  1. I understand that burying small pieces might be easier than one whole body but hell wouldn't cutting up a body and dealing with all the blood be much worse than digging a bigger hole? I don't think I quite agree with the murder math. Healy is so hilarious. He walks around with these new age necklaces, drinking Jamba Juice like he's some kind of changed free loving laid back guy. And then he gets on the job and he's the same persnickety, sensitive, racist/sexist guy as always.
  2. I really hope we don't get another full season of Piper's detached ridiculous smile and stupid plotlines. Early signs are not good though.
  3. remember how he was like the life of the party one at the beginning of season 1? Many people were around him listening to his stories and laughing. What a fall.
  4. and because of that I LOVED when Marco flatly rejected Kevin's desperate begging. But them of course that gets him killed, had he dialed back the gloating a bit Kevin may not have snapped like that. Now next season it'll be fascinating to see what happens with that. Will Kevin hide the murder and then have to have Meg help him or will Meg turn on Kevin? Will Kevin go back to John and beg to protect him? Will each of the Rayburn kids be entirely on their own?
  5. What's with this sudden off screen death trend? Stannis, Blackfish, the slavers, The Waif
  6. It is very annoying that John tells nobody any details. It's always just "I'll take care of it" "don't worry".
  7. One thing I am confused about. Meg just left Kevin at Marco's place as she drive home to tell mom about John? Did she expect Marco to give Kevin a warm welcome and suggest he stay the night? i don't know what to make of Bridges having the tape. Pretty soon that tape will probably mean nothing, unless Marco's death puts the whole investigation back to square 1. But I feel like Bridges actually wants to help John because he wants him to get Sheriff and then try to be a puppeteer. Or he is trying to completely screw the Rayburn family based on his past fights with daddy Rayburn (best strategy for this though is just hang back and let them burn it down themselves) I don't know how Ozzy plays into this yet.
  8. Difference is Kevin means well overall. Danny never really meant well he was deeply hateful and resentful. Kevin just is weak
  9. Is the show stalling for time right now? They don't want to get too far ahead of the books? Because every major plotline is really moving at a snails pace. Even slower when several Plotlines re not in certain episodes. They are trying to satisfy us with progress in minor Plotlines like the random return of the Hound. What's next? We finally see where Gendry went in his canoe and he gets a romance plotline? We get a spinoff plotline of one of Mereens citizens? i think they are forgetting whole Plotlines. Like where the hell is the Red Woman? And (not that I'm really complaining about this one) what the hell has been going on in Dorn? specific thoughts on this episode: lady olenna's blunt insults will come back to bite her at some point. Nobody in this show can get away with such transparency. Nice to see some lesbian action for once. We've seen a good amount of gay action and plenty of straight but the lesbian stuff has been limited. Speaking of which, the sex levels in this show are much lower than they used to be in the early seasons. The little girl leader could be the best leader in the entire show even at such a young age. She seems tough, just, smart and has the geat intentions for her people. All of which are pretty rare qualities in the world of game of thrones leaders.
  10. Say what you want about John but his resiliency in this season has been incredible. Kevin broke ages ago, Meg has now broke, Danny broke decades ago and John is still soldiering on somehow. He's shown very few signs of weakness at all. While still calling the shots with his broken siblings and maintaining a public face to run for sheriff.
  11. Annoying episode for me. Very slow I thought. It also overused the "cutaway before the big talking point" in each scene that this show loves to do. it's funny how for the interrogations with Marco, Meg was all worried about Kevin but Kevin actually spin his story perfectly and threw Marco completely off. Then Meg was an idiot and put Marco right back on their case with her terrible lying and with her getting so defensive at simple questions. Then later the horrendously dumb lie about the guy being with her. She could have even given Marco a fake name, I mean did she forget what Marco had been asking her that day in the interrogation room? Or did she think she had just sexed her way to invincibility? So stupid
  12. I think it was an attempt to manipulate. But I don't think he buys the story about the person in house being the guy she cheated on him with. Of course now she has the dirt on him about how he got his job to fire back with if need be.
  13. I can't help but think of a quote from another show to describe John right now. "You're a ticking time-bomb. And I don't want to be there for the boom"
  14. I think that was intentional. In season 1 we didn't really know if Danny was bad or not until late in the season. Remember in the early episodes we kinda sided with Danny and were wondering why the hell this terrible family was treating him so badly. They kept us in the dark intentionally.
  15. Finally some dirt on Marco. So everybody in this show is hiding something big
  16. What the heck is the deal with the shower?
  17. Well said. Most shows in Florida or similar warm settings portray it as a nice thing but Bloodline does great job of showing the temperatures as stifling and smothering. Characters are often dripping sweat and looking weary fro the heat
  18. This show is becoming somewhat predictable. The great thing about the first few seasons was you didn't know what the hell was gonna happen. But now it does not have the same feeling. I mean does anyone really think the Waif has any chance of killing Arya?
  19. So Sam's dad hates him so much just because he perceives him as "weak"? C'mon of all the faults in the Game of Thrones world I would say Sam's is pretty far down the list for reasons of banishment.
  20. A fan at the Alabama vs Washington softball game is holding a sign that says "Hold the Door"
  21. Hey one of the best episodes in the last 2 seasons and there was no Ramsay Bolton or any Kings Landing stuff. Coincidence?
  22. One thing I will complain about is too many storylines already and yet they are adding new ones. Like I don't think we really need this new Iron Islands storyline that seems to be coming. I'm just glad that we haven;t seen Dorn in a while now
  23. Also. Raise your hand if you missed Arya's story this week? Yeah that's what I thought
