  1. @EC Amber I turned it off as soon as the name "Tony" came out of Jeff's mouth. There was simply no way I could possibly stand to watch or hear Tony for another second. I muted everything he said from the time Kass was voted off until they were in the finale arena. Did anybody notice if Tony ever revealed to Woo that he was a cop, not a construction worker? Because when Sarah mentioned him swearing on his badge, there was no reaction from Woo. Maybe Woo felt that sitting next to and fully supporting a liar was ok. At least he can honestly say he gave up a million dollars for his principles. People may applaud him to his face for his integrity, but every one will still think he's an idiot.
  2. I really dislike Scott winning. It was shown several times that he shredded up people's skin. It was shown several times that he had poor customer skills. It was shown several times that he disregarded what the canvas wanted and bullied them into what he wanted. Actual artistic skill is only a part of the package. I though Scott failed at some of the most important aspects of a true professional. To me, he's a thug with good artistic sense. That's it. I won't be bothering to watch next season.
  3. I'm also a big Andi fan. I like the fact that she's already attained one major life goal, becoming a lawyer. That's pretty significant, as it shows drive, determination and patience. Ashley was a dental student & continued her studies, as she'll be licensed this summer. I like watching Bachelorettes that already have a real life, not just an existance they move through until they find some guy to "complete" them. I REALLY hate that phrase....*LOL*
  4. I think the water balloon guys need to sell their contraption to colleges & universities. Every fraternity & social club would buy them. They could even get their own logos printed on them.
  5. Judy, He used that phrase when somebody had the AUDACITY to accuse him of being too young & immature to be a father to Emily's daughter, Ricki. Of course, he then showed his stability & steadfastness on Bachelor Pad by humping anything that moved. But I'm SURE he's changed since then....*LOL*
  6. At least Kristin is going on the live tour next month. Maybe she & Josh can arrange for Blossom to have an...er....uh....accident. Because it's just like Miss America, right? If the winner can't fulfil her obligations, the runner-up wins. So hopefully Josh will eventually be Miss America! *LOL*
  7. Reality Steve has a new column up, for those that partake of the Spoiler-ade..... Also, according to Steve, Hulu.com has a bunch of the indro videos up. Just put the word bachelorette in the search box.
  8. The Bukowski got to the hometown date with Emily. He took her home to his family near Chicago. And his family is Polish too, so if Andi REALLY wanted to hear Polish speaking, she should have swapped Marcus out for too-legit-to-quit Bukowski. Now, I absolutely adore Chris Harrison, but I don't know if I totally believe him about Bukowski.... http://tv.msn.com/tv/article.aspx?news=868187
  9. Yeah, it definitely ups the entertainment quotient. Now we probably have to wait for Bachelor in Paradise to hear the patented, trademarked and never-to-be-forgotten "I'm a grown-ass man" quote from The Bukowski. @Lamb18 I'm a Reality Steve fan, so I'm right there with you, looking for all spoiler stuff. I SO much prefer watching a spoiled season.
  10. That was absolutely a scripted Bukowski BIP audition. @b2H - Basically, Chris Harrison just opened the show with a brief statement that Eric Hill died after his taping was over and that the season was dedicated to him. Short & sweet, no dramatic schtick. The guys did all seem to get along really well, and the Patrick/Andrew bromance was adorable!
  11. Fun start to the season. I thought Andi was very natural & welcoming to the guys. Much less stiff than Dez was. The dress was stunning & she looked beautiful. The guys were really cute, even the goofy ones. Very bittersweet to see Eric. His talk with Andi about his travels sounded a little sales-like though. She's got a lot of seriously good looking guys. Lots of smooth talkers too, no doubt. Love the cookie tasting from Marquel. Smart guy to get some carbs in to counteract all the boozing. BWAH! The black & white cookie was great. Lots more "activities" than we usually see. And I noticed a few guys drinking coffee. The Bukowski was hilarious. He brought roses? Heeheehee! He looked just as shifty and shady as usual. He really tried to sell the man-pain, but obviously nobody bought it. Andi looked appalled with the crashing. Good for her by not letting him in. You could tell Chris Harrison wanted to laugh in his face. Lots of bummed faces when that first impression rose went to Nick. Except his, of course. Wow, Josh B. was a little bag of sunshine, wasn't he? Andi missed out....*LOL* Good first night. I'm looking forward to this. Looks like some really good drama coming up!!
  12. That was SO cool to see! Just proves that Steve has loyal followers in a lot of places (or maybe Fleiss has enemies)....*LOL*
  13. That ending was the suckiest suckfest that ever sucked. That's about all I can muster up to say. Oh yeah, David Copperfield looked great.
  14. I watch a LOT of BBT reruns. I've found that I am absolutely incapable of listening to the intro without yelling out the final "BANG" in the theme song....It's weird, I know. It scares my cat.
  15. I moved 9 times in 11 years, and I can absolutely say that the time needed to "construct" the box is pretty minimal. True, using all new, uniform boxes makes it easier to stack & organize a moving van and/or stash belongings in a storage facility, but there are still numerous different sizes and shapes of boxes, so even that advantage is minimal. And the WGB (whiny girl box) absolutely took up more room to store. And no way I'd throw out such an expensive box! It's also very easy to take traditional boxes and tape them together (without taping both bottoms) to accommodate very tall items. It didn't look like you could do that with hers. The only time I've ever mail-ordered shoes was when I had a pair I liked, and then found the same shoe online in a different color. @yeswedo, sounds like you & I are more particular about our shoes than many people...*LOL*
  16. I imagine they'll find a way to bring in Capt. Sweatpants. Since Stuart now isn't in competition with the other store, the boys need somewhere to really get their geek on. I wonder if this will be the season we find out Penny's last name. Seems a natural part of the wedding conversation "Will you be taking Leonard's last name, or keeping your own for "acting" reasons"? Maybe then we find out nobody has any idea what her last name is...*LOL* Even IMDB has no last name listed for either Penny or her father, Wyatt.
  17. Stuart's always been one of my favorite characters, so I was happy to see him as central to a plot. And I like the premise of him taking Howard's place in Mama Wolowitz's house. I hope he stays there so if Bernadette & Howard have a baby, they have a "Manny" too! *LOL* I loved the way Jim Parsons played Sheldon at the train station. The overwhelming sense of dread & confusion he was experiencing really came through for me. I don't want him to break up with Amy, but I would like to see their relationship move forward a little more "normally" when he gets back.
  18. I must have blanked out on what was so revolutionary about the pan but here's their website that describes the pans. http://www.bakersedge.com/product_bmp.html
  19. The water balloon thing was genius. A BIG seller if they get in the right retailer. I hope it works for those guys. I think Lori made a mistake with the whiny box girl. That kind of begging may work with parents, but it was an extremely unprofessional display in my view. I'm betting Lori will take the design & end up dealing with the girl as little as possible. And I'm totally with the sharks in that the time saved was minimal, versus the cost. The muffin pan was irrelevant for me. A normal rectangular pan is easy to store and will fit in my toaster oven. That oval-type wouldn't. And $35.00? Really? I'm probably the only brownie fan that doesn't like the corners & edges. I like the soft & chewy ones from the middle, so I never bought that pan, even though I've seen it for years....*LOL* And out of curiosity, I Googled "app to measure children's feet" and came up with at least 5 other available apps. Do people mail-order kids shoes? What if they don't feel good? When I was a kid, part of the fun of getting new shoes was trying on a bunch of pairs & then wearing them out of the store. More "solutions" to problems that don't exist! :)
  20. So with all the attention paid to the surrogate mother, and the looks Callie & Arizona exchanged, anybody think next season is gonna be "The Great Uterus Hunt" for Calzona? Using a surrogate would definitely solve their fertility problems, and provide great heaps o' drama. Loved the dance party, it had to be a part of the show. I'm thinking Leah is going to transfer into emergency medicine, or whatever they call it. They made her very calm & focused during the crisis, so I imagine they'll slot her into a non-surgical slot pretty easily. Whatever attorney drew up the hospital charter would have included how the board member shares could be transferred. Even though Christina "gave" them to Alex, that may not be a legal transfer or it may not automatically allow him a seat on the board. That opens up a lot of different scenarios, based on those legal documents.
  21. I just abhor the song "Creep". Not only is it monotonous and atonal, it's just feel like a really inappropriate song for a 17 year old girl. Plus the original (including the word "fucking" used 3 times) is sung by 5 middle-aged British guys and it's 22years old! Talk about not being relevant. I really just hate the song, so I use all those excuses to slam it! *LOL* And I totally believe that JENA!%7+ is singing in Gaelic. Or Tibetan. Maybe that African clicking language, but her piano drowns out the clicks? More sleazy behavior from Caleb, calling that woman hot. Really. How can the showrunners trust him in public? Looks like his nasty comments from last week have been swept under the rug. I'm most looking forward to Scotty McCreery performing tonight. I really don't care who wins, but I'd like to see Alex take it. I'd like to see Caleb take a bath & cut his hair, and I like to see JENA!%7 take a remedial English class.
  22. As far as Individual immunities go, the breakdown is thus: Day 19 - Woo Day 22 - Spencer Day 25 - Tasha Day 28 - Tasha Day 30 - Tasha Day 33 - Spencer Day 36 - Spencer Not a single person on the jury won an Individual Immunity challenge, so it's true they could easily discount those victories. But them giving no creedence at all to those wins would seem petty to me. I think it's a big thing, but I'm not sitting on the jury. Sadly, Tasha was a casualty of war, but I could see her win Fan Favorite for her awesomeness. Doesn't compare, but it's something.
  23. I'm hoping that on the jury, there are a lot more sour grapes than gameplay admirers for Tony. He sucked at challenges, never once winning immunity. That's big for some jury members. And the Ponderosa folks have a LOT of time & conversation with the others to get their personal winner-vote criteria straight in their minds. Just about any decision can be presented as "logical", if a jury member wants to be seen that way. We've all seen the wild unpredictability of jury members in past seasons, and no matter how well a finalist has actually followed "Outwit, Outlast, Outplay", somebody on the jury is usually just going for the revenge vote. And I LOVE those folks! *LOL*
  24. JustAlison, I'm with ya about Kass. She's made everybody in those camps think, then think again, then re-think what they had thought. I also think her button-pushing skills on Tony are genius. Between her obvious statements combined with Spencer's sotto voce comments, he's had to scramble more the last few weeks than he anticipated. The Tony Show has been produced, directed and financed by Woo, Trish and everybody else there that bowed to his whims. I can't stand Tony and certainly don't want him to win, but they all allowed it to happen. Woo looked so crushed when he realized that Tony was playing him. I would feel bad for him, but I think underneath that slacker bro persona is somebody playing his own game. He could be the smartest one there, since nobody has tried to get him out. Everybody thinks he's harmless, though he's won some challenges. Maybe it's all an act. We'll see.
  25. I definitely liked Audrey calling her husband on his need to make decisions for other people. She needs to nip that in the bud! I don't care much for Michelle Fairley. She reminds me of a dour, British Joan Allen. I love Joan. I didn't like Michelle on "Suits" or "GOT" either. She just keeps playing the same woman over & over. The IMDB page for the show lists how many episodes each character is in, so while it may be a little spoilerish, I always like to check & see how many the people I like are in, and how many the people I hate are in. It's always a little surprising. *LOL*
