What ever it is I doubt it will live up to the hype.

I just do see anything original about Jack that says he's not just going to end up a male version of Amara. The things that would give me chills: 1. Jensen is going to take time off and film Deadpool 2. (I know, not happening) 2. Jensen will finally get to play Michael. But it's probably about Sam.

I guess this is part of a birthday tradition. Every year when it was their birthday, the other would bring a keg to the trailer, then he said it got to be mini-kegs, and then a can of beer. He didn't mention the name, he just said he was opening a brewery and that was the very first keg it produced.

Just before the IMDB boards shut down, someone mentioned that Jensen and Jared were contracted for 97 days per season. If that was accurate that is about half of the shooting days. Given how light episodes were last season, I would say it seems believable. Today is 5 of 8. So if JA and JP didn't shoot today that means they'll miss at least 3 days of the premier. We do know that Sam Smith filmed Friday because she tweeted she had to miss Chicago con because of it. So if that was mostly Sam and Mark P, that would mean there is a possibility that Jared and Jensen missed 4 days of the premier. Not much different than last season where they seemed to only film part time.

I tend to think no other writer, besides Yockey, who wrote the follow up ep to First Blood, read Dabb's script and didn't know anything about cosmic consequences. It seemed like another dropped plot point. If the audience was meant to see Cas's death as those cosmic consequences, I figure Dabb would have made sure to put it in the script. Cas's screen time and focus seemed to fade noticeably after ep 15, when MP was promoted to regular. I think it was something Dabb lost interest in after he switched to his pet Lucifer storyline.

I actually wondered for a time if Benny might be imaginary because of the first scene where they met up with Cas. If you (general you) watch closely, when Benny say hi, Cas doesn't answer. He just looks at Dean and asks how he found him. Then this exchange Cas saying that most psychotics think their sane , and Cas never directly speaks to Benny. I predicted the Darkness. (Not the name) but that removing the mark would unleash something. I also predicted Dean killing death, how the Mary storyline would go.

I always thought an interesting AU would be a world where the population knows monsters exist and hunting is a legitimate profession, with a pay check, medical plan, pension, etc.

My fantasy casting would have been Jensen for Han Solo, Nathan Drake, or Indiana Jones. I also think Jensen would have been the perfect Roland Deschain. (From Stephen King's The Dark Tower series) I'd also cast Jensen as Adam in the next Guardians of the Galaxy movie..

What are they going to do with Jack when they go out on hunts? They can't leave him in the bunker all alone.

This is one of the things i wonder. It might be how Sam gets Jack to trust them if he helps Jack put his mother to rest.

I'm guessing Sam will talk Michael into helping them, and then agree to be possessed and then he and Jack will team out to take out Lucifer. Dean will park the car.

Twice now they've referred to Michael as the younger brother, (and not in the AU), Sam was the one to use the Michael Lance and Dean's history with Michael wasn't mentioned at all, and ignored completely since Lucifer was brought back. I really don't hold out any hope that Michael will be drawn to Dean. I'd say he'll be interested in Sam. (I don't mean this is a jerk/bitch way) just speculating based on the way all the Michael references have gone.

Thanks for posting the spoilers Jakes. I'm annoyed that we finally get to see Michael but he's AU, so he probably won't have the connection to Dean.

Pretty much what i predicted would happen. I really don't get Dabb's fascination with Lucifer. The only person I want to see playing Michael is Jensen. I hope its not Sam and Dean playing father the same way it was "the Winchesters" being generals.

After today they still have 5 days of filming left. He might be filming next week.

I think its more of a personal reason. Jensen has said he uses the beard to separate himself from Dean during the off season. It's possible its him that doesn't want it. But... we haven't seen a pic of Jensen shaved yet, so its possible he may keep if for the first bit of filming.

I hope Jensen doesn't see this. Posting this here, just in case the state of the car, which is usually a metaphor for Dean, is a spoiler.
