Saw this in an article about Superstore's back-nine pickup:

Superstore just got a back nine pickup. That means 22 episodes this season.

Every year I watch the finale and say, "I'm not watching this crap next year." And then I do. Congrats to Nicole, I guess, but I'm tired of them recycling houseguests. Especially when they're protected by production (i.e. the "team twist" at the start of the season.)

Watch them all. There's only 11 of them.

Yeah, but at least they got some picks out of the deal. And Deshaun Watson will be there for them when they draft first next year. The Rams traded up, gave away next year's 1st and 3rd rounders, and passed on Wentz. So they could go with a guy who isn't good enough to be Case Keenum's backup, apparently.

I wonder what Rams fans thought of the Carson Wentz show yesterday?

Yeah, Charlotte could've passed the bill without including the bathroom provision, and nobody would've batted an eye. They wanted to make a statement. Mission accomplished, I guess. The Charlotte vs Raleigh thing is very real, and has been going on as long as I can remember. I guarantee that nobody in the capitol is losing any sleep over Charlotte losing the All Star Game.

It's ironic that the city of Charlotte is getting punished, when they were the ones who created a city ordinance allowing transgender individuals the right to choose which bathroom they want to use. The state govt responds with HB2, and Charlotte loses the All Star Game. Even though the city govt is basically on the same side as the NBA.

Freaking ridiculous.

One of my co-workers recently binged the series, which got me to thinking about binge watching, in general. There's no way this show (and its characters) would mean as much to me if I had spent 6 weeks watching it, rather than 6 years. While I love shows like "Orange Is The New Black" and "Lady Dynamite", I pretty much forget about them a month after I finish. Maybe you can only get that kind of attachment from network tv. For now, anyway.

It's no UNC-Duke, but it's a rivalry. If you didn't attend either school, you probably wouldn't know about it. Mostly because both schools are so low on the college sports food chain.

Heh. As a UNC-Charlotte grad, I will never cheer for a Davidson guy.

If you define "losing" as not winning the championship, then Jordan was on a losing team for 7 years before he finally broke through. Bad day for the league.

I feel like this show has benefited from dialing back the "gag a minute" pace from last season. It flows a little better, if that makes sense. And I lol'd when Kevin Pollack showed up.

No problem. I zipped through Season 3 pretty quickly, and thought I might have missed something. (I don't watch Hell On Wheels, so I didn't get the reference) As far as the season goes, I liked it, overall. I agree with those who think that bringing back Grace was kind of a waste. But I liked that there were some actual consequences at the end of the finale, rather than Tommy simply outsmarting everyone. Again.

Which one was the Swede?
