  1. I would assume she is pretty sick to not have been able to attend and to require a wheel chair. Cancer treatment has improved so much that the effects are nothing like they used to be. Certainly wouldn't make you so sick that you couldn't stand. Many people never miss a day of work while undergoing treatment. I fear her condition is pretty serious.
  2. It's because the producers tell them to play up certain narratives and Ramona's is ugly American.
  3. He didn't say he was unhappy because he has girls but that he had girls because he was unhappy. Those are very different things. I suggest that people not drink alcohol and then film for TV....very stupid.
  4. I don't have a problem with words of any type. Bitches doesn't bother me at all.
  5. My problem with Heather is that she thinks she is cooler than she is, just like Carole.
  6. It looked to me that she got fillers in her cheeks. It was very unbecoming. I appreciated her normal face too. She looked much better before. I think that Shannon married a man who isn't comfortable expressing feelings so he uses sarcasm to deal. She feels insecure in his love so she is trying to cut him down so he thinks that no one else would want him. Of course she is driving him further and further away. It is very sad to watch and I really like her when she isn't harping on him. There is something genuine about her. It is refreshing after Dud Gretchen and her faux fiancé, Slade.
  7. I don't know for sure but, maybe when Aviva is on long flights her residual limb swells and it is necessary to remove the prosthesis.
  8. That is the same as saying that if you ever chose to be away from your kids when you could be with them, you would rather be away from them always.
  9. Why does she need to go on a girls weekend and drink and let her hair down? Why is he an asshole for wanting to get away? \ Not true. If Ramona and that is a big if, has generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks she could be prescribed valium daily and Xanax for panic attacks or break through anxiety. Valium is a long acting benzo that won't help in an acute attack as well a short acting benzo like Xanax.
  10. It is to me. I can and do make judgment on men and women who behave that way. I'm from a generation who still valued and connected sex with love and meaning.
  11. I would consider a man as promiscuous as Sonja a dog, not a stud.
  12. I just think that Ramona didn't believe the story so she wanted to know the truth. She is most probably offended by George just like everyone else but, that is not why she wanted to get to the bottom of Aviva's lie.
  13. These shows are based on the nasty, catty behavior of women. We enjoy watching them so we can snark..
  14. Totally different body type. I think Tamara's body is fantastic for a 46 year old woman. She has totally fucked up her face but her body looks great.
  15. As someone who works with almost entirely women, I can say that it is a fairly accurate study of women's behavior.
  16. She probably is declining to dignify it with a response. If she goes to People, everyone will know about it. Now, considering the terrible ratings, very few people even heard the rumor. That's why when they show someone saying something like they did with Shannon's husband "in front of" the daughter, I doubt it. They can really fuck with the editing and convince you that you know what really happened when you don't.
  17. In New York Times v. Sullivan, The USSC ruled that where public figures are concerned, there needs to be the burden of Malice. The Court acknowledged that in public discussions, especially about public figures, mistakes can be made. If those mistakes are "honestly made," the Court said, they should be protected from defamation actions. The court made a rule that public officials could sue for statements made about their public conduct only if the statements were made with "actual malice." "Actual malice" means that the person who made the statement knew it wasn't true, or didn't care whether it was true or not and was reckless with the truth -- for example, when someone has doubts about the truth of a statement but does not bother to check further before publishing it. Citation, NOLO Law for ALL
  18. Miss USA would have to be able to prove that Aviva knew what she was saying was false and was lying with the intention to harm. There is no recourse for gossip.
  19. Carole is a gossip which makes her a hypocrite but, who isn't both of those things. In fact, everyone lies also.
