, it sounded like they were discussing whether Annabelle wanted to be part of the group or not. I think Caroline was trying to say that Annabelle can't say she'll go somewhere or do something with the group and then isolate herself and/or alienate everyone else. Caroline said that each of the other women at some point had come to her and asked if they had done something to offend Annabelle, or if she knew if/why Annabelle was mad at them. So, imo, Caroline was saying either be a part of the group and play nice with the others, or take your ball and go home. I don't think she was giving her an ultimatum as much as she was making her aware of how her behavior had affected the others, and giving her bit of advice on what to do about it, very bluntly. -

NO!!! not Brandi!! I can just see it now; she'll be hanging all over David, and he won't mind. Shannon will need to be committed. The brat/cat fight that is sure to happen between her and Meghan and/or Tamra would be fun to watch though. -

S10.E21: Reunion Part 2
SweetieDarling replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
It sounded like David and Shannon had become disconnected. She blamed his work schedule vs her schedule with the kids for why they were sleeping in separate rooms. I imagine they weren't intimate very often. For whatever reason, he and the side piece connected and got along, and maybe found a companionship that had been lost in their own marriages. Instead of trying to reconnect with their own spouses and fix what was missing in their marriages, they opted for each other. Just a theory. -

I'm pretty sure if Tamra was faking it for attention, they'd have heard WAY more about it. -
S10.E19: Baptism By Fire

Do you think she had to be talked into wearing the white (one piece) bathing suit underneath? If he did, he didn't tell the press -or probably anyone-that kind of thing would get leaked faster than Shannon's butt after a sitolonic. He did get a cute hat from some kids with cancer when he was in for one of his treatments that said "Cancer fears ME". I'd rather buy/make a donation for one of those than Meghan's "Cancer Sucks" trucker hats. -

Being the governor does have it's perks. I'd suggest Brooks try to get an appt there, but we all know the plane will have a flat tire, or hit a goose, or the pilot won't show up, the car rental agency will be out of cars, no cabs or buses, etc, etc,... -

Just in case anyone wants to use this as a frame of reference. I know there is no guarantee that his treatments were similar or the same as Brooks allegedly had, but this is Gov. Larry Hogan from Maryland. He just finished his final round of chemotherapy for an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. "Hogan posted on his Facebook page that over the last four months, he has undergone 30 days of 24-hour chemo, three surgeries, four spinal taps, and "countless" scans." He does not seem to have lost a significant amt of weight, but he did lose his hair. -

Thanks for the clarification! I worked in a pharmacy, and we sold kits that could be used for enemas or douches -i think there were different tips to attach to the hose, depending on your intended use. I was wondering how she wouldn't be able to feel the tip, or lack thereof, if it became detached or "broken off". The pic you show has a very skinny tip, but, still, either way,..how far up her butt did she shove that thing that she thought David should go spelunking for the 3 inch piece? Loved that David couldn't seem to get his hands clean enough!! -

There are different categories/specialties of plastic surgeons as well. A friend of mine is in her residency and she wants to do plastic surgery, but not nose and boob jobs. She wants to specialize in reconstructive surgery or surgery like your husband had that's not done purely for vanity's sake. Not that Terry wouldn't be qualified or properly trained for those procedures, but I think he's just interested in the big money, which would be elective cosmetic surgery not covered by insurance, overpriced to correlate to the credit limit of the patient. -

I may be wrong, but I thought when Brooks handed the quack his document, I thought he said it was the dictation. A poster earlier had mentioned dictation software would sometimes run the words together -I imagine this is especially true of early software versions. So, with my Meghan PI thinking headband on, is it possible the report is actual dictation from a scan that he had previously? say, years ago, back when that imaging center did those scans? Someone said they saw the date as some time in 2015 -he could have changed the date? That would have been easier than fudging a whole document. If he weren't so intentionally vague with all of his statements, he'd be more credible, imo. I don't know that I'd trust Terry's analysis of the report either. It's not exactly his area of expertise. Just because he's a plastic surgeon doesn't mean he knows/remembers anything about oncology. -

Is it possible Brooks was somehow blackmailing her or making her go along with the story? You're right, she did NOT look happy about being there. I know, right? I kept thinking "Isn't that what your lungs are for?"
