It didn't, at least not for me. I'm not sure what I was expecting this show to be, but Survivor at Higher Altitude wasn't it.

Those are my faves, too. Although it would serve them right if Andy won (but I would HATE that). I think they did it because they knew it was going to be Sol even without their votes. If they had voted for someone else they'd risk pissing off that person for no reason.

I don't think Sol could have taken over. Rome and Genevieve were the ones doing the puzzle - Rome could only have traded out with Genevieve.

I thought they were trying to throw it as well, but I suppose we would have heard some chat between Rome/Genevieve if that was happening.

I remember watching the Rhythmic Gymnastics at the Tokyo Olympics and I think most routines got appealed. Crazy.

The bronze may be going to the Russians (minus Valieva), not the Canadians. I haven't seen any confirmation. And if the Canadians aren't awarded the bronze I'm sure they'll appeal.

Before the challenge the judges listed foods the contestants could use and I'm pretty sure corn was one of them.

I used to LOVE watching this as well but just can't stand it anymore for all of the reasons you've listed.

You also risk both being sent home, which I wish is what happened. It's one thing to not have an elimination because everyone did great, but that wasn't the case.

I know. They criticized one of the other contestants for not decorating both sides of his butterflies and she just blobbed on some icing and called them dragonflies.

There was no immunity; in fact, Kristen announced during the QF that immunity is off the table for the rest of the season. I believe what AriAu meant was that no one on the team with the most votes were up for elimination for THIS challenge, even though 2 of those contestants lost in their head-to-head battles, and that all 5 losers of the head-to-head battles should have been up for elimination regardless of which team they were on.

FYI - paracetamol is the same thing as Tylenol.

I don't mind them not sending someone home in the final four if it really is too close to call, but that wasn't the case here. There was definitely a top 2 and a bottom 2 - Nickey or Alec should have been out.

Since The Royals forum has been closed, I'm hoping it's okay to post here. I'm just wondering what other folks think about all the goings on with William and Kate - her surgery, the photoshopped picture that's causing such a stir, the affair rumors popping up again, etc. I haven't heard much about King Charles and his cancer treatment lately. I do hope it's going well.
