I didn't watch so I'm going to ask. What did Robbin Robin do for those people on Friday? How bad was the self promotion?

Never mind. Looking on YouTube I see who I saw in the commercial and saw the episode she was on. Patricia Arquette's bright blonde hair made her look like Diane Sawyer though when they showed her for only a couple seconds in the commercial I mentioned before and I thought Diane might be going on there to promote her upcoming interview with Bruce Jenner.

All New Week Monday - April 13, 2015 Accusations of Abuse and Violence: "Can Our Marriage Be Saved?" Do they say they want a relationship with their mother? Jennifer says she and her husband, Freddie, divorced four months ago, but she claims he is obsessed with her and refuses to let her go. She says he drives past her house repeatedly, watches her through her windows, calls her 100 times a week — accusing her of sleeping with other men — and has even snuck into her house to go through her belongings. Freddie denies all of Jennifer’s allegations and says the only reason she divorced him is because she is abusing prescription pain medication and is not thinking clearly. Jennifer says her decision to divorce Freddie was made with clarity — and she admits she abuses pain pills but claims she does so because of Freddie’s behavior. The couple admit their children are caught in the middle of the turmoil. Dr. Phil reads a recent note from their 6-year-old — will it be a wake-up call for both of them? Then, five siblings open up about the tragic day they lost their mother, police officer Brenda Sexton, who was brutally beaten to death by her boyfriend in August of 2000. (Robin McGraw, along with her foundation, When Georgia Smiled, has a surprise in honor of Brenda. And, three sisters who lost their mother to a horrific act of domestic violence share their mission to empower and educate women.)

It seems like she treats people she deems her equals in any way not just fellow actors in a respectful manner. As for everyone else it's feels like she treats them like she does the viewers by saying she doesn't care what they think so they might as well not bother themselves by letting her know.

I was ready to turn the channel tonight until Beck came on. He wasn't listed on the guests page and I hadn't looked at any other stuff associated with the show on CBS's site so him being on was a surprise. It seemed like Beck wasn't to thrilled with this "broadcasting from someone's home" idea either though and got out of there as soon as he could. Who could blame him really?!?

The day I pay attention to one of Dr. Phub's diet books is the day he quits using the "I play tennis and I'm fit" excuse and admits he needs to loose weight as much as the people he's trying to sell and give his book away to. Men can hide their fatness better in suits sometimes but at this point suits aren't even cutting it for Phub. With this newest book he should have joined his viewers and etc. and gone on the diet he wrote about and documented his progress throughout the season.

I missed the first 10 to 15 min so is it wrong to assume that One Direction wasn't on at all? I read on an entertainment site that one of the members pulled out of the group for awhile over some cheating scandal so maybe they cancelled? If they get James a regular chair to sit in while interviewing and not the wheeled one I think he could make that interviewing method work. Didn't Tom Snyder do something like that when he was on NBC? I ask because it looked like he did from the clips I've seen of his Tomorrow Show over the years. I know for Tom's stints on CNBC and CBS he did the one on one interviews sitting across from his guests. They could do away with the desk altogether. Bob Costas did the no desk thing too but I wanted to include a clip of Tom.

March 23 - March 27, 2015 Monday Young, Beautiful and Missing/"Homeless Joe" Returns Dr. Phil explores potential new clues in the cold cases of two missing women. Ashley’s mother, Jennifer, and step-grandmother, Linda, join Dr. Phil in search of answers. Could a newly-released FBI photo prove that Ashley is alive and well? Two facial recognition experts analyze the photo -- what do they conclude? Then, in November 2011, Michelle Parker disappeared without a trace after dropping off her 3-year-old twins at the home of their father -- the same day the bitter exes appeared together in an episode of The People’s Court. Michelle’s father, Brad, says he believes Michelle’s ex had something to do with her disappearance -- which her ex absolutely denies, despite having been named early in the investigation as the primary suspect. What happened to Michelle? Plus, when Dr. Phil last checked up on "Homeless Joe", he was missing in action after abruptly leaving rehab in Texas. After being tracked down, Joe returns to Dr. Phil -- how is he doing now? Tuesday Lifetime Grudge: Can Mother and Daughter Finally Bury the Hatchet? Amber claims that when she was between the ages of 7 and 14, her mother slapped her, punched her and threw items at her several times a week. Julie completely denies ever laying a hand on her daughter, except in self-defense, and says she doesn’t understand why Amber recently cut her out of her life. Linda says all she wants to do is take care of her “little boy” and refuses to listen to anyone bad-mouth her baby. Tony admits he’s a smooth operator and can use charm and personality to get anything he wants. He says he was even facing 45 years in prison for drug trafficking, but the arresting officer pleaded for leniency, and Tony served only a little more than three years. Can Linda learn to stop supporting her son’s dangerous lifestyle before he ends up back in prison -- or dead? Don’t miss Dr. Phil’s plan for both mother and son! Their mother strongly denies these accusations and points the finger back at her oldest children, who she claims have isolated themselves from the family and abandoned their father in this time of need. Emotions run high when this fractured family comes together on Dr. Phil’s stage -- and these four children reunite with their father. What does he say about the situation? If the footage was used in court against Durst during his trespassing hearing couldn't it have become public record? Isn't that how the news media gets things like crime scene photos and etc? -

That's what I was trying to get at in my previous post. If I had purchased one of her bras and liked it I would have gone back to pick up more in case her business went out of business. -
Dr on Demand, his book and him hawking Robin's skincare and makeup crap all the time are a few reasons why I can't watch anymore. I quit watching regularly when he started trying to insert himself into every "case" or "incident" of the moment making news like he was the only one that could help anyone involved. I totally agree about his diet book and have said so previously in this thread. Your tennis comment make me LOL kinda loudly.
