If I were Meri, I'd be out the door as soon as I got my degree and could take care of myself. She is still young and could have a totally different life. It is not too late.

I was a raging tomboy that had a little princess. From the earliest moments she wanted to be a girly girl. She loved dresses and makeup as I was trying to get her to love softball and basketball, all she wanted to do is play dress up play with makeup. She is now 17 and regrets that we refused to allow her to do pageants. It's very possible that Lizzie would end up with a girl who wants no part of that life but, there is nothing wrong with girls and women who enjoy feminine beauty and pretty things. We are all different.

I would have told my guests that they would have been provided a double bed and would share a bathroom with my son. Obviously we all have different levels of required comfort to relax. Although, I would never have accepted the invitation to share the condo in the first place. Knowing myself, I would have insisted to get my own accommodations from the get go. I am a major introvert and need time alone to relax or my nerves are like electric shocks.

I understand people will comment but, some comment as if they really know these people. They go much deeper than an observation about something they have shown on the show. It's kind of creepy to me and I say this as someone who is close to someone somewhat famous and have heard so many untrue and speculative things that are so far off the mark about my relative.

But that's my point, Vicky has never had a weight problem. She does not have a weight problem now. She is perfectly healthy and looks great. It is obvious she exercises. I don't know what you look like but, I do know what healthy looks like and Vicky looks perfectly healthy.

In medical school they barely touch on nutritional science and nutritional science is in it's infancy. Janelle may say that she eats too much and she may but,why? Why is her body set point so high and many people just magically maintain exact calorie equality at a lower set point? It is much more complicated than, Janelle eats 20 more calories every single day than she expends but Robin, by pure luck eats exactly what she expends without even trying.

She should just stop eating? If it were that simple don't you think everybody would be thin? Clearly there is more to it than that. Metabolism is a very complicated mechanism that involves hormones, genetic code, mental status and much more than medical science understands.

It is possible that Janelle is following conventional dietary advice and keeping her calories and fat relatively low and not losing much at all. I suspect she has insulin resistance and until she cuts her carbohydrates to under 50g per day and increase her fat, she won't lose more weight.
