There's a good joke to made here about the bait and switch of the majority of HW's across the cities not being wives, but it's Friday and my brain is too tired to be funny or witty. So my sister is currently in the process of transitioning her online only store to also having a B&M location. She's killing it. The month isn't even half over and she's already hit her monthly goal. It's super exciting. One problem she's having though is she still has a separate 9-5 and will have to for a while. So she asked her 16 yo daughter to help out and as told "no I need something more stable," like the kid has some pressing responsibilities that she's funding with her after school job that she currently does not have. My BIL was asked to help out and he said it wasn't what he wanted to do with his free time. Her 10 yo son is already planning his space in the back office and what shifts he's going to work, but he's been asking to be her business partner for years. So I think sometimes family members are just unsupportive assholes. But in Kam's kid's case, she was right, pink dog food is stupid, she probably just shouldn't talk like that to her mom. I think the kids probably all act up around the cameras though.

The only 20 year old that seemed to have a problem with her was Conrad. Hannah is 30ish.

There may have not been infrastructure in place for a security system. I can't remember, but it seems like they stripped it down to the studs for the remodel. Reza should have just had the movers put his crap in storage when they moved it out of the old house, but he probably used Mike's janky ass moving company. LAPD told me that any kind of construction materials are like a sign saying "please rob me," and not to leave anything in the house while renovating if possible.

They've made jokes about being the same person before on SM and in interviews. When James guested on Franklin & Bash as Mark's ex-girlfriend's fiance I'm pretty sure they made jokes on the show about her having a type and I kind of remember a running gag that episode based on them looking the same. There might have been jokes on Don't Trust the B in Apartment 23 about them looking alike too, but I can't remember, but Mark guested on an episode about a Dawson's Creek reunion and was part of an intervention for James. I'm not actually a huge fan either, I just have useless knowledge filling my head and taking up the space where important things could go.

Not only that, but wasn't it his bio homework? And he was mad at Louis to begin with because Louis ratted him out for cheating in bio. Call me crazy, but I don't want to go to a doctor that I did the bio homework for and that I personally know cheated in bio.

According to LeAnne's blog, LeAnne chipped in on the necklace too and Brandi said it was from "all your hoochie mamas" or something like that and on WWHL last night they taled about there being a card that said it was from everyone. So I don't think Brandi was trying to make it seem like it was just from her. D'Andra never said that she had to scrimp and save for a few months to save $400k. She said she invested $400k of her own money that she earned and it was a big deal to her and she was having trouble adjusting to her new budget. For all we know she drained her liquid assets or leveraged her house and the budget cuts are so she can rebuild a cushion or make the new loan payments. It's actually kind of relatable -- or at least more so than getting your husband to give you money to make pink dog food.

Reza is a dick.

She's so cute. I went and checked out his IG for more pictures and it tickles me that she almost always seems to have this effortless Audrey Hepburn thing going on. She's what, 18 months? And she's got an amazing wardrobe and always accessorizes and has her hair done. She's way more put together than most adults I know.

It was in the context of comparing herself to Conrad when she was his age. To paraphrase: When I met you I was impressed by you and really thought you had your shit together. Here you are at 23 with a goal of making money to become a real estate investor, wow. I definitely wasn't so together at 23, hell, I was in jail at 23. But then I saw your work ethic and your respect for chain of command and I think you're not cut out to be a charter yachtie. You're not going to make it in this industry. At least that was my take on what she said. I'm not gonna rewatch to get the exact quote because this reunion was boring as fuck, just like the season.

It looked like they booked a lot of really fun experiences. I went last summer and booked a few things like that. We did a private extended Vatican tour because for 6 people it was only $200 (~$800 instead of $600) more than all of us doing a regular non-private tour, but I think Stephanie's family did one of the more expensive ones that was in the thousands. Anyway, the private tour is way worth it because that place is huge and super crowded. Unfortunately I didn't think about it deeply enough and my dad wasn't having it and cut our tour short. I was looking at it more like a museum with an amazing antiquities collection and all kinds of amazing things to see since the church spent so many years plundering and he's a former altar boy with some very bad experiences and feelings attached to that and I didn't even think about it because he's so matter of fact about things that are totally WTF that it's easy to file them away as no big deal. She really is too much and I should hate her crazy TH hair extensions that match her dress but for some reason I love them - not in an I'd wear that because it is amazing way, but in a I love to gawk at it way (and I have a whole head of purple hair, so it ain't the color scaring me away). I wanted to make fun of her, but I can't do certain vowel sounds correctly and get made fun of a lot, so I get it. I was like WTF when I saw Brandi with that bow and then saw the kids wearing them and thought it was cute that they were playing dress-up together. But I seriously cannot stand her kids. I hope they are just acting up and being assholes for the cameras because they are the worst.

I stopped watching this shit show, but the commercials are making me think I should give it another chance. Is it a lie and I should enjoy my freedom or should I let it suck me back in?

I loved Kam's husband asking her if she was badgering the others and she was like "where'd you hear that?" Brandi's girls are just as horrible as they were last year. I hope they are better for her mom than they are for her. I don't really care about LeAnne and Rich getting married. Get married or don't, but I don't want to hear a debate about it. I do love that Kam's daughter ain't got no time for Sparkle Dog and can't even pretend pink dog food isn't stupid - she obviously takes after her dad. I also love that Kam did Champagne bongs instead of beer bongs, it is so pretentious, but for some reason I find it hilarious. JFC, a $75k stove! At least Mark likes to cook ad will use it and isn't just getting it to get it. I just want D'Andra to have fun and be herself and not feel pressured to have a stick up her ass like Kameron. I also want D'Andra's earrings, but I could probably just go into my supplies and make my own if I wasn't lazy, except I think my little faceted beads are garnet. Maybe I'll be productive this weekend :) As long as it doesn't turn into me buying more supplies! I take back what I said about not giving the necklace, but it was for a birthday, not just because, and 3 of them pitched in on it. It was still really nice of them and I think Brandi snuck and bought it while they were shopping and Cary and Steph pitched in after the fact. What was up with LeAnne's Coyote Ugly performance? The lap dance was a little crazy, but the floor show was out there? I guess she was drunk and jealous of Brandi? Brandi's physical impersonations are as good as her verbal. What a great talent for a HW. On WWHL they said the who's the queen fight was over who was the star of the show and it was D'Andra getting aggressive with LeAnne over it. Next week looks nuts.

I think this might be the wrong city for $2k friendship gifts. I think it's more likely on BH. I think of these ladies only Kameron could do it. Stephanie and Cary could probably afford it, but I get the feeling they'd have to ask their controlling husbands first. Normally I'd say D'Andra could afford it, but she said herself she couldn't due to needing to watch her wallet because of her mom fight. Brandi doesn't seem as rich as the others too me. I think LeAnne is the "poor" one out of all of them, which may or may not be a part of her insecurities. I'm trying to think of which other cities has HWs that would drop $2k on a just because gift. On NY Tinsley had to get the "cheap" Tiffany necklaces or whatever, but she was buying a bunch of them and she gave Sonja a $5k gift card (but she might not have paid for it), so I'm putting her as a maybe. Bethenny could afford it, but I don't know if she'd do it. I don't know if any of the other NY ladies could afford it. I think on Atlanta Kandi could afford it, but probably wouldn't do it because she keeps an eye on her purse. I don't see anyone on OC doing it. I don't watch NJ enough to have an opinion. I think on Potomac Monique(?) could probably afford it. On BH I could see Kyle, LVP, and Erika doing it without thinking about it. Rinna and Teddi are too cheap. I think Dorit would, but probably shouldn't.

Agree re: the con. The whole situation just seems so shady. Even they way they met at the dog park and the lady was like "You have nice hair, ever think of making your own shampoo?" is like right out of Leverage. And the $500k initial investment seems really steep. I wonder if Reza shopped around since it doesn't seem like making shampoo was an idea he had rather than an idea that was brought to him. I hope it all just sounds hinky because the story was made up to shoehorn it into the show. The company he's working with might be legit. From a video on their website it appears they make some TIGI products like Bedhead and It's a 10, but I also think the owner of LaDove, Sheree (aka the lady Reza was talking to), is a part owner of TIGI. It's hard to find a lot of info on them. I found an article from 2001 saying they'd make a personalized skincare regime for you for $25k (that's just dev, products are extra). They have 2 shitty reviews on Glassdoor specifically calling out Sheree for caring more about jet setting than running the business. And there are a few interviews with Sheree pimping out lines I think she has a stake in, label.m and Rikoko, both of which I think might be bigger in the UK than the US, but I'm not sure about that. Every interview I took the time to click on she kind of skirted around what brands they make and talked a lot of blah blah blah and mentioned only TIGI, label.m, and Rikoko. Label.m and Rikoko both appear to be available at some beauty supplies and the products that have reviews generally have good ones.

Right? And he brings all that drama while being relatively congenial. I think he had a couple asshole moments, but overall was cool with everyone and a hard worker.

Yeah, but the pageant was spurred by a big fight that the cameras missed. Brandi reenacted it for Stephanie, which was good, but not the same. But judging by the previews, there will be some kind of D'Andra/LeAnne fight coming up. I hope it's just a squabble and not a real fight. LeAnne isn't my favorite, but I think D'Andra is good for her.

If it helps, they are Nescafe pods, not K-cups, so the shape is different. They probably have a $400-500 one at least so it can make foam and do fancier drinks and customize the brew. Some of the fancier commercial ones can be well over $1000, but would probably take up too much room and be over kill on a boat. Maybe it's safer to make the coffee a cup at a time while at sea so you don't have to worry about the pot flying if things get crazy.

Confession: I am currently sporting a head of hair almost as brassy as Kasey's, except I have a weird pink spot on the back of my head, so maybe I'm worse. But I can almost see how she thinks it looks good because I'm like "oh, it's almost a nice copper," about mine (not that I'm leaving it this way, I was just too tired to finish it tonight).

I think there's also that a relationship that ends in divorce probably isn't in a good place, but a relationship ended by death can be, and often is. She's really upped her crazy eye game. For instance, I have one text thread with my sister that goes back however many years I've had this phone, but it has thousands of texts in it. So I caught the rerun today and paid more attention and what I really want to know is why Bethenny's folder wasn't SkinnyGirl Red?

I think this is currently my favorite set of HWs. I think the only one I don't like is Kameron and I don't actually hate her, I just dislike her. I do enjoy that she's like an alien just faking it until she makes it with human interactions. I loved Cary giving her the latest lesson in how to be human. I also love that Kameron seems to love to eat. I could actually probably grow to like her. I love Brandi's impersonations. They are usually so good. Her LeAnne is spot on. I like LeAnne when she's being funny and snarky and not super crazy. Pagent LeAnne is amazing. I'm not liking D'Andra being all up in her business regarding the wedding. I'm pleasantly surprised that LeAnne didn't lose her shit. I liked Cary jumping in and fixing LeAnne's eyelash without a second thought. And LeAnne rapping? WTF?!? OMG! Stephanie's leaving jacket with the metallic patches was ugly. I want Brandi and D'Andra to be friends. I feel like she'd actually fit in really well with Brandi and Stephanie if she let loose but she'd also probably be a good influence on them.
