  1. I also like that Jess won over Reagan. And one relationship worked out and one didn't which seems like par for the course.
  2. They made a "Sister Act 2" reference. No one makes that reference! Nicole deserved her moment. Abbi became a trainer and went agro.
  3. So, they have people banging sheep on TVLand now. How interesting. I like Kelsey's friends have kind of become part of the normal etiquette now. There's the thing of "Well, if they do get married and you said all this stuff, then maybe they'll never speak to you again." They really through Liza under the bus though. It was their chance to really commit.
  4. His long reaction shot after learning he was holding the possum was possibly my favorite moment of the episode.
  5. Wow. Rebecca and Josh kissed. I didn't see it coming until their scene together. I will say, I think Trent was someone who could really appeal to Rebecca. I think she likes someone who could out crazy her. The fact that he was a parody of herself only helped things I think. I loved the random bit with BJ Novak. It was just there. I love White Josh and Darryl's relationship so far, complete with the Tom Selleck stuff. It's nice to see what White Josh sees in him a little. I enjoyed the music this episode. The rap was my favorite.
  6. Shout out to "Luke Perry wearing a beard of bees" and Joe's "Don't talk about Shannen Doherty that way." It had me cracking up.
  7. This really was a packed episode. I didn't notice until you were going through all the storylines. So, Anne really thought presumed poor criminal Dylan would be turned on by her story about how having so much money made her life hard? Really? I did get the vibe watching the episode that they banged. Somehow even while playing into a lie about his own identity, he got the moral high ground with a stranger selling something she owned? Oh Dylan. You were pretty likable in season 2.
  8. It really bothers me that Ollie did not bring this up when Malcolm declared his vengeance. Like "sorry, did I take your power (which I gave you) and cut off your hand after giving you numerous chances to surrender? Then I guess we're even given all the stuff you've already pulled, Malcolm!" Instead, Malcolm is going to get his daughter's nephew killed. Super solid parenting.
  9. I want to thank everyone for bringing up Rick and Jim singing together. I looked it up on youtube and there was indeed synchronized tie flipping as they sang which is probably the exact moment that Brenda realized she couldn't bang him because he was too much like her dad. Makes so much more sense now. Also, that clip where Steve told Andrea, "you know what kids are like," made me laugh. Like "remember when we were kids?"
  10. Yes! So good. I also loved that after being caught completely nude on a body cam, Boyle continued to read the suspect his Miranda rights. I loved Holt and Gina having to be trapped with Scully and Hitchcock. And they shockingly prevailed! It really could've gone either way. Also, yay for Amy making a good impression and getting dirt on Jake.
  11. I also agree that it was weird Jane went through all this school without backing up her laptop, especially after finishing so much work. Rogelio's new show is amazing. More please. I know I probably watched too much Fargo, but even though the evidence in Michael's leg was both gross and unbelievable, I found the concept amazing. His dead ex hid evidence in his body without him knowing! What in the world? One of the things I love about this show is the "did that just happen?" moments.
  12. Same as in the US currently. I also thought it was not helping Gil's case that he was alone with Brandon at his house while being dismissed for molesting a student. The guy has no sense of boundaries. I agree with Tara that they did a good job making Gil creepy through he was obviously innocent in this case. Well done, podcast.
  13. Good for Jordan calling out Brandon. I'm beginning to wonder if this podcast is the beginnings of a I Hate Brandon book? Dare we dream? I have to say, I also loved the newspaper talk from Dave and Sarah.
  14. Great podcast, guy! Nice game time, John Potts. I started to notice how many "SPACE!" questions Sarah was getting due to her frequent comments about it. At least, she also got to yell at the Earth.
  15. Caitlin's attitude definitely bugged, especially since Liza seems to be working harder to be responsible but I think Caitlin might not know about that? I could be remembering this wrong but I feel like she needed money and assumed her parents had it. Then Liza had to rush to get money and tried to sell her underwear. I am also feeling Josh less this season. However, I like that Liza has been called out on lying, especially with how contrived it is and how bad she can be at it.
  16. I felt the civilian was doomed before his round started due to him being so far behind and Justin Long scoring all those last minute points. He didn't seem to know a lot of trivia, though the names in the final round were hard. Also, AH was obviously the worst person to pair with Justin Long for the final round but maybe the civilian was just a HIMYM/BtVS fan. Thanks for that sad and interesting Dave Foley knowledge.
  17. So, the TV show Haven ended tonight after a pretty lame final season. One amazing thing of note happened though. Jason Priestley appeared for less than ten seconds, didn't say a word and got slapped in the face. That was the whole entire scene. It made me smile for Again With This reasons. For the record, he was a recurring character on the show. It wasn't out of nowhere, but since I've most recently seen him in 90210, it had that extra bit of joy.
  18. I thought it was sweet Jane and Rogelio had a moment. I also admit the visual gag of Jane having steam coming out of her ears really worked on me. There really is no coming back for Magda though. She was a manipulative killer who pushed grandmas down the stairs. Still, throwing her own daughter under the bus to protect herself (while in character) is just as far over the line as she could go at this point. Alba got her green card so that plot is done.
  19. Great podcast. I feel like Brandon ratcheted up his annoying qualities this episode for all the reasons you mentioned. The one moment I liked him was when he found his parents at the club and went "what are you guys doing here?" without moving his face at all. That whole deal just makes Jim and Cindy's thing sadder though. Like, Brenda could get into the club with Kelly and Brandon works there. Yet, Jim and Cindy thought the big surprise was them joining the fun. I felt bad for them. I also felt Jim's threat to Brenda that "nothing would be the same" if she walked away from him, was not the threat he intended it to be.
  20. Great podcast guys. Also, I think last week you said it was Tara's birthday this week so happy birthday Tara! Kelly was a good MVP of this episode. I also thought David did good boyfriending other than not being able to read Donna's emotions until she was flat out crying. He worked really hard to make sure she was having a good time and be there for her. Oh Color Me Badd talking about the price of fame. How awkward.
  21. I liked seeing how Dean left the show. Also, it was great that Dean really appreciated Stuart's accomplishment. Together they fixed Thanksgiving. Obviously, the best thing was Timothy Olyphant's sudden but inevitable betrayal. I was rooting for you, Tim! And honestly, I still am.
