My one long-standing wish for this show is that Carly NEVER gets Jason, as that's her fucking Mount Everest. As long as she doesn't accomplish that, I feel like a part of her will always be a loser and I'm good with that. Also, it's hilarious to me because SBu has played Jason as almost asexual for yeras--especially when it comes to Carly. I don't care what rewritten bullshit the writers tried to pull before he left.

Also, it's pretty gross that Carly was all "golly, gee, were you supposed to meet Drew--I think something came up, cut him some slack" and talking about grace and second chances to Sam when she was about to do her bad Alexis Carrington impersonation at Crimson.

Of course not, but I'm sure the sentence "I had no experience running a hotel, or a diner, and I made them both successful" will be uttered within the next week. Also, let's revisit her saying sure, she wanted the hotel back, but she wanted to do that "on my own." Now she's, yet again, being gifted something. I swear to god, if next up is Nina being forced to give her the MC...

The Carlys can never ever take any accountability for anything--it's always blame and deflect. I sure did roll my eyes about 25 times today with all the talk about how "evil" Carly is. Look in the mirror, you losers. And I guess we know how Drew will be thrown by the side of the road once Jason is back: anger issues. Which is...fucking ironcailly hilarious.

These fucking writers. With the absolute knowledge I'm repeating myself for the 100th time, this is terrible writing when, no matter what--NO MATTER WHAT--Carly and her minions have to win. Not only win, but face zero consequences, to the detriment of any character who crosses their path. It's just such shitty, no nuance writing.

Last month Spencer was having a hissy over Ace being across town from him, where he could see him any time he wanted. Now he's handing him over to Nikolas to take god knows where where he has no access to him. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE, writers.

Diane schooling Robert on how Sonny was "a pillar of the community" and "loved by all" was so much bullshit. Sonny didn't beat Cyrus as he (Cyrus) was in the course of committing a crime, so the whole "he's got a record" is just gross to use as a defense. Then, again, this is how Diane has always been written--zero ethics or respect for the law.

I just watched and, wow, AM is awful. Not only blaming Kyle, but acting like she's there to educate the other woman about how Sutton must be lying because she, as a "medical professional," has declared there is no such condition of which Sutton speaks of. And then not really taking ownership--which she claims she always does--of a. saying Sutton has an ED (she put that on Crystal) and b. bringing it up at an memorial/fundraiser for suicide prevention (blamed Garcelle for telling Sutton she was running her mouth). Can she leave now?

Let's hope. Diane is a smug asshole and Robert is better off far, far away from her.

I'm old enough to remember when Carly was jealous of Kate howard (because of Jax) and somehow demanded that Jax hire Lulu as her assistant, even though Maxie already had the job. Carly didn't give a fuck if Maxie got fired, as long as she had a spy in Kate's office, so fuck you, writers, with this "I am very close with Maxie" bullshit you're trying to sell.

So Angel(a) Bright(on) was BJ 'on assignment' from Heaven to help those who Bobbie loved cope? Sure, why not--but how did Felicia and Maxie key into that so quickly? And I get that the actress's name is Brighton, but them calling her by the character's last name was weird. Minor quibble, because it worked for me. Much moreso than all the Carly praise, which never takes a holiday.

Seriously hoping AnneMarie goes the way of Diana and is one and done.

the only reason today hit was because JZ actually died and this was more her friends mourning her. But I didn't need, nor want, Bobbie's death to kick off another storyline for Carly. Especially because it will no doubt lead to finding Jason. Hard. Pass.
