Season 6 Spoilers, Previews, Gossip, Etc.
NewDigs replied to quinn's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
70. Now that's a better fit. I guess you left out the part where Lisa is 62? Kidding. imho poseurs w/ money -
Any full-length reception satin dress pix? I only saw the (wrinkly) upper torso one and thought that satin would perhaps reveal a pregnancy. I can't figure out when satin is a good fabric choice. Maybe for the Big Sleep? No bulges or wrinkles possible.

I have my tape (yes, tape) of this on as background noise right now.Zac damned Kelly with faint praise saying that her garment, " Was not poorly made." Nina couldn't believe he said that and Heidi brought up the bad taste issue. Nina said that Amanda made a tent but that it was a well made tent. And she called Amanda "dead weight". Tim and Heidi commented that there were worse designs. Nina also seemed to take exception to Amanda not listening to Nina's previous directions. And I like Kelly Osbourne! I feel like I've watched her grow up. From the family's frequent Stern appearances, to their "reality" show to Fashion Police, etc. And I think some of her comments this go-round were quite astute.

Season 6 Spoilers, Previews, Gossip, Etc.
NewDigs replied to quinn's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
I've been really tired of LisaV just about from the beginning. And Ken. And Jiggy. They act so beyond their years. Like they're some kind of royalty. Just because of the accents. Even their physical appearances seem, to me, older. I would have certainly put Ken older than 58. And Lisa is 54? That's not old. This new Erika whatever addition seems a bad fit. But then Housewives have to be too-too so who knows? Maybe she will counterbalance dreary Yolanda. -
Heather Thomson: Inventor of Yummie Tummie
NewDigs replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of New York City
To me, Heather just seems more controlled than the others. Perhaps to protect her business interests? Or to maybe not look like a sex-crazed, humorless, alcoholic boor with an always ready off-color comment? Maybe in her attempts to not be the reality-tv joke she has over compensated. -
"I'm so excited to take his last name, which I heard is trending [on Twitter] right now, that I’m ready to change my last name, which is the funniest thing, but I mean it’s true,” she told Us. “I think that’s going to be a really awesome feeling.” I've tried to make sense of that quote a number of times. I'm hoping that she's doing a, mentally challenging, happy-dance to be rid of her millstone of the Duggar name. The Twitter mention is fame-ho bonus?

From the US article: "I'm so excited to take his last name, which I heard is trending [on Twitter] right now, that I’m ready to change my last name, which is the funniest thing, but I mean it’s true,” she told Us. “I think that’s going to be a really awesome feeling.” She has that wonderfully Duggarish way with words.

Giada de Laurentiis: It's "Rrrrrrrricohta" You Barbarian!
NewDigs replied to Rhondinella's topic in Food Network Star
Could she also press for half of his stuff? It looks, to me, like she's buying more than a divorce. -
Giada de Laurentiis: It's "Rrrrrrrricohta" You Barbarian!

I poked around a bit and more than a couple of outlets are wondering why she has to pay so much. I didn't realize that Todd is almost as rich as she (they each have an est. 15-20 million) so why's he gettin' so much? They point out that she is paying him $9k/month in child support while they have shared custody.Dlisted, and couple of others, suggest that it's some kind of "hush money". The Dlisted link also lists properties, etc., values and division. -
But, but, they'll miss the water bar! Flavored waters! And nothing says fancy wedding reception like a water bar. Good grief. Water.

Kristen Taekman: At Least She's Pretty
NewDigs replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of New York City
I'm pretty sure that Howard did not cheat on his first wife. He is more known for his loyalty though many still don't realize that his on-air persona is a character. I did not realize that Howard's Beth was friends with Kristen. I'm still surprised she's friendly with Brandi! Maybe she is positioning herself for RHONY. Still hard to see Howard participating. Or having a convo w/ Brandi.... -
Ramona Singer: The Turtle Time Walk of Shame

Oh god. You people are going to make me watch that Secrets crap. I was perfectly happy watching vicariously. Now it sounds better than the show. eta responding to AnnA's "brassier" comment. -
I bet Andy thinks she's worth it.

Bethenny Frankel: Skinny Girl
NewDigs replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of New York City
Those bikini shots looked similar, again, to the Katie/Suri-paps-dance shots. I could only stomach The Donald on CA because his on-screen time was relatively brief. And I could pretend he was playing a character. They'd have to bring people back from the dead for me to watch a Betthhenny version. I got a cookie fortune at lunch a few hours before I met my now husband. It was something a little more enigmatic than, You're Gonna' Get Lucky Stick to the Path, but not much more. We've been together 26 years. I probably still have it somewhere. -

Interesting! But I'm a little confused. Is it a fashion blog? Today's entry seemed out of synch with the rest. But I love knowing that today is Cheese Pizza Day! I will celebrate at lunch. The look on that little girl's face as Kristen sets the pizza down is priceless. I know that pizzalicious feeling! -

Aww... ya' had to go and make me look at that picture again!! Though it is a, small, consolation that talula reported it's from 2011. That bikini shot, are those her ribs? Or skin? And sorry, Bethy, but I also can't unsee that swimming pool cellulite shot. She's having an event? Who the hell wants to hear any more from her? I've heard way too much. But we get a good look at her frown lines. Mini-bonus. -
Are those Theresa's prison clothes? They get back drops? I'm glad they're able to visit but those girls... I can't imagine what they consider normal. Before during or after incarceration. They kind of scare me.

I don't think that I've heard that term in years! It does carry some baggage. I'm sure there must be a better choice.

That top shot looks like a Yeti sighting. I'm trying not to look at the bottom one. The, Oh poor me, one.

I admit that I have not watched WWHL in quite some time but used to get a big kick out of it. Especially as he started having more and more A-listers. I think their participation gives the show a certain cachet. And some are pretty fun being a bit more off their guard. I listened to both of his audio books and good lord, it was almost like listening to a breathless almost teenager who does that annoying uptalk thing. But he has led quite the life. I had no idea he was so friendly with all of those A-listers. I was not expecting a sentence anything like, So I met up with John Mayer at Barbra Streisand's house. And on and on. I don't think he's satan. He's giving a lot of viewers what they want to see. Though some of those numbers appear to be dwindling.

Good grief. Three Reunion not-so-specials. Followed by this Secrets crap? Howzabout they just give us a better total season? Is Andy trying to convince us this season was a winner? IMO he, and Bethy, are digging a deeper hole.

Snippet from above Yahoo link: At one point in time, Bravo also sought out Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Geraldo Rivera's wife Erica Levy to join the cast. Levy declined. Snooki? Really? Just when I thought they couldn't sink any lower. I speculate that I'll tune in for the brief trainwreck-entertainment factor but can't imagine committing to the entire season. They're each detestable in their own special way.

I admit that I had no idea these websites existed. And I can't vouch for Websleuths but it looks interesting. More of a forum. A really big forum. I just finished Speaking in Bones by Kathy Reichs and a major thread that ran through the story was about online posters keeping cold cases alive and the above site was one of the sites she mentions. I know that there is a lot more to the site than the cold cases but have spent minimal time looking. Thanks for reminding me! Looks like Crime Library was interesting.

And at the end of the day that could leave a pretty shallow sperm meets egg pool.

Oh no. Just no. And a Forbes cover. My head. Oh.
