  1. I'm not going to judge this guy until more than just the surface has been scratched. Things always have a way of coming out so until then I'll say he's a rung or two above Bin and Derick on the ladder.
  2. I was 23 and my husband was 28 when we met. So I don't see that being a problem. I'd be more worried that he's a kool aid drinker.
  3. But he's older than what Anna was when she married and he's older than Bin and Derick. That's why I'm holding on to this teeny tiny minuscule thread of hope that they will lead somewhat more independent lives. So this just leaves Jana and Joy of the 18 and over girls with no current prospects. My money is on Joy courting before Jana ever does.
  4. He still plays soccer and in Texas. So I wonder if that means Jinger will relocate during the season? I wonder if she'll go the Alyssa Bates route and loosen up while still being conservative Christian?
  5. Dare I say that this guy sounds normal? And bonus on him being older, closer to 30. Maybe he won't be easily molded and will sip or avoid the kool aid.
  6. I wouldn't count the "mango" simply because it wasn't a part of the actual dance. It was in jest, not meant to be judged or counted as a part of their score. Therefore it didn't have the same impact. Whereas the dance with Keo and Nyle was to be judged, it was meant to be provocative. There hasn't been a same sex dance like that on DWTS (our version at least). If the "mango" was the real routine and not done as something of a joke I would agree. But it wasn't and therefore was far more palatable to anyone watching who may have otherwise been uncomfortable seeing two men dance together. YMMV of course.
  7. NPR had a small interview with Keo. Like him or not it was an interesting read. http://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandsoda/2016/05/11/477655547/dancing-with-the-south-african-star-keo-motsepe?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=npr&utm_term=nprnews&utm_content=20160511
  8. Karina has had her fair share of contenders. Mario Lopez, Corbin Bleu, Apolo Ohno in the all stars, JR (who she won with). Peta has had duds (basketball player Metta World Peace her first season) I wouldn't call Tommy Chong a dud but he wasn't going to win. He had the charm factor while being a decent dancer for his age. Val and Mark don't always get contenders (Mark was saddled with Kim Kardashian and Val's had an ex of George Clooney, Elisabetta something and Sherri Shepherd to name a couple)
  9. I THINK Wanya (Boyz II Men) pronounces his name Wan-Yay. I could be wrong.
  10. Oh yeah, I get that. And I side eye that Jessa only "cooks" once a month and that she can't be bothered any other time. Maybe because I don't have children unlike her that's why I was able to improve my kitchen skills?
  11. No, because God didn't lay it on my parents hearts to have anymore children after my sister and I thus ruining a potential reality tv career and we're also non church going heathens. And I can't sit back in judgement because we do things a little differently. <--- That last sentence was meant sarcastically and I meant that I can't sit back in judgement like the Duggars because I'm a non church going heathen. (Hard to convey sarcasm online sometimes)
  12. I didn't watch but I'm not going to judge about peeling potatoes. I'm 37 and I've never peeled a potato. I will side eye the once a month cooking. While the majority of the time I've been married my husband was the primary cook and my idea of cooking was Tuna Helper, I've stepped my game up and on the weekends I use our crock pot or I fix things in the oven. It doesn't take much time and clean up isn't bad. Jessa can devote more than once a month to making meals.
  13. I wouldn't classify Boyz II Men as a boy band. Not like Backstreeet Boys or N'Sync. They had a more mature vibe. They started out with Motown Philly but then you have On Bended Knee, I'll Make Love to You, End of the Road and then there was one of my favorites It's So Hard to Say Goodbye (to yesterday).
  14. Boyz II Men were huge during my middle school years in the early 90s through high school. I saw them live a few years ago when they toured with NKOTB and 98 Degrees so my inner teenager is excited to see Wanya on here. I hope he does well.
  15. What I assume may have been taken on the day for their promo pics were taken. https://www.instagram.com/p/BClq4fqSpAz/-- She looks super cute.
  16. Kym is recently engaged to her partner from her partner last spring from DWTS here in the States. http://www.people.com/article/shark-tanks-robert-herjavec-kym-johnson-engaged-see-photos?xid=socialflow_facebook_peoplemag
  17. I don't think it's a fair assessment to assume that an adult version would be just like her child self. I think had she been on the show they would have found a way to write in a "You got it dude" just like how they managed to write in "How rude!" And DJ's "Oh Mylanta". But it wouldn't be like it was 20+ years ago.
  18. I think Mary Kate had an eating disorder but it's been a decade or so since she was treated for it and the other is engaged or maybe it was Ashley who had the eating disorder and MK who's engaged. Both seem to be healthy now and busy with their fashion business.
  19. I never got the impression that Jackson truly disliked Ramona but it was more typical child being over dramatic stemming from that reference to his 6th birthday and that he knows she's not that bad but he'd never say that just yet
  20. I wouldn't say that was Jodie's fault. That would be the mistake of the wardrobe department/person who thought that was appropriate for a family party and not the episode her friend comes to whisk her away to Coachella.
  21. I'd like to believe that if this show gets renewed that there will be more opportunities for Nicky and Alex to reappear and visit their cousins.
  22. In the original the grandparents made a couple of appearances. The one that stands out is just before Danny was the neat freak in the first season (I think) Jesse's mother (and Pams) along with Danny's mother came to visit (or maybe it was just Jesses parents) and they straightened up the Tanner house. I hope I'm remembering this correctly. So there's still time for the Fuller grandparents to visit.
  23. Stephanie (Jodie) She's a total Jezebel who's "girls" were practically on display at the going away party. Candace kissing a man who is not her husband.
  24. Macy Gray is a singer not an actress and had a hugely popular song 15 years ago and has been still performing and recording over the years.
  25. To answer one question: Yes, Netflix original shows are released as full seasons. It's not weekly like on cable or network TV. So if/when this gets green lighted for a 2nd season and it's set to air, all episodes (however many there would be) would be released the same day.
