I'm still hoping Jared & Mick aren't end game. She's still mourning Zeke terribly. TBH I wouldn't mind them killing her off at the end so she can be reunited w/Zeke. I'm guessing that's Fiona that Cal found in the barn. She disappeared with Daly, so it makes sense she was returned with him. This week I found out that Melissa Roxborough was in one of my favorite episodes of Supernatural, where Dean time travels back to the 40s. I would never have placed her as 1) she's very blond; 2) her eyebrows are normal sized.

This episode was okay. I did not care for Kali and her incessant need for revenge over & above the safety of her crew. I think she both cared for El but also wanted to use El for her quest. The orderly or nurse from Hawkins wasn't really a "bad guy", just stuck working for a bad organization. How many of the other "bad guys" the crew killed weren't really bad? But Kali didn't care abt motivations or reasons or stories of her victims. To all those that said this had a backdoor Pilot vibe, that's dead on. But ultimately this episode was abt two things: 1) El realizing what 'home' means to her; and 2) setting up that "Papa" Brenner may still be alive.

Surprised at the ATL pick. Didn't they just pay Kirk oodles of cash for several years? If they're going to draft their QB of the future, why pay Cousins so much? Welcome MN to another decade of futility behind McCarthy. While I would've preferred to see him fall out of the top 10, at least Penix got chosen before him. McCarthy is Daniel Jones 2.0. He succeeded because he had a great defense, a great running back in Blake Corum, and a CHEATING coach. He doesn't throw long balls with success, more prone to middle of the field <20 yards. I think all the other picks (so far up to #10) are right on the money for their team's needs.

The Alberta/Saul plot actually pissed me off. Alberta had no consideration for Sam and esp Jay. She was very selfish, and Sam continually giving in to her also made me angry for Jay. He puts up with so much from the ghosts and Sam. But Nigel and Isaac and the bachelor parties were fun. I'm surprised they didn't demand Jay make a spread for the ghosts to smell. And it's always nice they remember Baxter & Jenkins, at least once a season. Tho I imagine we'll see them at the wedding, too. Ever since then, more prominent actors have stood up for him by giving him bits in their shows. I admired his courage at the time this happened. Good for him.

In other NFL criminal news, Rasheed Rice has been charged with eight felonies. Interestingly, none of them are leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, which is also a felony. My guess is that will be added later.

I wonder if he saw the love and publicity Flacco got this season, and figured he could prove himself at 46? He probably also misses the attention.

Prayers for his family. THEY deserve our condolences for having to deal with the knowledge of their kin's actions all their lives and the ensuing notoriety.
