@Dot, I'm a faller too. 68 yrs old here. I had several bad falls (face plants), broke glasses, bloodied my face. This was a couple of years ago. My pc doc sent me to a neurologist, tests were all OK. He sent me to PT for balance issues and it really helped a lot. I don't know what causes your falls, but you might look into PT.

Breast cancer survivor here too. Every year when Pinktober rolls around I cringe. I don't do any of the "pink" stuff either. I read a similar article a couple of years ago, another reason not to buy the pink stuff.

I hope this venture, which doesn't seem to be a scam will be her way to finally break away from the Brown clowns. If this is real I wish her all the luck!

Nutritional yeast can be found on netrition.com. The brand is Bragg. I use it frequently and also eat it by the tablespoonful.

My DD is actually a SWAT team commander in CA, and a Police Captain. It would be nice if the show could reflect that females have a valid place on the team.

I have serious back issues and cannot walk on uneven ground. I walk around my house every day and get in anything form 8,000 to 12,000 steps a day (depending on how long my cat sits in my lap :) ). In the evening, when I am watching TV, I walk during all the commercials. It can be done, you just have to put in the effort. I use the walking to help manage my diabetes and it works!!

There are dry shampoos out there in the world. I've used them after surgeries when I couldn't bathe for a few days. You spray it in like hairspray, massage in then brush through. Your hair actually does look clean and natural. She could at least use one of these products...

My local state liquor store (in MT) carries Tim's Moonshine Climax. I had to ask them to carry it. Of all the legal moonshines local and otherwise I have tried, his really is the smoothest and best tasting. It is a bit pricey but I treat myself every once in a while with a bottle.
