  1. OMG, the dog on the far right! Have we ever seen that one on the show? It's an amusing contrast with LVP's pets being displayed like trophies, and Kyle's dogs feeling just like a part of the family.
  2. Is Farrah married? I can't remember if they've ever discussed her romantic life on the show. I was thinking that Kyle was pushing it with her comments about Kim being a grandmother, though. I think it's great that Kim is going to be (maybe already is?) a grandmother. She really lights up when she talks about her kids.
  3. Are we observing a phenomenon of the human mind, or are the editors just a bunch of silly pranksters? How many times will these women talk about the past being in the past, then proceed to dredge it up and roll around in it? Not that it isn't fun to watch at times. It still makes me laugh when Kim calls Brandi a SLUT! PIG! because she spews the lame insult with such conviction. Why isn't Eden in the opening sequence? The producers didn't like her resolving all the issues between the women? She has the potential to bring an interesting dynamic to the group. All of the hair, make-up and bad lighting in the talking heads makes me think someone doesn't like some of the women.
  4. Veuve is the best champagne that I can afford. There are sparkling wines that are more affordable but they usually give me a headache. The only way I'd get a bottle of Dom Perignon in my hands is if someone bought it for me. Someone else recommended trying the small bottles, which is a great idea. There were at least 5 to choose from the last time I was at the liquor store. Cheers!
  5. They're really trying hard to get some kind of drama going this season. I'm not saying Brandi should come back but one of these ladies needs to step up to the plate and take the role of the sh*t-stirrer. It looks silly when you can see them all desperately making a mountain of an anthill. My favorite part was seeing 2 unopened bottles of Veuve in Kyle's refrigerator. POP!
  6. Didn't the librarian run off when Marcy was banging on the window?
  7. Lisa Rinna loves to name drop regardless of whose name it is. If she didn't have such a sense of humor about herself, she'd be a clone of Heather Dubrow from OC. Yes, why are the Hamlin girls getting talking heads? I was more interested in what Kyle's daughter was thinking. She looked mostly bored at that get-together of the five of them. I'm hoping Dorit will be a train wreck I can't look away from, and I'm crossing my fingers and toes that she won't disappoint. Pursuing the #pantygate issue should get the train rolling. Seeing Ken get pushed into the pool from his birthday party last year still makes me cringe. The man had a hip replacement!
  8. The were really selling the privileged lifestyle of a Beverly Hills socialite tonight. It's nice to be reminded that wealthy people can be just as miserable as the rest of us. I got a chuckle out of Dorit telling her husband she'd say "Yes" to him for the rest of her life after he gave her the Bentley. I'm sure that didn't even last for the rest of the day. Dorit's party was much better than Erika's. Her husband's speech was sweet but I'm cynical enough to wonder if he actually wrote it himself. Bring on LVP's snarky humor! I love it, and it's so much more fun than when she wallows in self-pity.
  9. Dennis Haysbert said something to Chad about how all of the co-workers that he went to the Red Zone with hated him, so perhaps there is a backstory there that the show will give us some insight into. It might also help if Sean Teale (Ben/Aaron) was giving us more than just a really pretty face to work with. But who knows, maybe the show doesn't want us to like Ben.
  10. If Dorit has real poop-stirring skills, I'm gonna love her. Lisa Rinna usually comes off as trying-too-hard when she takes a go at stirring the pot. Playing the wounded bird is a great way of describing LVP, though I don't know why she has to waste our time doing it. She's much more fun to watch when she embraces her inner bitch, and she's probably the best at snark with this group of ladies. Erika and her husband come off as so completely lacking in romantic chemistry that I'm almost fascinated. It even looks awkward when they're just having a casual conversation with each other. I wonder if he just feel uncomfortable in the camera's eye, or they're always like that?
  11. If this hasn't been answered yet, Adam's mother passed away a couple days after Final Tribal was filmed.
  12. LuAnn is all about appearances. Perhaps she thinks it sounds better to say "my husband" than "the man I'm living with." Plus, from watching the show it seems like she just really wants to be married.
  13. That was one of the funniest episodes of the Housewives franchise ever, I think. Between LuAnn and her ridiculous shenanigans and the other women finding ways to chew the scenery over it, I chuckled from start to finish. I especially loved the part later in the episode when LuAnn admitted (claimed) that she'd had a fight with Tom the night he played kissy face with that other woman, but she seemed bewildered as to how or why it all happened when she was in the hotel room with Bethenny.
  14. I really wanted to like something about Tuesday's show, and I usually enjoy Matthew Ashford's Jack, but all that I could think during their scenes was, "Just eat the damn pills, Jennifer!"
  15. Of all of the OC housewives left to choose from, Heather was easily David's best bet for someone to help plan a party...but I could still see Heather being rude to the wait staff. She has a condescending tone about her at times. Jeff Lewis can be so OTT dramatic about things, though, so who knows if what Heather did/said was really all that rude. Seeing prim and proper Heather get 'down in the mud' with Jeff amuses me.
  16. So this was the night it all started! I'm sure Andy knew exactly what he was doing when he asked Jeff about his least favorite housewife on WWHL.
  17. Yes, that was probably the most intelligent thing I've ever heard come out of Tamra's mouth. It's a good point, too. Almost makes me feel the teeniest, tiniest bit of empathy for Kelly.
  18. That should really reel them in after two weeks off for the Olympics!
  19. Wow! I only watch these shows for the manufactured drama but Kelly's display made even me blush a little. One C U Next Tuesday is usually more than enough, lol. Heather's crying did seem a little over the top considering this wasn't her first time at the rodeo. It made me wonder if Kelly's behavior triggered something or someone from her past that she never fully dealt with.
  20. I felt so bad for him while I was trying to get through Friday's show. I guess if he really needed the paycheck it might be a little easier to find peace of mind about it.
  21. No wonder I warmed up to her so quickly. I loved her on Another World.
  22. I decided to watch the episode to see Andre and Kate form their unholy alliance but I thought Maggie stole the show. It was nice to see her lay into Victor, even though I tend to enjoy the cranky, old man. I kinda like the actress playing Clark's sister. She's like a poor man's Carrie Ann Moss.
  23. Thanks for that link to the Sony story, buffynut! Makes me think the JFP is the EP who is rumored to be getting fired soon. If only they'd get rid of Dena Higley and put someone competent in her place, though we wouldn't see it on screen until 2017.
