  1. So they are leaving the show and looking forward to all of the new things they get to do together? Like poverty?
  2. Not a font but feel free to save and use.
  3. Looks like he has an attached garage in the new build and he built a massive detached garage back around when Amy got married. I guess he needs a lot of garages?
  4. The boy takes care of the dog when he is away.
  5. Yes you can but you don't have to in something like freelance that they do. I would agree with that assessment.
  6. Yep. It is one of those jobs that doesn't need any formal education or training. What weeds people out is the end result. Christina is still doing it after many years. We have yet to see Heather design anything. Obviously both Tarek and Heather don't feel she is a designer or she would be doing it on each flip instead of hiring a designer for each flip. Maybe she will start designing and knock us out with fabulous designs. We won't know unless she tries though.
  7. Like I said you don't need a license to call yourself a designer. She does. I’m sorry you don’t like her design style but she is a designer. I never said she was good at it and I am not a fan. Heather on the other hand is a clown show. Tarek did hire an outside designer on one flip when Christina was out of town. It was one of the shows biggest flops.
  8. Because we saw it on the old FF. It actually does make her a professional designer. Just because you may not like her design skills doesn’t make her not a designer. Heather can also call herself a professional designer. We just haven’t seen anything she has designed yet.
  9. Anyone can call themselves an interior designer. Christina did actual design for a number of years. Your taste may or may not think she is good but over the years they made a lot of money with her designs. Heather has not designed anything. In each of the first three episodes she hired an interior designer.
  10. It might matter how the question were presented. You will be the cure to to the world vs you might be the cure to to the world is a big difference. And no one in the show claimed anything other than it might be a cure.
  11. So would Ellie have been OK to do the surgery if she knew she was going to die? I don't think that was ever presented to her as a possibility. So you have to ask what would Marlene have done if she had given Ellie the choice and Ellie had said no?
  12. Agreed on the black house. They were complaining at one point about how hot it was there in the summer. That black color isn’t going to help. Plus it was butt ugly painted black. The only walkthrough showing was Tarik, Heather and her parents. Didn’t show any prospective buyers at all.
  13. Why Big Bear? Heather grew up close to there so she knows EVERYTHING about the place. 3 episodes. 3 different designers. Christina never hired designers. We met Heathers parents. Her mom is almost as bad as Heather. Her dad reminds me of Amy’s dad on The Big Bang Theory. Not allowed to speak most of the time. If anyone thought this would get better as it goes…SPOILER: it gets even worse. Tarek wanted to price the cabin at $399,900. Heather suggested $439,900. Tarek suggested $439,800. Heather wouldn’t budge. Tarek gave up. Sold for $411,000. Profit:$55,000. Brunch money for Heather.
  14. Maybe I missed it but when did Ellie agree or say that "she was willing to sacrifice herself"?
  15. Yes she did know but she was not real smart. If the fireflies had a brain, and Marlene knew exactly what Joel was, they would have kept Joel locked up in that room and not told him anything until the surgery was done and Ellie was already dead. I mean I guess he still could have murdered them all but it wouldn't bring Ellie back so what would be the point other than revenge that would do nothing? They also could have just killed him before he woke up and the surgery would have concluded and all of them would still be alive and they would "maybe" have the cure but I do not believe they really had a clue what they were doing so I am glad it worked out the way it did. I was a lot more invested in Joel and Ellie than Marlene and fireflies.
  16. Big Changes Are Coming To ‘The Last Of Us’ In Season 2 (But Don’t Worry, Bella Ramsey Won’t Be Recast) 2 years or more before season 2? ☹️
  17. I think they feel lower end properties are beneath them. I would be surprised to see any lower end flips. Heather needs her own office at the business. Heather needs her own credit card at the business. She has an assistant that follows her around. They have a dedicated designer at each flip. She brings nothing to the table and Tarek spends the whole episode telling how much value she brings to the business. barf!
  18. Yes I think they believe people will. I was never a huge fan of Christina but Heather makes her look like a rocket scientist. The two of them together are insufferable.
  19. My gosh…that was the longest 43 minutes of my life.
  20. Boy I liked the season premier. It is hard to believe how far it has fallen after 15 episodes. I had second hand embarrassment while watching it. Just horrible and exhausting. They should move it to daytime TV. Max may be wishing he had stayed with Seal Team.
  21. Didn’t really need any help. Conservation works both ways. Too much and you have an over population. Too little and you have a shortage. That is why they continuously adjust their efforts.
  22. I'm pretty sure in the late 1800's and early 1900's when the American Buffalo was nearly wiped from the face of the Earth the weapons available were not overpowered than the guns that were available in 2003. I also think FEDRA was more of a problem in the cities. I doubt they controlled any of the vast areas of forest in the west like Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho etc...and remember in the early days of the apocalypse there probably was no weapon/ammo shortage so those people were free to take as many animals as they please with no police or government to worry about. Currently in the entire USA you can't just wake up and decide to go out and kill a few deer that day. I'm not a hunter but I know plenty of people here in Illinois that deer hunting is like a religion and they have to apply for a deer permit which they may or may not get. And I believe it is only good for one deer. Yes...deer are not endangered today. That is directly because of conservation efforts over the years.
  23. In pre-apocalypse there was conservation of hunting. Before there was conservation some animals came dangerously close to being extinct like the American Buffalo. With no animal conservation during the apocalypse people might have virtually wiped out the animals in the first few years making them more scarce than before the apocalypse.
