  1. MGG and Aubrey are really great together. I can totally see them going for Round 3 eventually. I don't know if the fantasy sequence was necessary, but they both looked hot as hell. Morgan's beard looked weird, but it was nice to see him back. Bummed we didn't actually see him bring Reid and Diana breakfast.
  2. Apparently the number of seasons is the sticking point. From THR: Also undecided is the schedule going forward for unscripted competition show The Amazing Race, which launches its new season next week in Training Day's time slot with the network said to want to shift to one cycle per year while producers are hoping for two. Phil thinks it'll get renewed if the ratings are good. From TVGuide: "This is an opportunity for us to go on a new night -- a big night for CBS," Keoghan told TVGuide.com. "People keep asking me, 'Is there going to be 30?' And I say, 'If the audience turns up and they watch the show ... then we'll be back.' It's as simple as that."
  3. Rosemarie DeWitt and Finn Wittrock also had their own title cards. Surprisingly J.K. Simmons did not have a title card at all -- I was expecting an "and" title card (he's in the full cast list scroll, so it wasn't an uncredited cameo or anything). I don't think the movie suffers from faux diversity as much as it suffers from Damien Chazelle's, IMO, bad habit: he only cares about his two leads. If you're not one of them, regardless of skin color, you're screwed, not just with screen time, but arc and characterization. His "supporting" players thus far have all seem to be created just to serve the leads.
  4. It was Tristan, but CMM wouldn't return: http://tvline.com/2016/11/25/gilmore-girls-a-year-in-the-live-tristan-recast-chad-michael-murray/ If CMM wouldn't come back, they shouldn't have bothered with the recast. They didn't have to show Tristan at all to get a freakout from Paris.

  6. It was dark when Nate got there, so you were meant to believe they got there minutes within each other and were both inside when the house blew up. But they could've been there hours apart. We know, based on Laurel's phone, that she got there at 10:12, so Nate could've been there at 10 minutes before or two hours before. Interview with Pete Nowalk, in which he confirms Alfie will be in the rest of the season and that he didn't decide it'd be Wes until the seventh episode.
  7. I love that they went through with killing Wes. Nate and the Mahoneys are my main suspects right now.
  8. My favorite part of this article is that the writer pointed out that her return airs on Prentiss' birthday. Paget said some very nice things. Interesting that she talked to them before all this went down because you can totally read in between the lines now.
  9. I swear the first night in the house, he and a couple other HGs were complaining about how they don't know who won BB18 and Jason said that he tried to get it out of the interviewers (press who talked to all of them before the cast reveal). I guess if you really wanna know, you can tweet at those journalists or something and ask. I personally don't think he knows. If TPTB don't want the newbies to know, I can totally see them locking Jason away after the commercial bumper with Jozea. But Jozea obviously knows since he was onstage with the whole cast after Nicole won, so I wonder if TPTB would've prohibited him from telling everyone the winner if he had been voted in.
  10. Oh, I know. Like I said, he needs to go. I just wish he could take Bridgette with him since she's attached to him anyway.
  11. Well, except for the Spy Girls, which dissolved quickly after Bronte left. But yeah, I know Frank needs to go, but I actually want Bridgette gone over Frank for that alone. At least Frank can play the game. ETA: Posted this exit interview with Tiffany in the episode thread, but I figure live feeders would appreciate what she says about #calmyournipples.
  12. Glenn could've won the berry comp. He should've gotten the poison berry earlier. The tennis one was a crapshoot and the memory one was mental, so he theoretically had good shots at those too (and since he was a detective, I'm assuming he has good attention to detail). The only one I wouldn't give him a chance in is the last one. Tiffany can let it go. She says in this exit interview that she has "no hard feelings" toward Day for that message and she would've targeted Paulie had she come back. For the record, I think both were petty and harsh, but Day's was just unnecessary. The difference is that Tiffany's was delivered while everyone was still in the game as a move to save herself and to show her use to the other HGs if they keep her. And it was a speech that could've also shaken up the vote and gotten her evicted (which obviously it didn't since they all had a plan to go 5-4 to boot Bronte). But after that speech, someone could've been like, "Damn, that was way harsh, Tiff. I don't want someone like you in the house. I'm gonna vote you out instead," or "YAAAS QUEEN TIFF. She called out Frank! I'm gonna keep her now so she can get his ass out." Plus, threatening remarks and disses like that about and between HGs happen with regularity in the house. Not saying it's right, but they happen all the time. The only difference here is that she formally said it in a speech. Day's comment, on the other hand, was in a goodbye message that she knew would be played when Tiffany was already out of the game and she was physically removed from her so she wouldn't have to deal with the repercussions, whereas Tiffany was hella ready to take on Frank and Bridgette after her speech. Day's had no value or use. It wasn't even over something personal like Natalie's to Victor (since they had a pre-feeds showmance). She just did it to gloat. It was also just dumb because they all speculated someone would return, so that person could've been Tiffany, and almost was. Day's face before Victor came in last night was praying that it wouldn't be Tiff. And if Tiffany really wanted to be petty, she could've pointed out that Day beat her on her second shot at BB. She outlasted Day's first BB stint on her first try.
  13. I need someone to make a supercut of every time Paulie says "Vanessa."
  14. Yup, since they did the same thing during the coconuts comp and Frank realized the newbies were cheering for everyone except Nicole. I LOLed when Frank started cheering, "Good job, everyone."
  15. Everyone's projecting Vanessa's worst qualities onto Tiffany just because they want them to be there so they can be like, "See! She's exactly like her sister. I knew it." The edit she gets on the broadcast show doesn't help, but livefeeders know, as has already been mentioned, she was paranoid about being on the block because Frank had just lied to her about not knowing who Victor would nominate. She was totally fine after Paulie explained it to her and she's been calm, cool and collected since Bridgette won HOH, even though she knew she would be going up. Vanessa would've been making deals everywhere. Tiffany's not even close to as intense and emotionally manipulative as Vanessa, but she sneezes and everyone goes, "OMG! She's up to something!!!"
  16. Frank safe/running an HOH is worse than Tiff crying. Plus, she has to know she's going up. I don't think I can handle a week of giggling.
  17. Paul's speech was hilarious. He actually played a good game this week. Not his fault Vic can't buy a clue. Are we ever gonna get an episode without a James prank?
  18. Well, Frank just confirmed to Bridgette that Tiffany's Vanessa's sister.
  19. Paul, Frank and Victor discussed this last night. Victor agreed that Paul should pick a "weak" player like Zakiyah or Day instead of him if he gets HG choice so there's a better chance of Paul winning. Frank was thrilled Victor was on board with this plan because now he won't freak out that he wasn't picked or suspect the backdoor.
  20. Tiffany said earlier she wouldn't be surprised if she's put up because she never talks game with Victor, so at least she's aware about that.
  21. Yes, it was discussed overnight and Bronte and Paul were told before they were nominated. (They also had to explain to Paul what backdooring means.)
  22. James probably. James has to throw POV or if he wins it, use it on Bronte or Paul off so Paulie can put up Victor.

  24. Yeah, it sounds like those calls were scheduled before the cancellation and they were expecting a renewal, so they would've talked about what a Beckett-less Castle looks like. Now they're too butt-hurt to do them (they're "processing emotions" as they say in the statement). I also don't understand THR pointing out that the Kings did calls the day after The Good Wife's series finale. That's completely different. They had known The Good Wife was ending since February (probably even earlier since the final season was only announced in February during the Super Bowl) and had months to plan the final episodes. That's not the same as TPW and Hawley haphazardly slapping together an episode they thought would be a season finale and then finding out four days before air that the show is canceled. I'm sure someone will get a hold of one or both of them eventually to talk about it.
