I felt the same from the start, and was sure of it when she told Bethenny that she was the one that called Tom after watching porn. I do think off camera Tom is still stringing her along. If he talked to any lawyer about this, she has up to a year from the day she allegedly found out he recorded her (so around March 2nd) to file "revenge porn" charges. He just has to keep her dickmotized until March 2024. The C&D ensured that Bravo would take all talk of it off the show - none of it was talked about on the Sacandoval episode nor on any reunion. But since Raquel & Bethenny talked about it in great detail, now anyone can say anything and she has no legal leg to stand on. Plus I'm sure Ariana and her lawyers had provided proof that she never sent this video around.

What I find most disturbing is that I think she still wants Tom. If she really was in a MH facility or any kind of therapy, she learned nothing. I find it so bizarre, that she took a TRO out against Scheana (legal action), had her lawyer send out Cease & Desist letters (to Ariana, Scheana, Lala, and a bunch f other ladies (another legal action). Tom is allegedly the guy who recorder her without consent which is the most serious crime - and she does nothing - no filing charges She really thinks men tell the truth and all girls lie

Erin is annoying, but I do think she's a good reality tv personality. What I do like about her, she confronts people she has an issue with right away - there are plenty of other HW's on other franchises - who talk to everyone else but the person they are having an issue with - and/or it becomes the story line of the entire season.

There is a new game show, hosted by David Spade coming to FOX, airing at the end of September. Isn't a game show, reality TV? Bethenny began her first rant back on July 19th - this was the reality tv is the bastard child, all current reality tv personalities should walk out and strike, they should unionize, this is the optimum time because of the SAG-Aftra, WGA strike. Reality TV has leverage as they will be the only thing available in regards to new content. The show I mentioned above is a competition. Contestants will be shown 2 products and have to determine which is real and which is fake. They will get help from various D-lebrities. It was taped from July 19 - July 28th. It's called Snake Oil. Bethenny is going to be on it as one of the D-lebrities that help the contestants. She's probably on one episode. So, why did Bethenny go and tape a reality show and rant about a reality reckoning? It's hilarious that it's called "Snake Oil" Poor David Spade - the show is doomed unless they edit out Bethenny

I found some disturbing information in regards to Bethenny. The 2 lawyers Bethenny allegedy hired are Mark Geragos and Bryan Freedman. Bryan Freedman is the lawyer who wrote those 3 letters to NBC Universal/Bravo. If you've read any of the letters, Mr Freedman insinuates racism, sexism, sexual violence, sexual assault, forcing their personalities to consume liquor and then basically taking advantage of them (I guess this means filming them and/or causing mental anguish). I am not going to post the articles, but if you do a search of Bryan Freedman, look for articles about him from November and December of 2022. There are articles from The Business Insider, LA Law, Bloomberg Law News, Daily Mail, Rolling Stone, abd, word press. All of the articles are similar, some more detailed than others. There was a girl, whose boyfriend attended Berkeley College in California. She attended a party on campus and was walking home drunk. Bryan Freedman, attended the same college, he was about 25 or 26 at the time. He and 2 of his friends, lured the girl and gang raped her. I don't think there was ever a criminal trial. In 1991, Bryan paid the girl a $40,000 settlement and never had to admit to any wrongdoing. The girl was 17 years old. I believe this to be true as I couldn't find any article where Bryan Freedman denies these allegations or the settlement. I wonder if any of the alleged 80 personalities Bethenny roped into her vendetta - know this. It's kind of sick that the lawyer you are hiring is guilty of the things he's accusing the network of doing. Also, did anyone notice he started all 3 letters "Dear Kimberely"? Now if they pull 25 other letters he's written to other lawyers male and female, and he addresses all of them by their first name then this is unprofessional and disrespectful. If he's only calling female lawyers by their first names in formal letters, then this is sexist.

They filmed the finale yesterday, September 1st, in San Francisco. Some random guy at an event was throwing glasses, and tried to pick up a chair to throw, He has no affiliation to VPR or the cast.

We also have Margaret on NJ, who doesn't like liquor because it gives her migraines. I think I've only seen her drink once. Lala from Vanderpump Rules got really drunk her first 2 seasons. After seeing herself, she decided to stop drinking and has been sober on the show for the last 5 years. Now that cast drinks all the time, in every scene, and no one has ever forced her to drink. As for food, Scheana Shay also from Vanderpump Rules, said that there is always food but they tend not to eat it and eat before or after filming. The reason is not because anyone is trying to lose weight or production won't allow them to eat, but because they learned that when they chew the mics pick up every tiny noise and you sound like Mr Ed going at his feed bucket.

I have mixed feelings about the Brynn flirting, Abe, Erin situation. Is Brynn trying to be the Sonya of the group? I think Brynn just flirts and says outrageous things - it's who she is. I don't think for one minute that she was serious in what she was saying to Abe. Abe - he didn't look uncomfortable. He didn't stop her, he was laughing. He's also a little bitch, pot stirrer. Erin - she seems to like to overreact and does appear to go at Brynn any chance she gets. You kept this from her because you didn't want her to worry, but you couldn't say anything as soon as those kids popped out?

On the interview with B & R, Bethenny said her interns made more money than what Rachel was paid for VPR. Bethenny then went on dispute what Lisa Vanderpump said. LVP said Rachel got paid very well, she made $361,000. Bethenny implied that Lisa was lying and that Rachel made the $361,000 total for the 6 seasons she was on the show, not the pay she got for Season 10. Scheana does say Rachel made $361,000 for Season 10, and I believe her. Back when the temporary restraining order was in place, I remember the entertainment shows and tabloids saying it was weird that Scheana and Rachel shared the same lawyer. This was just muddying the waters. Scheana has an Entertainment lawyer - who helps her with negotiating contracts and the lawyer explains every point of the contract to her. Scheana's entertainment lawyer does not handle all legal matters, just those pertaining to any contracts she has with Bravo, all her endorsement deals, all her sponsorships, her podcast, etc. Scheana asked her entertainment lawyer to help Rachel - for Season 10 - and did negotiate for Rachel to get 19000 an episode.

No Ariana asserted this about Lala and Katie. They were friends but Katie and Lala did not spend as much off camera time as Scheana, Logan, Brad, Janet, etc... If you remember, Lala and Katie asked Scheana to talk to Ariana. Ariana thought since she is not hearing this from Brad, Janet, Logan, and now is only hearing it from Scheana because of Lala and Katie - they were wrong.

I think James was in love with Kristen too...Kristen was very motherly - in a very sick way Kristen is the mom he wished he had. He had the drunk out her mind mom but without the nurturing, involved, encouraging mom.
